Gene did a awesome job and made sure everything was good before calling the job finished.

We had a perfect experience today! Gene was early phoned ahead, very clear with what was needed and the cost. He was patient with me as he explained what was needed he laid down a tarp to protect my carpet and cleaned up and all within a timely manner, and it was the perfect person for the job.

Gene provided great service with the emergency drainage problem that needed immediate attention. He provided direction on how to prevent the issue in the future and check a few other items to ensure no issues would pop up later. Good job Gene!

He was prompt, professional, and kept us informed throughout the assessment and repair process. There were no surprises and no attempts to sell us anything we didn’t need. We appreciated the quick and courteous service!

Mr. Sexton came out on a Sunday and was very professional and he discovered the problem within a short period of time! We purchased drain cleaner also!

I was given a quote of $690 walking in the door with no guarantee of fixing the problem of my clogged main. I have two newborns in my home and Brad Traina saw that I was desperate and hustled me for my money and did not fix the problem. After 4 hours on site and working only for an hour and a half, Brad told me his rod line has a kink in it and he can’t go no further but he made it to the street and it’s the city problem, call them. The city of Joliet was very nice and came right away and even though the camera program is no more, they used it to help me find the problem and marked it “on my property”. I called Mr Rooter back and explained all of this and it was an automatic cover up for Brad. Brad called me explaining what a kink means like I’m not intelligent enough to comprehend and kept emphasizing on “No Guarantee”. He also mentioned he is not “willing” to put his machine back into the line and I need to pay $1300 more for a different machine. The city mentioned some things about follow up calls on this company and that’s all I’ll disclose on their behave. They recommended a company called Drain Service Midwest and they came out and charge a flat fee of $275, cleared my main line in 45 min and stated if it backs up again we’ll come back “for free”. They used the same type of equipment to complete the job. I feel taken advantage of and robbed of almost $700 from this company. I would never call them again nor recommend them to anyone.

We appreciate all the help from Mr.Rooter, they work fast and efficient. They do prefer cash which is fine, I don’t midnight it but you can also pay with card for a 3% fee. We had Brad and he explained everything to us very well and was patient with answering any questions. 10/10 service

Called them out to clear a clogged toilet. When they showed up, they told me they would have to remove the toilet, so the cost to clear the clog would be at least $608. I told them no, so they charged me a $99 visit charge that wasn’t mentioned on my initial call to them. Once they left I called another plumber and he fixed the problem for $325.

Gene was very knowledgeable & informative explained every detail to what was needed and why and worked tirelessly at the task to complete it. My family is extremely pleased with his professionalism. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs or issues.

Had my septic lines rodded and roots removed. I'm very happy with the service. Brad was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain step by step. The dispatch/scheduling team were also very nice and professional. I got a same day appointment after being disappointed from another company who didn't show up for my appointment. We put in a new kitchen sink, but it’s deeper than the original, so the plumbing did not work. We called Saturday night, August 9, and Gene was here the next day. He cut down the existing drain pipes to fit the new sink, added new p-traps, had to add different mounts underneath the sink, and caulked the sink. Gene is such a nice guy, very respectful, and did amazing work! Thank you so much for getting us back in working order.

Brad Traina did an awesome job on my outdoor plumbing system! He worked very hard to clear the roots that were causing the sewer backup into my basement and took the time to thoroughly explain to us the issue, showing my wife and I what he was seeing on his pipe camera. His dedication to the job went above and beyond, making sure my drain was completely cleared while keeping a positive attitude during a late evening service call. Highly recommended!

The work was long due to flooding and the Sump Pump not working. But Brad was patient. Effectively installed the new sump pump. Thank you Brad for helping me and my family out. You are awesome!
