Very professional! Right time, right price and amazing work! Talk about a fresh breath of air. Our fridge was out for a couple of days, and then boom it was fixed with one call and one visit. I’m storing their number for future jobs!

Called and they came out next day to look at stove. Had to order parts and was back with in a few days to install. Didn’t take long and what they said was wrong was correct. They know what they are doing will recommend and will use again.

I live about 45 mins from their business, tried calling repair companies closer with no response. Came a cross thier business through Google search. They picked the phone up right away and were able to get to me within 2 days to repair my ice maker. I would highly recommend using their services. They were extremely personable and professional. Once again thank you for the quick response and on an excellent repair job.

Rich and Chesney were both friendly and very professional. They went the extra mile to ensure me that my washer would be fixed today. For me, they are life savers. If anything else needs to be fixed, I definitely know who to call.

My dryer quit working. Chesney from Kierski repair came out, it turned out to be a bad thermal fuse and he fixed it. I also had him take a look at the washer since it was having some issues as well. The next time I tried to use the washer after he fixed it it wouldn't start. I had him come back out, it was a simple mistake and he fixed it quickly. The next time I used the dryer after it was done the clothes were cold and damp. It wasn't like that before he worked on it. Turns out the heating coil was broken (which is unrelated to the thermal fuse). I don't know if this was a chance occurance or if it was accidently broken the first time the dryer was being repaired. This was an additional $140. If you took the time to read this whole post I don't have to tell you to proceed with caution.

Highly recommend. Chesney is honest, prompt, fair and always in good spirits. Have used him for several appliances now and will only use him for my appliance needs moving forward.

I called to have my refrigerator repaired and he asked me several questions over the phone. He then had me do a test on the refrigerator. He said he could come out and charge me for a service call but he could already tell me the compressor was bad and I would need a new one. He said I should save my money and put it towards a new refrigerator. He gave me several recommendations for refrigerators and places to purchase a new one. He was very nice and professional over the phone and I would definitely call him if I need any other appliances repaired.

I am so grateful for Kierski Appliance Repair. They were my saving grace by helping to repair our broken washing machine. They were caring, kind, and professional. I called and the technician was able to come to our house the same day, went out of the way to make sure he had a specific part, and fixed it all within a couple of hours. It's hard to find trustworthy and knowledgeable people, and I am thankful that I did!

I called to ask about a repair, I didn't need it diagnosed bc I knew I needed a cord replaced. I had the cord but the connections were different. The man that answered told me exactly how to fix it instead of shooing me off the phone bc it wasn't a call to make money. I wasn't able to use their services but in the future if I do, and based of the good rating already I would definitely call them first just based off the willingness to help.

Dryer was making an awful squeaking noise, thought it was a belt. Was quoted price over the phone (very reasonable) and set up the appointment. Young man was out on time and found out it was just the pully (cost less) and the dryer was up and running within 30 min. Also gave us some insight on our washer and what to expect from it. If you need an appliance repair give this company a call.

Wow, they happened to be in the area and worked us in to fix our GE Refrigerator that wasn't cooling as well. Turned out to be a fan that they had in the truck. In a quick 30 minutes they had it done and cooling. AND it turns out I met Rich years ago. Good work, quick service. I'm keeping their number for sure.

I have called Rich for years, whether one of my appliances needs fixed or if something needed replaced, I would call to ask what brand he would recommend. It had been awhile since I had to give him a call but when I called him about my refrigerator last week, he and his partner was out a short time later with the problem identified almost immediately. Both are extremely knowledgeable and have fair and reasonable prices, I wouldn't use anyone else. They are a great team!

I requested a later appt due to my work schedule and they were punctual, polite, and most importantly affordable. I thought my washing machine was going to need an expensive part and They fixed while only needing to charge me for the service call. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend and will definitely call them again if I'm ever in need of a repair!.

Mr. Kierski answered my calls in a very timely manner. He was very courteous, to the point, honest, and helpful from my first call through to the end of his visit to my home. He talked me through every thing he did and referred me to a reputable local appliance shop (Kendall Appliance) after telling me that the with cost of a new motor, it would be better to invest in a different washer. His assistant (Chesney?) was also friendly and professional. Great guys, excellent service. I highly recommend this local business.
