I have been putting off contacting a house cleaning service for awhile. I was one who always thought that as the "mom" of the house, I could do it all. However, after returning to work full time, I finally gave in. After doing some research, I called the company I decided on. I was pleased that they were able to set up a day to come by in the same week. I have to say that I am glad I finally called. When they were finished, everything was spotless. I was very impressed.

I was very pleased with the first visit that I then set up an appointment for every two weeks. I still have to tidy up daily, but I no longer have to worry about spending the weekends scrubbing and cleaning. I would highly recommend this cleaning company.

I’ve used Hour Maid Service from time to time when I just need some help. I have a 1375 sq ft home in Skokie with a Master suite, a guest bedroom, a full bath with separate stand up shower and a half bath along with standard living room/ dining room and kitchen. I say all this so you realize for one hour and 4 women nothing should be MISSED! I was clear upon their arrival at 7:00 am prompt what I wanted and needed done so that it is helpful to me. This included not going around things on table tops but take them off and dust polish or clean and return items which I’ll later get in order. I asked all floors to be swept, vacuumed and mopped, all baseboards to be wiped throughout the living/dining room and hall ways, all trim in both the kitchen and bathrooms to be cleaned and the stand alone shower to be sanitized. They finished in a surprise 45 minutes rather than the hour and yelled bye to me as I was waiting in the lower level. Before I could go up to thank them and tip them they were gone. At first glance, things looked great! But immediately as I entered my pride and joy main bathroom, it wasn’t done. Yes they cleaned the tub and toilet bowl but didn’t touch the shower AT ALL! Nor did they sweep it or mopped it. Whoever was assigned the bathrooms really dropped the ball even after I said the bathroom on lower level can be eliminated. The other floors were minimally done. I know because I purposely left a simple thing under things to see if they’d sweep underneath. Most things I left there, I found. So I got surface cleaner at best. It looks good but some areas weren’t addressed at all AND they left early!!! I had my tip ready but I’m glad I kept it to myself. I’m not saying I won’t use them again but I will stay present in every area to ensure everything is addressed as requested. All that’s pictured was dirt from bathroom floor and underneath the sink was the sock and the container.

We have been using their service for years but have found that their prices keep going up, service has been getting worse all the time and the cleaning chemicals they use smells like extremely strong and bad engine oil. Lately, their service has gotten even worse. Today, we had them scheduled for a cleaning but they requested rescheduling last minute to an earlier time. We allowed it but didn't really welcome it. After their crew arrived to clean, I heard all kinds of really loud banging noises and the sound of blinds being beaten on excessively. It sounded as though someone was purposely trying to destroy something and not the normal sound of reasonable but thorough and consciousness cleaning that we pay for at ever increasing prices. Unfortunately, I was working and didn't have the time to go and check what all the excessive noise was all about. When they finished up cleaning, we paid them and gave a very generous tip. After they left, to our surprise and dismay, we found that they broke the blinds and and they left the broken top part of it on the coach. They did not even have the courtesy to tell us that they broke the blinds before they left. It will likely cost us hundreds of dollars to get them replaced. We are now completely dissatisfied and disappointed with their cleaning service. We will never use their service again and suggest you to find someone else for your cleaning service.

Hired them to clean an empty house 4 bedrooms 4 baths estimate was for for people for 1 hour 15 minutes. They were supposed to clean all surfaces including cabinet fronts and appliance fronts as well as flooring. Paid extra 60.00 to have ovens cleaned. The 4 of them got into an argument over something. They were speaking Polish so I do not know what. 2 of them stormed out and argued in front of my house for 30 minutes. Neighbors almost called police. Hardwood floors were all streaked ovens had a white film, one of the bathrooms was not touched, dust left everywhere. Long story short ever thing they touched had to be recleaned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The worst cleaning service I have ever had done. The absolute worst. Basic things weren’t even cleaned. MY ENTIRE STOVE WAS UNTOUCHED. Also, the bathroom was just wiped with a rag. The hairs weren’t even vacuumed up from the floor. Then when you point out something like the entire stove not being cleaned, they get upset and start talking with attitude and arguing. If I could give them a zero I would. Also, they came a half hour early without even calling me first. Luckily I got home a little earlier than planned to let them in or else I would have missed them. I will NEVER book this company again.

Our second time using Bubbles and continue to be impressed by their work and their price! Due to current state of the world, we only had them do the outside windows on this visit but eager to have them back in the future.

We had gutter cleaning, power washing, and window washing work completed. The scheduling through the COVID-19 crisis and various stay at home orders was well managed. Additionally, the people on site were very professional, friendly, and conscientious about their work.

We have used Bubbles Window Washing company for a number of years. Not only do they offer the best pricing, their entire staff is courteous. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work!

Simon and his teammate came on time. They were very pleasant, attentive, careful both inside and outside the house, and left us with beautifully clean windows and screens. This followed a good experience with customer service.

I had been trying to get someone to come and clean my gutters for over a month. I was going to have a roofing company do it as a side job but they kept saying it was their busy season.

Anyways I called Bubbles and they were able to come out that same day before a holiday weekend. I was anxious to get it done b/c they were talking about major storms all weekend.

It's hard to tell how clean my top gutters are now without getting up a ladder, but when the storms came through everything seemed to work well with no runoff water getting near my foundation.

Great experience with this company. Really saw the guys that came out work hard to make sure they did a good job. I almost told them not to bother with my big bay storm window(took him 10 minutes of messing with it to get it off safely) BUT he persevered and got it off safely, was really impressed with the service.

All that said, i was only asked to leave a review here after my initial positive review with them, just saying..............these reviews may not accurately reflect a consensus.

I highly recommend Bubbles! I’m very pleased with the job they did, cleaning our windows inside and out. They did a fantastic job and the workers were courteous and professional!

Bubbles did an excellent job. They arrived on time. The job was done well and the serviceman actually alerted me to an issue with a couple of my windows I had not noticed. We will use them again.

The technicians who power washed our house were REALLY great. Friendly, responsive, and they did a really thorough job. They put up ladders to reach the 2nd floor, rather than just standing on the ground. We will definitely use this company again in the future for gutters, powerwashing, etc.

I had Bubbles clear out my gutters and downspouts. The technician was pleasant and didn't leave a mess. It rained hard within an hour of the cleaning and my gutters worked perfectly.

The only downside was that Bubbles was unable to send someone in time for the original scheduled time. This was largely due to rain that caused delays which resulted in a backlog; I didn't get the impression that they normally miss appointments. The dispatcher was very nice and they sent out a number of updates indicating when they would arrive.
