I had a severe blockage in my upstairs bathroom, so when the washing machine emptied it would flood my second floor . I called Omega who I trust , they sent Dan , Dan saw me wet dry vacuuming the mess and immediately traced the problem. After following the pipes and running water he found the blockage. After bringing in a huge ridged rodder he went in unclogging what ever my grandkids put in toilet 🚽. Only Plumbers I trust . Omega will fix your issue . I Recommend Omega

My softener’s brine tank cracked and leaked salty water over the basement floor on a Friday! No replacement tanks to be found locally of course… I received quick, comprehensive, professional service from their dispatcher, Service Manager Phil and Joe. I would happily call them for service again. They really go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

Keith was very pleasant to talk to. He explained the furnace parts and the function of what needed to be replaced. He knew his stuff, and I greatly appreciated all that he had done so I could have heat again. Thank you Keith!!

Excellent he explained the problem and told us he could fix it but your furnace is under warranty and have the company who installed it come back out and fix the problem. He also installed a new thermostat for us. Extremely professional and courteous.

Called Omega after seeing excellent reviews on a local dad group for a broken toilet flange on the second floor. It was previously repaired by a less scrupulous person. Omega was able to book a same day appointment.

Dan "The Rock" Johnson came out, quickly identified the issue, and walked me through the solution and what was going on. The repair was about twice as fast as expected, and Dan was a stand up professional, and very kind to my house full of kids. The final price was also very fair.

Omega's answering machine says "the last plumber you will ever need" and I am in total agreement! Glad I found them to rely on in the future.

I had another (local) plumbing company share a quote for the same thing I had Omega do -- 50 gal electric heater with electric anode -- and they quoted me $1000 dollars more with extra materials I didn't need.

Omega came through, cut through the superfluous knicknacks and gave me a heater that was installed quickly and with great service. Colin and Dan, you guys rock.

Had a sump pump replaced. Had an appointment and they called to offer me a time a day earlier! John came out and was very friendly and offered me some suggestions. Job was completed quickly and explained everything. John also asked if there were any other issues before he left. Highly recommend Omega and John.

The tech came out to light a pilot light. He was very respectful. He tried to help as much as he could he he gave me very good information. If anything ever comes up, I would love to have him back again. He was fantastic.

We had a bad hose bib replaced today and of course scheduling fell on a cold windy morning. Then, wouldn’t you know it, just as Bill started to work, it started blowing rain. Even though it didn’t take him long, he could’ve easily waited it out (I wouldn’t have cared) but instead he chose to deal with it never saying a word about it raining. No one should have to get rained on first thing on a cold gloomy morning. It wasn’t until I came back upstairs did I notice it rained but he didn’t care. We can use more of that type of attitude in the workforce but unfortunately you either got it or you don’t. Bill was pleasant to work with, job got done, and everything looks good.. Thank you!

I had Keith he was a great guy. Taught me a lot and explained a lot of what was going on with my furnace. This is a good company with great employees I would recommend this company to anyone!
