I scheduled an appointment for a backflow test and they were upfront with their prices. No upfront deposits neither. My appointment was scheduled fast and the technician showed up on time. He was fast and very professional. Will definitely call them again if I run across any plumbing problem.

Premier Plumbing Service was a Godsend to us! The owner of the company came to our house himself with an assistant. He communicated with us and explained the process directly. He is genuinely trying to help and not just to make a dime. Everything is professional from the first phone call to the finished work.

I asked them to snake 1 toilet drain and for an estimate. Our normal plumber couldn't come until tomorrow, and charges $250 all in. They said they would need to come and see the drain, which would cost $159 (turns out this is an annual membership that they are trying to push). When the technician came, he called the office for the estimate. They said a single drain would cost $850 -this is a normal toilet off a bedroom in a house. The tech told me they would call me to explain why -as he said it was way too much. They couldn't explain why, the call center person I talked to kept blaming the technician, the technician said it wasn't up to him. If it matters to you -they also said they were a local plumber, but that didn't seem to be accurate. Phone call goes to Hampshire, tech was 1 hour away...Evanston isn't that big.

We had an emergency with the sewer backing up. Premier Plumbing Service came within couple of hours and tried to snake it, but couldn't get the blockage to be cleared. They came the next morning with the hydro power cleaner and cleaned the blockage. Very helpful. They cleaned up themselves after the service.

I will definitely recommend and use Premier Plumbing Service again for any of my future plumbing needs. They came immediately i called them and did a commendable job. They were clean, hardworking, and reliable.

Excellent service. I can't say enough good things about our plumber Mike. They were on time and very flexible to my schedule. They installed my Jacuzzi tub perfectly and tested and were very clean, nest, friendly, and accommodating! I would by fare continue to use them for all my plumbing issues. Mike is awesome. I was on a very tight budget and felt that their prices were very reasonable and affordable for me.

CJ Plumbing did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing a clogged roof drain on our school building. Our building is very old which meant the drain pipes were difficult to reach and work on. But these guys took care of the problem and were done within a day. CJ plumbing does excellent work and gets the job done quickly.

As a residential general contractor, I have used a number of plumbing companies over the last thirty years. Usually, I have been less than satisfied with their work and responsiveness. For the last thirteen years, I have only used CJ Plumbing. Their skill, responsiveness, experience and price are unmatched. If I could give six stars, I would.

Working with the Dmitry's (both the owner and the plumber who came today) was great. Super knowledgable and Dmitry (the owner) told me he was a state inspector for plumbing. Doesn't hurt to have the person fixing your systems to be someone who checks others' work!

We had a multitude of problems - a body spray shower head that wasn't working, a disconnected tub stopper, a floor drain in the laundry room that was stopped up, and the big project - adding in a backup battery-powered sump pump system.

Everything was repaired and is all in working order. Dmitry (the plumber who came today) was very kind and explained how the new sump pump system worked. Everything was clean and professional along the way.

As a bonus - we had a Grohe faucet that we inherited that had a bunch of scratch marks on it. Dmitry (the owner) connected us with a local Grohe rep and got us replacement parts free-of-charge!
