Quick turnaround with an emergency plumbing issue that would have left me and my family without our bathrooms over a holiday weekend. Friendly team, walked me through what was going on and how I could prevent it in the future. Great overall service, highly recommended!!

I had a late appointment (6-8p) and wasn’t notified when a plumber was coming. I called to cancel and 10 minutes later an employee showed up. Ordering a rodding doesn’t come with a camera inspection to confirm a quality job. I’m still waiting for the follow up call to schedule the camera appointment. Communication and coordination is lacking with this company. I would not recommend their services.

I had a great experience with Roto Rooter today. I called in the early afternoon and within a few hours my drains were cleared and operating properly. I can’t thank Bruno and Erlin enough for their kindness and professionalism. I will definitely use them again.

Fast service, kept updated on status of technician. On time, friendly and knowledgeable. Took care of the issue, problem solved, if any issues come up in the future , would not hesitate to use roto again.

We had a clogged pipe and Sam came to clear the pipe. He was followed by James for the water mitigation assessment. Both men were knowledgeable, polite, courteous and friendly people. The prices were extremely reasonable and this was on a Sunday (on a holiday weekend). I absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

Eduardo #5256 did an amazing job at our home. He came and assessed the issue properly and fixed it quickly. I was afraid of some demo work needing to be done to complete the job, but he was able to do it without destroying the flower bed that our pipe was coming out of from outside. Amazing work and highly recommended.

This past weekend we discovered that our exterior Sewage line was broken and needed to be repaired. I called Roto Rooter and they had a technician out within an hour. After a diagnosis by fishing a camera through the sewage line they found the break. Well the next step that I was not looking forward to was the excavation that needed to take place. I was really worried about how my lawn and flower bed are was going to look after. A few days later after the permits were acquired the excavation team showed up and very carefully placed the back-hoe on our lawn. With care, they placed plywood on the lawn and slowly moved the back-hoe to the location where they needed to excavate. After finishing the work the I spoke with the excavation technician Matt. I explained that I was thrilled that my law did not have any damage at all and the only area that will need to be fixed was where the hole was dug to repair the sewage line. Matt and the entire team were very friendly and helpful and I would call Roto Rooter again if I needed any other work done. I really appreciate the care they took when servicing my home.

The plumber was a nice guy, but the price I was quoted was astronomical. He fixed the problem. Just be prepared to pay a lot more than you expect.

Excellent first-time service/experience. Booked online for coupon. Very quick response time. Laundry line stoppage was CLEARED in 1915 bungalow with various questionable modifications made by previous flippers and owners. It was a tricky job apparently and a second more seasoned technician was needed to visit our home. Both techs communicated the concerns, issues, repairs strategies, etc. Technician who finished the job, Jeff, was really patient in explaining more details about my home's more complex "situation" talking through various possibilities and issues. Answered my many questions very thoroughly. I felt well informed before giving final go ahead on work. And despite being some tricky pipework, they got the job done! I very much hope to never need to call them again but would absolutely return and highly recommend. Can't speak to pricing comparisons, I always wish for more upfront transparency honestly.

They are not cheap but they get the job done. Very prompt service. They provide you an estimate and if you agree, go ahead and do the work right away. I was happy with the service and the plumber.

If you need someone who produces wonder, Josias is the man!Il a fait du très bon travail. I never would have imagined that he would find a really hefty baseball bat—complete with a glove and a piece of downspout metal—deep down the downspout.Even before I moved into the house twelve years ago, these things might have been there for a long time. I'm hoping that this will now address the enigmatic water puddle that keeps appearing in the middle of the basement. Josias deserves a perfect ten, but I can only offer him a max of five stars! Matt and his crew did an outstanding and professional job. I think they worked on the hottest day of the year and they were always upbeat careful to take expert care of the yard while digging for the clean out. They removed a TON of boulders and gravel when I don't think they were required to do! I really appreciate their commitment to do a fantastic job and enough took the time to check on an injured racoon they found around the house. They showed they are more than professionals, they are caring and dedicated people. I am so thankful for the job they have done and give the highest recommendation I can. This company has in this crew the best people I have worked with!
