James was very professional very thorough. Was able to figure out the problem, with no wishy-washy or beating around the bush. James solve the problem and was able to offer recommendations and totally understood the long term effects if the problem was not corrected. Definitely a +10 out of 10. Very professional and knowledgeable. Tech got here when they said they would and finished quicker than anticipated. I had Garber Air Conditioner & Heating install my furnace about two years ago and have had maintenance agreements with them for years. Highly recommend and trust this company. Also several months ago I had a leak on a hose in the furnace. They were here to replace it within several hours of the call.

Just began a service contract with Garber Air Conditioner & Heating. The tech was friendly and informative. More importantly, they were thorough in their work and I am confident in their abilities to keep our commercial units up and running long-term. The receptionist that took my call could have been a tad friendlier, but I may have caught her at a bad/busy time. Regardless, the servicing of the units is what I care about, and they did a great job and gave advice on running our systems more efficiently, more than off-setting their cost for maintenance.

Today was our first experience with Garber Air Conditioner & Heating and we were impressed. The Tech was terrific. He was polite, patient and very customer focused. He took the time to explain how the system functioned and answered all our questions. It was a very positive experience. We feel comfortable that Garber Air Conditioner & Heating will be able to meet our equipment maintenance issues.

Our emergency home water heater repair was competed very professionally within 2 hours of making a phone call to J&R Herra Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing at a very reasonable price.

Had Tim come out to do work on furnace and was very nice and knowledgeable. We were faithful customers of Conro before the owner retired. Great to know his son now works for J&R. It has to be a great company if employees from Conro work for them (and have for 5 years). We now have a HVAC company we will rely on. Thank you

I am SO GLAD these guys came out to fix my AC. Not only were they able to come the day after I called, they fixed the AC and then noticed a major problem with my furnace exhaust pipes corroding. One elbow pipe was already leaking/split and when he went to take that down the whole thing crumbled. Tim and Scott were both awesome, very professional, cleaned everything up and fixed it all the way it should have been done. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this company during the installation of my water softener. They were quick to respond and even offered a generous discount when I asked—something I truly appreciated. The plumber who came out was certified, professional, and very knowledgeable. When I asked him to take a look at an issue I was having with my water heater, he was able to quickly identify the problem, clearly explain it, and fix it properly. There was an additional charge for the labor, but it was fair and well worth it for the quality of service. I felt confident in his work and appreciated the extra effort. Highly recommend this company for their honesty, professionalism, and great customer service!

David, our plumber, was very friendly, did a great job and installed faucet that we had preciously purchased. He charged us what ur company stated. We were told the service charge of $89.00 would then be deducted. Since we have never seen the entire bill, we were overcharged for a simple.faucet installation that took less than 45 minutes. For less than an hour of labor we were grossly overcharged.

Quick to respond and send someone to our home. Unfortunately we have a not so smart- smart toilet and need to find a specialist, but put tech was helpful, efficient and respectful. Thank you!!

I can't speak highly enough of J & R Herra and their employees; from my first phone call with office staff to the men who came to my home to do the work, I experienced professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I primarily was having laundry changed from the basement to the first floor but also had some minor electrical work done. As they ran into a couple of concerns, these were explained to me thoroughly and I was given choices of how to proceed. They also came across some things my home inspector had presented as concerns when I purchased my home which I had not told them about. They found the same things and explained the same concerns, giving me the option whether or not to fix them. Everything was completed with excellence and at considerably less $ than a well respected competitor. I am so glad my daughter recommended them to me. I will continue to use them for many of my home needs and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had some problems with a clog in the sewer, Kevin was very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He took the time to explain to us what was wrong and fix it in a timely manner. He checked all the toilets and sinks in the house, as well as the drain cycle in the washing machine to make sure everything was running well. He found that one of the toilets was leaking and after checking it, he discovered that the bottom was broken. He recommended to buy a new one and gave us good advice on what brands and sizes were more adequate for our needs.

We are very happy with Kevin’s work ethic and we highly recommend J&R Herr for any plumbing services. We will definitely call them again if any other problems arised.

Kevin was amazing! He was so nice and polite, we had an urgent plumbing issue and he was able to walk me through everything in detail but to where I could understand. He provided several options and let me pick the one that worked best for me. I hope I don’t have anymore issues for a while, but if I ever do the team at J&R Herra has been wonderful to work with!
