Today we had Omega install a new sump pump. A few weeks ago we had them install a new water softener/filter system. In each case the quality and workmanship were outstanding. The technician, Colin E., was courteous, friendly and efficient. In particular, the piping for the water softener/filter system is a work of art. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Omega for all of your plumbing needs.

They really stand by their work. I had an issue with the extractor pit. They had installed a new pump for me about a year and a half ago. I called and they were there in a couple of hours. The plumber, Joe, found an issue that was caused during the original install. They did not charge me for the fix. They were fast and efficient. Great company. Very honest and knowledgeable!

Have used Omega before for home and commercial needs. So when we had an issue at our house today we called them again.
The man on the phone was polite. A plumber was out within 2 hours. He was well informed and politely and patiently answered all my questions. He was neat, efgicient and very kind.

Came to the location. Charged $349 10 min later the unit went out again. Car back. Changed the thermostat and 1 wire. Charged $537 and an additional 285 for cleaning. If you want a company that creates charges out of air use them. They don’t notify you about the charges. I paid them. The got their money but very shady company the way they operate.

Awesome guy. Was at my house within 30 minutes of calling. Walked me through what needed to be done and even showed me the gauges and where my ac was reading compared to where it should be. Did not try and oversell me on something I didn't need. This was after having two other people come out and tell me I needed a full AC replacement without hooking anything up.

Excellent service, very professional. Came out to replace my furnace gas valve. Quality work and efficient with reasonable service charge. Definitely would recommend, call if you have HVAC issues.
