Mike Guinane is good. Like very blunt and to-the-point, and willing to figure out how to make much needed-repairs work for our budget. Work is yet to be done, so this is just a review of our meeting with Mike about lining our sewer. It was as pleasant as a sewer-focused meeting can be! Super cool guy (who also lives in the city and understands 100-yr-old sewer lines).

Peter and his crew did a great job! Professional, knowledgeable, competent! Walked us through the process both before and after the installation. Would recommend J Blanton for any future needs.

Pride plumbing helped me make an easy transition when I bought my first home. They checked my pipes, they helped thaw one of my main septic pipes and moved all my water lines from 1 floor to another. Great experience and service! When my pipe didn't thaw they were there the very next morning to ensure I was taken care of!!

Our sewer pipe broke at outside foundation wall on our house and plugged, causing a backup. Called Mr Rooter Monday morning and they sent Chris Burkhart to check it out. He was very nice and professional. He described the repair neeed and an estimate was provided. We agreed. Chris and Adam the owner arrived Wednesday morning to make repair. Adam used the backhoe to remove a very large old rose bush I couldn't dig out completely. They were done with job early afternoon. They used a camera to inspect and ensure the line to street was clear. The work was inspected by city and passed. High marks for a job well done by professionals. Highly recommended.

The person on the phone would not give me an estimate of what the charge would be. She did tell me that there would be a $99 service call charge. When the technician got here to glanced at the clogged sink and then told me it would be $500.00 to clear the clog. $500 to clear a clog in a kitchen sink is outrageous! I was still responsible for the $99 which I paid because I was informed to the charge up front.
I will not call this company again nor will I ever recommend them.

Excellent service and came last minute to estimate a major job. They provided two reasonable quotes and on the day of the service they showed me pictures of the damaged areas in my piping. Very detail, polite and thorough. Thanks for a job well done.

We were charged a trip fee when it clearly stated that they service Montgomery very misleading. The excuse was we were coming from Joliet. This company doesn’t care about customers or misunderstandings. Not everyone understand English especially when it is a second language. If you get service you have to pay for service plus 100 dollars on top of that. My uncle was spoken to very fast and he didn’t understand what trip charge meant. I have never experienced a service like this. Very disappointing. I will not recommend this company at all.

Inexperienced staff. Over priced services with no resolution. I went with a small business that resolved my problem for a fraction of the cost. My city public works does not recommend them either. They take advantage of their customers.

I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Rooter for service on my sump pump as well as to ensure that my ejector pump was properly working. For my inspection Chris Burkhart was assigned as my technician. From the start Chris was amazing and professional. He contacted me prior to my appointment to inform me the time he anticipated to arrive. Upon inspection Chris provided me with great information regarding both sump pump and ejector pump as well provided me with options to correct some issues he observed with my sump pump. I scheduled an appointment following my inspection for service that was needed and insisted that Chris be the technician to provide me with service because he genuinely was so cool and provided great customer service and even educated me upon some things to be aware of as a first time homeowner which I truly appreciate! On the day Chris came to install a new sump pump and replace a leaky pipe with new PVC pipe and shut off valve it was the day before Christmas eve and my appointment was scheduled for 9am. Chris was on time (bout 10 min early) and he took the time out to bring me donuts as a kind gesture for the holiday. Chris replaced the sump pump and repaired the pipe in no time! And again, great conversation and a few more homeowner tips! Chris is amazing and such a good spirit. I will request Chris again in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Cody was a great plumber! Ahead of schedule on a last minute job. He explained things very clearly and he was in and out! Job well done and Im glad I got a 2nd opinion on my sewer drain. He was a delight and I will be hiring this company again for future jobs just based on his performance!
