Ernie came out on short notice to help me get my furnace going. Turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn’t even want to charge me. You don’t find that kind of honesty these days. Most places would take advantage of the customer in a situation like that. When the time comes to replace my furnace I know who Ill be calling.

My family and I have been going to Ernie for our heating and cooling needs (especially in the winter) for a couple years now. Yesterday he fixed the overheating of our furnace that was a result of high gas pressure. He also identified two other issues: 1) carbon monoxide leak, and 2) a missing safety switch which he will come back to fix once the parts come in.

He's an honest and efficient professional with very fair prices. No need to look elsewhere.

Ernie was recommended by one of my coworkers. Gave him a call as soon as I got home I explained my situation and he said he could come out and look at it. I was so happy at how fast he was able to figure out the problem and fix it and had it running in no time. Also had him do a cleaning very detailed in his work. Definitely would recommend him.

Worst service ever cheap comes with a price.
No atrention to detail .Tried to call for a service call and neither owner or his wife return calls. They worried about the batting cages first then hvac in a place they dont even own. Why do u think he have bad reviews!!

They are awesome! I emailed PWA on Sat afternoon they called shortly after & Bob came out the next day/Sunday to look at our air condition. He didnt charge us for a Sunday visit and we had our new air conditioner in on Wed! Bob and Brandy were both great to work with and I definitely recommend you call them. Thank you PWA

My furnace was leaking water when the air conditioning ran. The unit is 20 years old and some of my neighbors had to replace their original Builder unit of which I have the same. Was worried about the cost of a new unit. PWA came recommended from a neighbor and over the phone, Bob basically diagnosed the problem enough for me to fix myself. I followed what he told me and he was right. Still had the service call to make sure, but by being honest and not trying to sell me a new unit spoke volumes and I will use them as my go to HVAC contractor.

Nothing like coming home after vacation in the middle of summer to your ac not working. From good past experience with Lockwood and not good experience with another local place the answer on who to go with was a no brainer. The 2 technicians were here exactly when they said they’d be. Worked really quick but efficiently. Went over all the new stuff with me very thoroughly. Got me up and running in less than 4 hours and right before the last big heat wave. A/C, furnace, humidifier and media air filter replaced. Outstanding customer service, extremely responsive and informative. Installers, Andy and Josh, were professional, timely, conscientious and really nice guys. Would definitely recommend. We are super pleased with entire process from bid to installation! Lockwood exceeded our expectations...all during some of the hottest weather of the season. 5++ stars.

On December 9th Andy and Terrance from Lockwood Furnace came to my home to replace my 29 year old furnace and AC. They did a great job, were very pleasant, efficient and clean up before leaving. I would give them 5 stars!!
