Rockland pluming did not complete the job they were paid for. The tech was wornderful on the initial visit. He ordered a needed part but discontinued his services with Rockland. Rockland did not reassign the work and to date they have not corrected the situation. I will update.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rockland Plumbing, and I can confidently say they exceeded my expectations. They came to my home to fix a drippy valve in my tub, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service from start to finish.

The plumber arrived right on time, showcasing their commitment to punctuality, which I greatly appreciated. He was not only experienced but also very knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and concise manner.

What stood out to me was the professionalism and efficiency with which the job was completed. The plumber worked diligently and had the valve fixed in no time, all while ensuring that my home remained clean and tidy.

Very professional and efficient company. Dennis and his crew are to be commended for an excellent job in repairing our problem. They worked very hard to finish the job and the cleanup was perfect afterwards. I’d highly recommend them. I’ve had many plumbing companies throughout the years but these guys really care about the customer. I felt extremely comfortable with them.

Daniel and his assistant first came out for an evaluation estimate. He made it to my house even though it was getting late in the day, they made it. Daniel and his assistant jumped down into the crawl space, and guided my Wife and I through the process of getting this situation fixed. Debbie at the shop always took my calls and updated me in the insurance process. They really went the extra mile. I have HomeServe Insurance. Interior plumbing and drainage system policy.

I would like to thank Ralph for the service he provided…very professional He kept us informed about what was going on with the order for our hot water heater. Once it was delivered he came out and installed it in no time…I highly recommend Rockland Plumbing…whenever we an issue with our plumbing I’m make sure that I request Ralph and will also have AHS submit the request to Rockland Plumbing……

I had previously left an outstanding review for the guy that came out from this company last year but this year I had some plumber name Tony come out. This guy claimed my drain was so compacted with grease (mind you I do not pour grease down my drain..... ) I needed a jet rod to clear it and that he rod my drain 20 times.... Before he came the drain was going down slowly when he left I had standing water at my basement drain... I was so distressed that he left my drain like that I tried a "half" bottle of Draino and guess what it cleared the entire line. Please explain how not even a whole bottle of draino cleared a line a rod could not?? I feel like this guy tried to scam me. The company even still tried to say i need a jet rod per their tech... Did you not hear the part where a half bottle of draino cleared my line. Be careful people these companies are something else wish I had a cam down there to see what the guy really did as I did not stand down there with him and supervisor (my mistake...).

Excellent communication! Mike did a great job figuring out what was wrong with my sump pump. Replacing it took him no time at all. Very professional and will call on Rockland Plumbing again!

Great place. Calls answered by a person and she was very helpful. I asked for a 30 mins heads up before arrival. They did it, does not always happen. The job was done perfectly.

My water heater needed replacing and Rockland was great. Joe the technician was veey efficient and he patient with all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

Um. So idk what’s up with these guys, but I was assigned this company through American Home Shield (AHS) for sewer back up in my recently purchased home, in which they charged me $125 for Plumber Mike to come out. Because my husband had tried rodding the pipe and cleaned up the water, Mike determined that the issue had been resolved, not even 3 days later after he left sewer started backing up into the basement again so I called Rockland again and they sent Mike back out, this time we left the water so he could see that there is clearly an issue, at this point the walls around the area had started to mold due to the damage from the water. So Mike rodded the basement, pulled out some roots and determined that we had a break in the pipe and that we needed to have a camera put down the pipe but he recommended his supe come out and take over the job. Dennis contacted me the day of our first appointment with him and had to reschedule due to another job being lengthier than what he expected. He came the next day but his camera broke so he had to reschedule me again, so when he finally came out to complete the camera inspection he did complete the job, took $25 off the service for the inconvenience and determined that it looks like there is a break in the pipe. He quoted me $4600 to fix the issue, and I immediately told him I did not have it seeing as thought I just recently purchased a home BUT I did ask him if my insurance would cover the issue. He said most likely not but we could try, and of course he recommended jetting the pipe because I mentioned that since the roots were pulled from the pipe I had no more backup. I couldn’t afford the jetting service at the time either but I did give it a go with my insurance, and surprisingly, they covered it. Unfortunately Dennis stopped all communication with my insurance company as well as myself so I ended up having to go with another company who actually charged me less than what Rockland quoted me and installed a clean out for us because our home did not have one, at no extra charge. It seems like the customers who go through AHS Home Warranty don’t get taken seriously but Hopefully that is something that will change after this review!

Rockland plumbing sent the best, most professional, skilled, plumber to my home who tackled the job with ease. The service received was outstanding and I highly recommend this company.

Each time I've used Rockland I've been totally satisfied. Would use them over again. My technician Tony did a great job on installing a Water Tank.
