I was very happy with Bubbles Window Washing service.
I wouldn't call them inexpensive but they did a big job that took several hours and the house and window tracks looked a lot better when they finished.
They communicated well and gave me an estimate via email. We have quite a few windows (I think we have 34). I was surprised when Bubbles contacted me by phone after their tech was on site. Their phone rep told me that Danny would have to do a "deep clean" of the tracks and therefore my new price would be $550...this was after my initial estimate had been $314. (In all fairness, their tech did point out several places where the dirt on the track was dirtier than "normal". ) HOWEVER, after a consultation between the Bubbles phone rep and her supervisor (while I was on a brief hold), the phone rep was able to adjust the final total down to $420. Anyway, "in my world" even $420 is a lot of money period, and especially for window cleaning, but I did understand the cost would have to be more, and I appreciated that the phone person was empowered to compromise and reach a price point that was acceptable for me as well as Bubbles. Equally important, the tech's work and attitude were both excellent. We were very pleased with the results. All in all, I think Bubbles handled the whole thing quite well. I definitely recommend them.

My husband and I scheduled with Bubbles for a gutter cleaning after finding them on Google. The process to schedule and get a quote was very simple which was great but I wouldn’t recommend the service. They asked to change the original appointment date and time two separate times but the first time, they couldn't end up coming because of rain. Not sure why you select your appointment day and time if they continually request to change it anyways. The technician was here for a total of 5 minutes only. He climbed on the roof to check the gutters and then used a leaf blower in the downspouts. He left so quickly I had to call a rep to find out what happened and after she called him she said he checked the gutters from the roof and they did not need to be cleaned out and only the downspouts were clogged so he used a leaf blower to remove the debris. He told her the debris was left in my front yard. We went outside to check and found nothing. It was a complete waste of $160 - and when I called to discuss, they gave me $35 off. For 5 minutes of time, and not even doing the job I requested, I should not have been charged $125. It feels like a scam and I would have rather the technician tell me my gutters were clean and instead charge a smaller service fee for coming out to check instead of pretending they did any thing which we could clearly see they did not. Would not recommend this company and will not be using them in the future.

We have used Bubbles for 7 years washing our windows and cleaning gutters in the Fall. They are fantastic! I highly recommend them. Feels like a small family run business that cares about customer service.

Your employee was very thorough and really did a great job. I was so impressed that he rinsed the gutters and made sure there were no clots in my downspouts. I could hardly tell from the ground that he cleaned out 3 bags worth of leaves and debris.

We have had many window washers over the years and Bubbles did a great job! Half of our windows are old triple tracks which are a pain. Our technicians did a superior job without a complaint. They cleaned our window wells and skylight! I would definitely use them again!

I hired Bubbles Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning to clean my gutters. The price wasn’t a bargain ($255, including the garage), but the cleaning itself went smoothly. The problem was that they left twelve plastic bags of leaves in my backyard. In Evanston, trash pickup does not accept plastic bags, and every previous gutter service I’ve used has removed the debris themselves.

When I called Bubbles, they told me the fine print stated that if I wanted the leaves placed in paper yard-waste bags, I needed to supply the bags. I then asked whether I could purchase the paper bags and have them come back to re-bag the leaves, but they said they were sorry and could not return.

I suppose I should have read the fine print more carefully, but this experience was disappointing. Going forward, I’ll be choosing a different company.

I have had great experiences with Bubbles window cleaning- so much so I have used them for my annual cleaning for 3 years now! They are professional, on time, have easy and reliable scheduling communication & my windows / screens always look great upon completion. Thank you & would recommend!

These guys were great, my windows looked so clean, not one streak. The guys were fast and very efficient. I will definitely hire them routinely for window washing and i will hire them for for gutter cleaning also.

Bubbles provided window cleaning at my residence - new construction home (5 years ago) that had never had outside of windows cleaned. The workers did an amazing job! Also cleaned all my window screens. My view inside and out is pristine. Highly recommend. They were on time, diligent, and did great work.
