Joe Gabel was very honest, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He able save us considerable dollars by identifying that our existing water heater was still under warranty. I would recommend Joe to others.

John was on time, was very conscious of keeping my foyer clean and clear of any mess given that he had to bring up the old water heater and bring in the new one. He didn't try to give me a hard sell on anything and made sure that he explained what he was suggesting and why.

We were very happy with the service we received. Our plumber was able to get to our home quickly and had the leak fixed right away. I highly recommend this company.

I spent many hours trying to get a Moen shower handle cartridge in. Eventually I gave up and called Omega Plumbing. John F came out and found the issue. The next day he came and fixed my plumbing problem. John F explained everything well, and was very reasonable. We are pleased with his work and will request his service in the future.

Bill was great. He looked into repairing our old water heater and when I made the decision to switch to replacement he had everything he needed in his truck to get us up and running. Omega sent him out as scheduled and we had hot water again before holiday company started arriving

Called Omega because we had a blocked main sewer line. It was full of roots. Chris was at our house quickly. He was very professional and explained it all to us. Chris worked diligently in crummy weather hydrojetting and clearing all the roots.

Man, I set my eyes on Bill…. and took 40 seconds to make the decision that I can probably be good friends with this guy. Transparency and direct, and they sold me a solution rather than a new water heater. Resolved the problem same day. Going to try to find something broken in the house and call Omega in the hopes Bill comes back.

Omega came through AGAIN as our hero. Joe from Omega is a top-notch professional. Did a great job installing our new under counter water heater and faucet. Joe today (and Bill previously) were able to correct every horrible mistake made by Insikerator's incompetent tech support. Thanks to everyone at Omega.

We had a leaking pipe, Dan came and replaced it quickly. Checked on a few other things to be sure everything was back in order and even helped clear out our faucet for better water pressure. Great job as usual from Omega.

Great experience. John Fleming was my plumber and replaced a failed saddle valve with a quarter turn valve, including some new piping. The work was thorough, he tested the water flow to my humidifier, and left the worksite immaculate. John was direct and to the point and did not try to oversell. Nice guy. We will definitely call Omega again in the future for our ejector pump replacement.

Excellent company. From making the appointment to the actual service everyone was so kind. John was our plumber and he not only finished the job in a skilled and timely manner but he was a wealth of knowledge. We will definitely be using Omega again!

Omega is great! From the initial call to the end of the job. They are very responsive. I called Omega back to look at a repair they did a year ago, they had to make a slight adjustment to repair the issue and didn’t charge me as the repair from a year ago was under warranty. No questions asked. To me a company that stands by their work, goes far these days. John Fleming, the plumber that did the work was very professional and thorough in his assessment and work. I’d highly recommend them and I support they are a local company that does great work!

Dan Johnson came out to provide an estimate for some repairs at our home, and he was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring about our concerns, and both professional and friendly. He was also timely and respectful of our schedule. Based on this experience alone, we feel comfortable and confident moving forward with services from Omega.
