Wish we had not used these plumbers.

1) tried to scam us by using thinner copper than was called out on plans and contract.

2) placed ejector pump float directly below inlet so our basement flooded 3 times with dirty water.

3) no call-no showed seemed like 50% of the time

4) took 3 attempts to pass City rough inspection and 2 tries to pass final

Nitpicking... None of our shower handles are in-line with drains or spouts. And they're off center.

Highway robbery! Charged $98.00 just to come out then $228.00 PER HOUR for the plumber. Of course they didn’t have the right part so had to come out again. Charged $85.00 for the second trip out plus $228.00 PER HOUR for the plumber. Buyer beware! They’ve got a lot of nerve.

Called three companies, quickest reply. I new what I wanted he didn't have it, but had no problem getting it. Had a new hot water tank in less than 48 hours ! Thanks John

My toilet is leaking. Two guys came to my home, checked the toilet for literally 5 mins and told me the toilet is too old to be fixed. They will charge me ~850 dollars for replacing a new toilet, which I refused. No second options. Then they charged me $146 for coming to my apartment and "labor fee". BTW, my apartment is 5 mins away from their company.

Had Cahill come to our house with what we thought was a broken pipe involving our sump pump. The plumber they sent figured out the problem was an obstruction in the pipe to the street sewage system; tree roots. Took care of the problem quickly and suggested a company to assist us in the clean up and sanitizing of the affected area. I'd definitely use them again.

The plumbers themselves are great. Friendly, professional, and they get the job done.

It's everything else that hurts their operation. They fail to schedule and send plumbers at the right time; bill incorrectly and unexpectedly, then threaten to send you to collections; incredibly unresponsive; lie with impunity....

Wish the plumbers ran the whole show!
