Giving this a 5-star review given I requested an appointment on a Sunday night and they were able to come out and fix it Monday afternoon and it’s for a rental property so couldn’t afford to have much down time with our tenants. They were in and out replacing a dryer drum cable in 20 minutes. Was $297 which I found to be a little on the steep end, but at the end of the day I’m not going to do it myself and the technician was very professional and nice. A new dryer installed was going to be about $800 so hopefully I got a couple more years out of this one.

Wonderful company and Igor is great! I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Igor diagnosed issue with my oven quickly and ordered the part I needed….Came back a few days later with the part and oven works perfectly!

Our refrigerator stopped working on Christmas day. We had visitors in town and a fully stocked fridge. We had had it repaired 6 weeks before by another company who clearly hadn't diagnosed the problem correctly. Nahid was very quick (the next day) to appear, diagnose, obtain a part and repair the fridge. We're lucky to have found him because our fridge is housed in a cabinet that didn't allow for any replacement fridge without sacrificing some space. That was nearly a year ago and the fridge is still going strong!

Have a 13 year old Ge side by side refrigerator that started whistling and nor holding temperature. Nahid came out and determined it was the evaporator fan assembly. Took 3 days to get the parts and it was fixed today, refrigerator back to cold and quiet. Great job Ultrafix and Nahid. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

BE AWARE of their lack of transparency. They claim that they will fix the issue, in person during the consult, yet their contracts/invoices say otherwise. I will say they are very knowledgeable, but very shady to their customers.

Malik was awesome! Very helpful, efficient and worked hard to get our oven fixed in the same day before the holidays. So relieved he fixed the oven vs having to have it replaced. Very happy with Malik and this company!

Gadzhi was great . He came to look at my stove hood vent. He took his time and found the problem. He ordered the necessary part and fixed the vent. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend!

Nahib from UltraFix was a most competent and efficient service person taking care of a refrigerator leak. He came the same day we called to access the problem, quickly found out what it was, ordered the part and within a few days the part was installed and problem solved! Great & easy repair. Dmitri diagnosed the issue (motor replacement) on my dryer very quickly, showed me the part he needed to get, gave me a quote, and replaced it within 3 days. Works great now!

My tech, Gadzhi, was absolutely awesome. Knew exactly what he was doing with my washer, cleared up everything so quickly, and was really friendly and I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. He showed me a bunch of stuff on how to take care of my washer better (simply bc I didn’t know) and answered every question. Punctual, professional, friendly - I’d absolutely have him out again to work on whatever.

Do not use!!! Awful experience. They sent someone. He said it’d take 2 hours to fix and $475 for parts and labor. Came back with a $50 part and finished after 5 mins. $475 for 5 mins of work? That’s horrible pricing and customer service. Unethical.

Malik did an excellent job diagnosing our refrigerator ice and water dispenser issue. Turned out it to be simply the water filter was put in incorrectly. He almost seemed to know this intuitively. I would recommend him.

Gadzhi quickly diagnosed the issue with our oven with parts needing to be ordered. He communicated and set proper expectations on the cost and time it would take. He returned 48 hours later with the parts and fixed the issue, checking everything thoroughly before leaving. Would use him again.

We have been working with Nahid to fix our high-end kitchen appliances. I cannot recommend him enough. Appliances we had been told could not be repaired by another repair company, he repaired! He is timely, professional, friendly and goes above and beyond. We will gladly use Nahid and trust his expertise as he was able to guide us towards potential future projects, should we choose to do them.

I wish Elshad had known before he arrived initially the job was to fix a washer that was completely filled with water. I told the operator that when I called to book so I thought he would know. Despite not having the best tools to get the water out and asking to use my shop vac (which I agree would have worked, but I didn’t want to use and was full of junk) he got the water out and got the broken pump out and ordered a new one. I scheduled to have the part installed a couple days later between 12&3. I got a text and a call from Glen I believe around 3 saying Elshad was having car issues and he would be there as soon as possible. This was fine and I had availability to wait so I responded saying so. I waited til 4:50 and called to check in and a gentleman said elshad was indeed on the way and would be there in 10-15 mins. Okay thank you that sounds good I said. I waited til 5:50 and called again now wondering if I was being scammed because I had chose to pay the full bill before the job was finished. Glenn was very helpful on the phone again and tried to contact Elshad but he couldn’t be reached as he was probably driving. She said she would find out what was going on and text me an eta which she did at 6:11 saying he would be there in 25 mins. I think he got there at about 6:40, which is cool. He was very professional and apologized, said he’d been in an accident and fixed the washer and showed me it worked. He also gave suggestions how I could make the drain sink hose work better and didn’t judge me as I had to clean out my apparently disgusting sink strainer I had ignored for ages.

I am very grateful for my washer working again, and appreciate most of the communication within this experience. I do think it could have been better though and I didn’t appreciate being told he would be there in 10 to 15 mins when that was apparently not possible. Please try to set better expectations. I am a very patient person and have time to wait, but not always and I could have done other things with my time than wonder what is going on. Just tell me from the start we’re not sure when the car issue will be resolved and the tech may need to battle nova traffic so if he can be there later tonight we’ll let you know, and then when you know tell me he would be there at 6:45. Or that would have given me the time to say actually can we do tomorrow I have plans and can’t be there tonight. Then Elshad is set for success and there’s no worries. These people are real humans and not a scam for which I am thankful. Elshad did good work given a rough hand, thank you sir. 🙏

Our technician, Gadzhi, was amazing. We already had one other company come out to test our dishwasher and couldn’t fix the problem. Gadzhi news quickly able to diagnose the issue, provided a resolution with transparent pricing, and fixed the issue, all very efficiently! Highly recommend!

I was so happy with the service I got. I really didn’t think my dryer could be fixed. He was able to repair it very quickly and even cleaned out a lot of lint that had accumulated and could have started a fire. He was very polite and cleaned up after his work. The cost was very reasonable and saved me from needing to buy a new dryer. Great job and I highly recommend!

Didn’t have a good experience with this company. We needed our vent hood repaired and as the technician is fixing it, he yanked our oven out to get to the vent and scratched our wood floor. Didn’t use any protective covering for the floor and said it wasn’t a big deal and the floor was “probably fine.” It isn’t and is damaged now. Not using this company again.

Gadzhi was efficient and quickly discovered that our dishwasher was working correctly. I had tried multiple times to get it working to no avail, so I really appreciated his assessment and help.
