I recently had my hot water heater replaced, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was installed correctly and safely.
The work was done efficiently, and they left the area clean when they were finished. My new system is working perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I have worked with Raul and his company a few times and each time they have been very professional, helpful and got the job done. Today on the coldest day of the year I had an issue with my heat. Raul came personally to take a look, I had an issue after he left and his team came back to get the job done at 9PM at night! Thank you for not letting me freeze tonight, I will recommend you to everyone I know!

Highly recommend Medina's Heating and Air Condition. My old AC literally burned on one of the hottest days of summer. I gave him Mr. Medina a call early evening thinking he wouldn't show up till the next day if I was lucky. Nope! He showed up around 8 pm to take a look. Sure enough my AC had 🔥. He came back the next day and within hours, he had the new unit up and running. Very grateful to him for his prompt response. He answered all my questions and followed up with me after a couple of days to make sure everything was working well. Again, highly recommend!

Quick and friendly in a nutshell.
My Ac went out and I was trying to fix it myself but my wife had other plans and called Medina's heating and Air conditioning. A service guy came out quickly and with this heat wave we're having in June. He found the problem and fixed it right away vs trying to sell us on services we didn't need at the time. He understood we needed to cool our home immediately with it being 90°F inside our home and having two small kids and two dogs. It was a matter of safety vs comfort. He treated us more like a friend helping a friend vs seeing an opportunity to take advantage of our situation.
I highly recommend Medina's heating and Air conditioning.

My AC was not blowing enough cold air got Raul's phone number from a family friend he took time out of his busy schedule to come see what was wrong with my AC he was able to find the problem took care of it and was kind enough to wait for me to get home and pay him. I am very thankful to him for coming out especially when the weather has been dangerously 🥵. I would definitely call him back if ever need anything for my AC or heater. Very satisfied customer great service professional and fast response.

My baseboard heater were making crazy loud banging sounds, I could barely sleep! Raul did an amazing job explaining to me what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Ive had several encounters with my heating unit, and recently said I will take care of it this summer but know it just started sounding horrible and not blowing enough heat. I texted Raul as I was getting ready and he came out that same afternoon, and we planned to have a new unit installed next day..no if and or buts. I came home and my house was nice and warm. I've dealt with many heating & cooling system companies over the years. I would have to put them at the top of the list. These guys are fast, friendly and most of all HONEST! They arrived on time. Followed through on everything they said they would do and best of all they solved a problem I was having with my heater. They had the part on hand and had my unit operating in tip-top shape and at a fair price. I've saved them in my contact list because they will be my go to company for any heating and air problems I may run into in the future.
