Tri-city Sheet Metal is great! On-time, honest, dependable.

Needed a small peice of sheet metal cut for a small project, despite Ken being in a little family emergency he still called me with pricing and got to it right away! A+ service! I will keep them in mind for all my sheet metal needs in the future!

Tri-City Sheet Metal is a poor excuse for a company. They serviced my air-conditioner over the summer, did not follow up with what they said they would do. No one answers their phone. Instead, you get a recorded response with the option to leave a message. My messages have been ignored. Horrific customer service. Go anywhere else.

We use them yearly for maintenance on our heater. Ken and his crew are wonderful to work with. I trust them 100%. Leave a key for them to do the work. They originally put the HVAC system in years ago (25+) for my step dad. Still running great.

Tri-City have been servicing my furnace and air conditioner regularly for many years, I've always had courteous and professional communication and service. Much appreciation to them for keeping very old machines doing well.

John Case (owner) installed duct work to a new 2nd floor bathroom, added a new humidifier to the furnace, and serviced the unit for the past 3 years. He provided outstanding workmanship in all his work, is very knowledgeable in all HVAC subjects, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him if you need any sort of HVAC work.

I had a wine bar added in my kitchen . Both the cabinets and the counter working through the Countertop Factory did an amazing job! My thanks to Kathy who did the design and the installers who made it happen. I love the way it turned out!

Easy drop off of materials and the installation contractor was diligent and thorough - very happy with the outcome!

We were very impressed with Home Depot’s sales associate at the store, the salesman coming to our home, the young man that laser measured for the counter and the two men that did a great job installing it.

I ordered carpet from Home Depot and set up installation through them as well. Ordering process and scheduling went smoothly. The measure went smoothly as well. On install date, the installers advised they were short material and the measurement was incorrect. They were able to maximize the material to only exclude stairs and a closet. The extra material needed to be special ordered and took three weeks to arrive an install. The store claimed the installers were at fault a the installers stated the store changed the material order so no one accepted fault for the nearly month long delay in completing the job. Ultimately the store adjusted my expenses to account for the inconveniences.

Joe came by first thing in the morning right after I called and performed repair very quickly. He was very friendly and informative. He found the problem almost immediately and let me know the price and completed repair all within a hour and a half was very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend him to anyone I know!!

Kim was extremely polite and responsive in the troubleshooting of our furnace. I was completely impressed with the enthusiasm that he showed doing his job which is something you don't see that anymore. He patiently explained the issue and recommended several things that I can do to prevent a more expensive failure in the future. Kudos!

James did a commendable job fixing my unit.He came after hours and stayed until the problem was solved. He was very knowledgeable and gave an outstanding customer service. I will definitely recommend.

Customer service lies about same-day appointments and then cancels at the last minute. very rude customer service when they call back to cancel/reschedule.

I will definitely never call/use this company again. Thank goodness I had left a message with their competitor prior to speaking to them. Patriot in Geneva will be out in an hour!

Tony was fantastic!! We had an issue with our heater and he arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and addressed our problem quickly and efficiently. Very professional and courteous. Explained our options concisely and clearly and answered any questions I had. Will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone.

Garber stated they could fix my Heating and then waited 30m before everyone closed to say, 'we cannot service you tonight.'

They had no problem charging my credit card before service was even performed though.

I could not recommend this company stronger. We needed them to come install new gas logs at the last minute due to having a home inspection. They went above and beyond to help us and we will always be grateful to them. When we move to our new home we will definitely be calling them for yearly service and any other needs that we may have.
