A super team of professionals. Bryan, Joe S and Lionel. They arrived on the date scheduled and addressed my sewer issue. Communicated every step of the process. Kept me well informed. Very pleased with the work and cleanup. Returned the yard to its original condition. Would highly recommend.

Years ago Bishop installed a backup sump pump in our basement. The ‘giant’ two batteries needed to be changed, unit cleaned, everything needed to be checked to make sure it was still in good shape. Despite the heat wave and the AC trouble folks were having, Bryan rushed over and did a terrific job. Made sure unit was 100% - cleaned terminals - carefully looked over everything to make sure if electricity went out the backup would snap on at full power. Bryan was courteous, knew the business and did an excellent job. Once again I give 5 stars to Bishop.

We had an emergency on a Sunday. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and made sure we were aware of the cost on a Sunday. When we said we couldn’t wait, a plumber was scheduled. Jim arrived about 2-1/2 hours later. Jim was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained our options and the cost. He completed our repair in a timely manner. We took his card so we can call Bishop, and Jim, in the future. Thanks for taking good care of us!

We called for a emergency AC repair. Jim was dispatched to our home and was excellent! He explained everything he was doing and was able to repair the problem on the spot with parts on the truck! Very professional! A+++

Bryan and Pat came today. Called at 6 am for an emergency services. Office called back about 7 and Pat was here at 8. Had a bath tub faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Since they were here, we asked them to fix a dripping shower head. Had to replace the cartridge which was no easy feat for our house on well water, (lots of corrosion and buildup from the sediment) but they were professional and kept us appraised as they were moving along the process. Glad we have a maintenance plan for discounted pricing. Only problem is they kind of leave a mess. Even with booties, tracked water all around the bathroom and counters. Just let me know I need to clean it up if you don’t have rags

Pat & Bryan did an excellent job. We problem solved together & both men were willing to reach out for answers to questions or dilemmas in the process of changing a subpump system. I asked lots of questions & wanted explanations that I failed to get when the house was built & the original system was put in. The explanations were clear & Never condescending to my lack of knowledge. Although more expensive, I feel confident in the work & backing of that work by Bishop.

We had a "2-do" list of plumbing fixes we needed for our home out in Schaumburg so I decided to check out Bishop. Went to the website to request an estimate for work & received a prompt reply. Jim the plumber was out the next day, gave us pricing and took care of the work immediately. Pricing is higher than what a local handyman would charge but you do get what you pay for. Jim was very professional, helped answer questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with his work. They also have maintenance service packs available! I would highly recommend this company to friends or family and look forward to using them again for our next project this summer!! Thanks for the help!

I requested a technician diagnose a leak in my pool heater. The tech was personable and professional, but probably not that well-versed in this product line. He advised a new heater which I guess was pretty obvious, and charged me $90 for call -fair enough. Later I received a quote of nearly $8,000, which was about $2,000 more than two others. I feel that it was either they didn't care about doing the work, or that my zip code demanded a steep premium.

great service and they got here fast and completed the work fast. I even made my tee time! Joe S was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jim and everyone at Bishop has been great to deal with. I was able to speak to someone right away and Jim got to my house quickly. He did a great job explaining what happened and how he was going to fix it.
