Made an appointment for Rockland to come out for a hot water heater inspection. I was given an 8 hour arrrval window between 9AM and 5PM. At 3:30 I called Rockland to get an update on arrival and was told the technician would call or text me when in route. 4:30 PM ,no call, no text, I call back to Rockland and was told the tech was in route. 4:45PM, I call Rockland and ask where's the tech and was told that Rockland would call the tech and have him call me with an ETA. 4:55, no tech, no call no text I call back again and request the service be fulfilled. I was given the same response as the above. Waited 8hrs and no call, no text, no service tech.. Next morning no call from Rockland, so I call them, no apology given but states they can come out 2days later for the inspection. Literally don't waste your time, it's of no value to them. Totally unreliable not trustworthy.

Homeserve dispatched Rockland Plumbing to my house twice, last year 2024 and this year 2025.They corrected my major plumbing issue. They also discovered that I had a buried catch baskin. Rockland made a cap for it. I would recommend Rockland Plumbing.

In September I went through Rockland plumbing through my home insurance for a kitchen sink leak damaging my basement ceiling. I was skeptical due to a previous bad experience with my home insurance for a separate issue and reading the reviews on here about Rockland, but much to my surprise it was a good experience. The technician Ralph was thorough, showed up on time, explained the process, gave me options and considerations. As he repaired he walked through what he was doing and how to maintain my pipes on an older house. Ralph even cleaned up after himself!

I definitely will use Rockland again and if you can request Ralph!

Was fast and knowledgeable, used company picked by Home warranty people. Had a bad faucet and the service repairman fixed it and double checked his work to make sure everything was good.

I was extremely happy and pleased with the service I received and pricing. The tech was named Ralph and he was awesome. It was my first time utilizing them and I will be back if I have other issues. Instead of bigger conglomerates try them!

We had an issue with our water heater few days before Thanksgiving and Rockland was able to schedule us an appointment right away. Tony Campbell, the technician came on time and was able to fix what was wrong with the water heater. He communicated everything to our son who was home that time, and wrote a detailed information and instruction for us. He also communicated everything to my husband via phone call.

Complete rip off. Wouldn’t recommend using them. I was assigned via home warranty company. 1st they couldn’t come out for 4 days to look at the broken water heater. Canceled less than 2hrs for the appointment. Came the next day after I stated I will have the warranty reassign to another company. They called to come earlier than appt time. I rushed home and had conduct work meetings while driving only for them to arrive at the original time and have me waiting almost 2hrs. Came out for 10mins and said they would call within 1-2hrs. Never called. After 4 hours. The warranty stated the technician hasn’t called in yet. Took another 5 days to come out. The technician came today admitted to over charging because the warranty company doesn’t pay much. Said I was getting all new water and gas lines. Same lines. They put an aiut an 2 inch pvc pipe to connect the new pan to the line winning from my furnace to the drain. Charged me $200 for pipe modification and they one switched out the water heater for the same exact brand. No new pipes. Billed to disposal of the old heater for $85 and I decline and then said they would take it anyway. Further admit they were taking straight to the scrap yard to get money for it. All and all. Just don’t do it. 10 days without water and I was basically scammed out of money. If they are not paid enough by the warranty company that’s a contract issue and the issue of the customer.

Steer clear unless you want to pay more for less and end up worse than when you started.
Rockland Plumbing turned a manageable drainage issue into a full-blown nightmare. Before their plumber spent just 35 min. augering the line, we could at least use our water — backups only happened with the basement tub & washing machine. But after the plumber left, we couldn’t even wash our hands or flush a toilet w/o a ton of dirty water backing up onto the basement floor.
We moved in just 30 days ago, now the entire plumbing system is unusable. When we contacted the company, both the plumber + the office manager were quick to push a $600 hydrojetting service — conveniently not covered by our warranty, as the only next step. No accountability. No real solution. Just a worse situation and a sales pitch.

If I could give no starts I would. First my home warranty company assigned them after my water heater went out. They made 2 appointments which they didn't keep and claimed the technician got sick. So the last straw was they rescheduled for the next day and I asked because we waited around 2x can we at-least be first we literally had been without water for 7 days at this point. Debbie didn't care or did she try and be accommodating. Fast forward 2 weeks later the toilet stops flushing in the in law suite for my elderly parents they give a 12-5pm appointment time. At 6:30pm they canceled and they didn't care. They waste people's time and if they don't like to travel a distance they should say that. It would be unfair if I made an appointment and they showed up and I wasn't there. ROCKLAND is terrible

Rockland Plumbing is an excellent Team of professionals who are highly knowledgeable about all aspects of major and minor plumbing and sewer systems problems. Rockland is responsive, on time, and communicates throughout the inquiry and repair experience.

My water line issue was complex and required heavy duty equipment. Rockland is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. If you want the job done correctly, the 1st time, then Rockland Plumbing is your Team!

Ralph was amazing. Personable and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue (new wax rings and stoppage) right away and tested several times to make sure everything functioned correctly. I am very impressed and happy with the service provided.

Rockland Plumbing is Everything! The plumber takes pride in their jobs. The work they performed was awesome. If I ever need anymore plumbing work done they’ll be the first that I’ll call. I really appreciate the awesome job they completed at my home.

Had a great experience with Tony C from Rockland Plumbing. Booked service through Warranty Company Monday night. Tuesday morning, Rockland Plumbing reached out and was able to schedule an appointment. Tony was able to come out Wednesday morning to inspect and fix our water heater. Tony gave detailed update after he completed the repair. He even called Thursday (Thanksgiving) morning to check on us and see how the water heater was doing. Prompt and Excellent service! Thanks for your help!

This company did a good job didn't leave a mess in my bathroom replaced what needed and the service man was nice.

First day showed up 3 hours late then left again to get permit then worked for 3 hours next day showed up 2 hours late dropped off one of the inexperienced helpers and the other guy left to pick up the lead guy and showed up 3 hours later destroyed the inside of my basement and stairs mud so over the place didn’t clean up mixed the concrete in my mulch and against my house not i have grey self leveling concrete on my red brick and on my driveway and mulch hired to hire a cleaning crew to clean my stairs and basement used my house for water and broke my nossel on my house didn’t say anything really not happy at all with the experience wouldn’t recommend sorry about being honest I’m in the trades and would never leave a house like that
