Our Tech arrived on time his name was Brian, he explained to us what he was gonna do before he did it. My wife asked plenty of questions and he was happy to answer them all I’d recommend asking for Brian anytime he did a stupendous job.

Bruno and max were very professional. Bruno was very honest and really wanted to help me with mt issue. He cleaned up and gave us advice for next steps!! Great guys

Excellent service! When I called they told me when a technician would be in my area. Technician (Patricio) was on time and very nice. He not only did good work but explained what he was doing and why. Left everything clean . Very professional - highly recommend!

Bruno and Eddie were magnificent. Eddie (the 1st specialist was patient, diligent, and determined to resolve my issue. Bruno, came to assist Eddie when there was difficulty locating the blockage. Bruno was knowledgeable and very professional. They worked as a team and got my issue straightened out. Bruno from Roto-Rooter did an outstanding job fixing our kitchen drain clog. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. He made sure the clog was fully cleared and went the extra mile to show us how to prevent future issues. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented — highly recommend Bruno for any plumbing needs!

I had the drain rodded and it worked fine for three days and was plugged up again. I ordered a Jet Snake 100ft Sewer Jetter on Amazon based off of the reviews and it cleaned the pipe for a fraction of the cost. Employees at RR were great, just won't be needing them anymore since I have a new little green friend.

This company ruthlessly stripped us of our savings. We called them to unplug a drain and run abatment on our basement after 2 inches of groundwater got in. We were under the impression insurance would cover it. When we were denied coverage, Roto Rooter demanded $24,000 from our pockets and threatened to put a lien on our home if it was not paid with in 2 months. There are far more sketchy details here. But the bottom line is this billion dollar company represents everything that's wrong with a capitalistic society. Don't trust them. They are awful.

I repeatedly confirmed (four separate times) that they would be able to inspect my house and identify what needed repair. Despite those assurances, they gave me a window of time they would arrived. Five hours after the window concluded without anyone showing up. They then called to say they couldn’t perform the service at all without offering any explanation. Completely unprofessional and shockingly disorganized. Total waste of time. Would never recommend to anyone

Hussein did the work for me. I cannot express how awesome he did. I had a flood happen due to my sump pump failing and not only did he replace it for me, he taught me how it worked and showed me what different parts were for. He also took the time to diagnose another quick issue for me and teach me a few more plumbing things.

The service was overpriced but, they worked with me on it.

Tony was excellent. He gave great customer service, he was personable, and got the job done quick. I am extremely appreciative of the work that was done in my home. I also had 2 toilets which is difficult to rod and Tony got it on the first try. Amazing work. 10/10 would highly recommend. Please REQUEST TONY

This is a fraudulent company, the reviews are fake. If you drive by their "address" it's a bunch of doctors offices.

This company reinvented how plumbing customer service is done!!! Jim, the plumber, came out on a Saturday night when we had a leak in the basement!!! Not only the was the service amazing, but the price was right too!!!!

Robert was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He got us the system we needed the day we needed it. He patiently explained all of our options, and never tried to upsell or mislead us. This kind of service is far too rare in residential contractors. Ten out of ten would do again.

Monday: I called to schedule a Tuesday 8am appointment- the plumber called me that afternoon to confirm the time. Great. Tuesday rolls around and no call... It's after 9am and multiple attempts that the plumber called back and said they were 45 minutes away due to last night emergency. Ok- things happen I can forgive. We rescheduled for Wednesday the next day at 8am again. Stood up once again. No calls. No communication. What a waste of my time.
