This is the most responsive and clearly communicating company I’ve ever worked with. We had to reschedule once due to weather, but once my windows were completed I was so glad we got them cleaned. The price was fair, and Fredy did a beautiful job. All 41 windows were cleaned inside and out, including screens and tracks, in about 4 hours.

I had hired another company that has very good google reviews to clean my gutter one week early and the service was very disappointing. So I did some research and called Bubbles. Three technicians came on time and very professional. They cleaned up the gutters very well and made sure water ran through the sprouts. I will definitely hire them back and recommend Bubbles to my friends.

The Bubbles technician, Simon, was fast and efficient, careful of all our personal things. He made recommendations about service level that were most helpful in clarifying what we needed/wanted to have done.
We could not have been more pleased with the outcome....sparkling clean windows.

The appointment was within the scheduled range. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. My deck, gutter and front porch were cleaned thoroughly. Very good job. I was expecting a 'Bubbles' van but instead it was only a regular van, but the workers were wearing the Bubbles t-shirts, so that was OK. I chose this company because it's an accredited member of BBB with a rating of A+, and I'm satisfied with the service.

We had to cancel our appointment repeatedly due to the early March weather. They were very understanding every time and happily rescheduled our appointment. When our technician finally came he did a great job, cleaned up, and did some extra cleaning that I asked for. The windows look great. The price was very resonable and I would hire them back next time.

Everything was great! Very pleased with the service and the technician was quite nice and professional. My appointment was scheduled for the afternoon, but he was able to come early. I wasn't home yet, so he started with the outside windows and was working when I arrived home. I appreciated that! I would recommend Bubbles to anyone ... and I already have!

Again, I couldn’t be happier with Bubbles N Gutters! Martha kept me very informed on when the technicians were coming, Jose and Elfego (the technicians) showed up exactly when stated, work was performed better then I would have done, they were timely, they cleaned up after they were done and final invoice was as I expected. I had a great experience with Bubbles. I used them before andhad been really happy with the service. This time I was reminded again what a great job they did from beginning to end. Also, I realized how much I loved the clear view of our yard from our home. It almost seemed like spring!

I have so many complaints with Bubbles I'm not even sure where to begin. And, to be honest, I'm not even sure which location was servicing me. The calls were coming from an "unknown number". Here are some things I'll say:
1) I think they hire other people to come to your house for gutter work. So take that into consideration. Every van that showed up was unmarked.
2) They made multiple appointments without notifying me, texts sent to me when the person was on their way or, in one case, a person suddenly showing up on a ladder when my spouse was in the bedroom (thankfully not changing clothes).
3) They canceled multiple appointments due to weather (on 82-degree, blue-sky days).
4) They straight up didn't show for one appointment...without notifying me.
5) They charged $240 for 15 minutes of gutter cleaning and "repair" work (putting a clip in).
6) The last person to come to our house was completely unprofessional.
They DID refund me $40 when I told them the gutters hadn't been fixed or, apparently, cleaned well. But they then wanted another $550 to do the job that should have done the first time.
Just stay away.

Yes, they did try to set up a time for the free estimate -- by setting up the appointment on their end and not communicating with me through phone or text, as asked. I never confirmed two of the appointments. The last I had heard was that they needed to check with the office about a free estimate and that they'd get in touch with me to set up an appointment. But setting one up only on their end and not trying to get confirmation from me, then showing up at our house, they made a pretty unprofessional mistake. Also: The person who did arrive didn't know what was going on at our house, though I'd told the company at least three times what the issues were. Instead of being polite, he scoffed at my wife, took a sarcastic tone, and complained of having driven from Chicago. And I still don't know if he cleaned the gutters, as Bubbles promised me he'd do. All we got was an estimate in our mail box, saying it'd take another $550 to repair the gutters. Here's my recommendation as to your internal errors, Bubbles: take better notes so that communication between your office and servicemen is crystal clear.

Bubbles was great. The technicians showed up right on time, were super courteous--even voluntarily removed their shoes! I had my windows washed inside and outside and they did a fantastic job. I've used other window washing services in the past who had snotty customer service agents, showed up late, were rude and caused damage to my screens. What a different experience at Bubbles! From the first phone call they were nothing but accommodating, friendly and efficient. I was very impressed and will use them in the future and recommend them to my friends.

I have used Bubbles for gutter cleaning and window washing for 1 year. They have done a great job and are dependable as well. Our house is a large two story home with hard to reach windows and gutters. I have been pleased with their promptness to schedule and complete the job as promised.

My experience with Bubbles Window Washing services from scheduling to job completion was EXCELLENT!! The scheduler worked to find a convenient time in my calendar and was flexible when I needed to change. The team arrived a little early (10-15 minutes) and I received a phone call asking if it was OK if they started (I was running an errand around the corner). Super professional.

After the ease of scheduling and the professionalism of the team comes the finished product. The team did an AMAZING job ... our windows sparkled when they were done, and several weeks later they are still sparkling ... the best experience I have ever had with window washing and the best result. I will absolutely use Bubbles again and would highly recommend them.
