Jeff was the technician that serviced my two air-conditioning units, he was very professional- on time-and courteous. He fixed my upstairs unit that was found to have a wiring issue. I highly recommend Lockwood Furnace Company for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

We have relied on Lockwood Furnace for all of our heating and cooling needs for the past 16 years with no complaint, We don’t have to call on them often but when we do they arrive on time and repairs were completed in a timely manner. After our last repair in February we had a related issue hours later that was our error, but they came back the same day to correct the issue. Always professional and they always get the job done right.

I had Doug and Mike out a day ago. They replaced my heat exchanger. I wish every technician would be like them. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond! Truly outstanding service!! Shout-out to Katie on the phone too. Highly recommended company. :) Thank you.

I moved into my house 6 years ago and they had this company install a hot water heater prior to this and their name was on the thermostat, hot water heater, AC, and heater. Our hot water heater went out without any warnings. I called them for a service call and they came the same day. Unfortunately for me the hot water tank needed to be replaced. My technician Matt came out and advised us on our options. We chose to have it replaced. He was able to get this done in the same day. He was so customer friendly and was knowledgeable on my older system. He went up and above to finalize the process in just one day. They were very respectful to the social distancing and did not make any mess. I will recommend this company and Matt to all my family and friends. This is a very reputable company for anyone who is looking to get any work done. I will be a returning customer when I need something.

We have used Lockwood since building our home in 1991. We just had our 27 yr old furnace and Aprilaire humidifier done and also our A.C. unit that was the original unit replaced in our house. My family has used Lockwood since we bought our first home in 2007. Lockwood has always been professional, on time, knowledgeable, and most of all, high quality. Over the years they have really kept our furnace and A/C systems in tip-top shape, with excellent office staff. We just installed a new furnace and hot water heater at our current home, and from the initial estimate of services through installation Lockwood was realistic about install times, talked with us about our options, stuck by their original estimates, and the work included a lot of re-routing pipes, sheet metal fabrication, and more. I really can't say enough about them. They have never disappointed us - their employees seem to stay with the company a long time. The estimator had 40 years, the install guy had been with the company for 14 years. This is a sign not only of a business who knows their job, they seem to treat their employees right, too.

Lockwood employees are extremely knowledgeable and honest! Lockwood is a top-notch company and is the only furnace company I will ever use. Doug Prile and Mike Plada went above and beyond my expectations when installing my furnace. I am so impressed with their knowledge of heating and cooling (they also installed central a/c 4 years ago)! Lockwood Furnace company consistently provides excellent service and products! When they left, I was reassured any questions or problems give them a call and they would be back ASAP.

Bob was very personable he look at my air conditioner. Said I would get a quote by end of day which I did. After accepting the quote my new air conditioner the following week. Thank God it was not very hot yet. Bob's crew that installed the HVAC was on time explained what they were going to do. I did not have to worry about any clean up as all was taken away.

Came home from vacation to an 84 degree home. Lockwood came out in a timely manner, Bob explained everything and gave us options. Andy and crew were professional and personable and always on time. I’m confident that I’m getting a quality product, installation and service. Katie in the office was great too!!

Matt was out today to fix my elderly father-in-law’s AC. He was very professional and knowledgeable technician. Matt took the time to explain everything, and was very honest and thorough with the work that needed to be done. He was also very clean and respectful of my father in-law’s house. Which was very appreciated.
Would definitely recommend Lockwood.

I am definitely rating this company only 2 stars and not 1 Star because they sent someone out as soon as they could. I was over charged! It was over $200 for every 30 minutes! The Tech from what I thought seemed knowledgeable and was positive that what he thought was wrong with my furnace was fixed. He supposedly did everything he could and checked the tubes and outside as well. I ended up paying over $400 and a promise that my furnace would keep working until a warranty part was sent in and I still had to pay for the labor for them to replace it.
IT BROKE DOWN WITHIN 8 HOURS!
I had the people that placed the furnace in my home come in the next day and they fixed it within 20 minutes and it had nothing to do with the furnace but the tubes connected to it! I did not reach out before because I could not find their information at that time.
UNBELIEVABLE!
I will never reach out to Lockwood Furnace Company ever again!! They have a run for your money.

Great experience with Lockwood. Just upgraded our furnace and AC unit. Bob came out gave me an estimate pretty much on the spot and answered all my questions. Andy installed and was in and out in less than 2 days. Explained every question I had and was super qualified. Highly recommend.

During a severe heat wave with our indoor temps hitting 87, he quickly fixed our a/c and went above and beyond by securing a refund on a warranted part for us.

His follow-up call the next morning showcased his genuine concern for his clients! Jeff doesn’t just provide expert service; he treats his customers like family!

Great service! Our furnace died during this cold weather. Called Lockwood Furnace and they had someone out to our house in 3 hours. Loaned us heaters and had our new furnace and AC installed in 48 hours, nasty working conditions outside for the guys but that did not interfere with their expertise and dedication in getting the job done. I have used Lockwood on several houses over the past 15-20 years for replacement, repairs and maintenance. They have always been absolutely wonderful. Their prices are very reasonable and they stand behind their work. The people at Lockwood are always professional, they show up ready to get the job done and listen to your input and concerns. I called on a Sunday to schedule service for a Monday and spoke with their answering service. The service told me they would call me first thing Monday morning to schedule an actual appointment. Monday morning, shortly after Lockwood opened they called to schedule. They were very accommodating for my schedule and gave me a window that they would be there. Before my technician arrived I received a call that Jeff was on his way. Jeff arrived and was so great! He walked me through everything he was doing and answered any and all questions I had about the process and what all the parts actually did. Jeff had a bit of a struggle to figure out what was wrong between my non-working thermostat, AC Unit and furnace. But he was able to figure it out and get me up and running in about two hours. Jeff was the absolute best!

I hired Lockwood Furnace after having several technicians come to the house to provide free estimates. I honestly expected a lower quality of product, and customer service, when the price quoted is almost $1k lower then the nearest competitors quote for similar equipment/ services. I was pleasantly surprised!

Not only did I save on the cost, but Lockwood also spent the time to walk me through the financing process, contacted me prior to the installation to walk me through what to expect, and followed up after to ensure I didn’t have any questions or experiencing any issues.

I would never wish the headache associated with furnace/AC repair or replacement on anyone, I would strongly recommend Lockwood to anyone finding themselves in need of an affordable, quality, and honest furnace/ AC technician.

Bob Swanson came out and gave me a estimate on a new central air and furnace. He was very thorough and thoughtful, thank you! Andy and Patrick installed the new units and they were amazing. I could not say enough good things about this company. They are a very professional company and trustworthy.

My original furnace was beginning to exhibit its age (22 years) so I knew it was time to update the system. I gave Lockwood Furnace a call and Bob came out a few days later to look over my current system (which was originally installed by Lockwood when the home was built) and give me a quote on a new heating and AC unit install. He answered all of my questions and explained the installation process. I had a quote emailed to me by the end of the day. After review, I emailed back that I wanted to go ahead and schedule an install appointment.
The office called back and told me it would be a 1.5-2 day install. We set up the dates.
The installers, Andy and Terrence, arrived on time. Andy explained that they would finish the furnace install first and come back the next day to finish up with the AC install and tie up any loose ends. After everything was installed and checked, Andy took me through the new furnace features, explained how to set the humidity level, change the filters, and program the new thermostat.
From start to finish, everyone I dealt with has been professional and courteous. The install crew cleaned up their work area and let me know that I would be contacted in the Spring for someone to come out and calibrate the AC system properly.
My new system has been installed for only a week but I can already feel the difference throughout the house.
I would recommend Lockwood Furnace!
