Charged me $59 dollars to tell me an estimate (they offer to take that money off if you schedule) , they were at my house about 5 minutes. The quote was astronomical and when they arrived I had one leaking area now I have 2. I had 3 other companies all come out free of charge for an estimate and all of their quotes were about 1/4 of what Gutter Medics charged. I was also told that they charge based on where you live and if I was in Aurora is would have been substantially cheaper, if its the same work being done it should be the same price. Totally feel ripped off, avoid this company

Gutter Medics came out this week with a 3 man crew to clean our gutters and inspect our downspouts and underground drainage. I received a call before they arrived, which was prompt. There was only one downspout/underground drainage area needing further attention. They cleaned up all the mess, you'd never know they were here. Looking forward to them finishing work next week. I have my new gutter company!

Having worked with Georgia & Ryan (Gutter Medics) for over 10 years they have always provided great customer service, which is near impossible to find these days. If it's a last minute rush job or regular routine Gutter Cleaning Gutter Medics has never let us down and we strongly recommend for Gutter related services.

They didn't come to look at the job ahead of time so there was an unexpected cost, but overall we're satisfied! Tim gave us a heads up on his way and was on time. Everyone that I dealt with was kind and professional! Definitely recommend and will use again!

Couple people who came to work were really professional and listened to our needs. Took clear pictures of the gutters before and after. Came in time and took care of the cleaning good. Will definitely call them next time and recommend them to others

We've used Gutter Medics for years and they've always come through in a pinch for us! From clearing a gutters annually, to coming out and clearing a gutter jam during summer storms and now the preventative clearing of Ice Dams this winter. Always prompt, professional and VERY friendly. I highly recommend this company - they've been GREAT to us! THANK YOU GUTTER MEDICS!!!!

Gutter Medics came to my home to clean out my gutters. 3 men cleaned out everything and flushed with a hose. Two of my downspout pipes were crushed at the ground from my lawn service, they were able to replace the bottoms. They didn't have any coupons but the price was reasonable and the service was good and quick. I like that they accepted credit cards. I recommend.

We have used this company in 2016 and 2022 and both times the community (HOA) was invoiced for work the company didn't complete. In 2016, work was verified and confirmed that a gutter pitch issue was not addressed so they had to come back. This past fall they charged 2.5x what two other vendors quoted for the same work! Beware their price gauging!
They also don't do contracts! Just use an email and put you on their books with no confirmation of follow up before making a trip out. Very unprofessional to not have a signed contract and leads to muddy waters when issues of service arise.
For the fall gutter cleaning 2022, they said they serviced all 6 buildings. I was home all day and never heard a person on the roof, nor saw leafs blowing from my window. I have a doorbell camera and recorded 18 motion activities that day and zero footage showed a man on a roof and I had CLEAR view of all garage roofs and the entire half of buildings opposite me. They said, the way they access roofs I wouldn't see it. That's impossible and a lie...I saw all the garages and if they cleaned the garage gutter I would've seen recorded activity. I've had a different service clean out gutters in past years and I've always heard them with loud blowers, seen leaves flying and recorded video activity. I am certain there are pods they didn't clean. They will respond to this with excuses (or not at all because they know they're wrong) but I was home the whole day, they did not clean yet charged for everything. I offered to review my footage with a manager and they didn't want to meet. Suspicious and proof of admission.
Do not use them ever.

I've been using Gutter Medics for years now. They come out twice a year to clean my gutters and are always on time and professional. This last visit they even stayed while it was pouring rain! During this past visit they noticed that my old gutters needed patch work. They have me a quote to repair them but did not pressure me in any way. I highly recommend Gutter Medics.

We’ve been using Gutter Medic’s for over 5 years now. We have a large, tall very old house with a lot of trees and they have always responded promptly to my calls, scheduled the cleaning and arrived on time and did a great job! Their guys are friendly, get the job done and leave us with a clean fully functioning gutter system when they’re done. With all the rain lately it became critical we needed the downspouts cleared after they failed with the last downpour causing all sorts of problems with water through the foundation!

The team at Gutter Medics always does a great job cleaning my gutters! We had them come out to my house which was filled with debris over the winter and they look brand new. They are very detailed, friendly and professional when cleaning your gutters. They also make sure there is no mess in your yard afterwards. They not only do my roof but many of my neighbors. Georgia was also great to work with in the office.

Came out to give an estimate and never went on ladder to look. Came back to fix what they said was causing my gutters to leak and they had no idea what they were supposed to do so I showed them my sheet the estimator gave me and they also called shop. The 2 guys were joking around throwing tools up and down the ladder to each other plus the ladder fell into the side of my house a couple of times and thought it was coming through my house. Anyways I paid them, they left, next day gutter still leaking. I called to tell them and they came back...same 2 and store called and said something else was now wrong...another $400.00. They should have known that when they were up there the first time. Very shady would not hire again.

I have Gutter Medics clean our gutters two times per year. They just completed a cleaning last week. The service is always professional, on time and price has always been fair. I have referred the Gutter Medics to several people in my neighborhood and at my work and all have had positive comments. I just don't get the negative reviews. It almost seems like they are fabricated. I am not a review type of person. But after reading some of these, I felt like I needed to share my experience. I recommend them 100%.

I have used Gutter Medics for the last 3-years for cleaning and they have done an exceptional job. They recently recommended enlarging our downspouts for the size of our house and we agreed. Tim came out and did the work, along with adding a gutter system to our new screened porch and we couldn't be happier with the results. The job was done in one day, Tim was very professional and helpful and the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Gutter Medics for any of your gutter needs.

We needed to make sure our downspouts and drain tile were clear. GutterMedic strongly recommended that I needed to clean my gutters also despite me telling them I thought they were already clear. They arrived and cleaned the gutters in less than an hour because there was so little debris. They disassembled the down spouts and verified they were clear. They stuck a hand blower in drain tile and made sure they were not clogged. In total 2 people were here for about 90 minutes. They charged me $724. Similar to attorney fees. They are like so many other vendors out there...they live to rip you off.

Gutter Medics Cleaning service not only responded right away to my inquiry, but they provided me with an ETA prior to arriving, and took the time to thoroughly explain where my gutters were clogged and what would be done to remedy the issue. Technician was extremely kind, personable, and transparent about pricing. I will definitely recommend his company to anyone seeking good service.

I hired Gutter Medics to clean my gutters, downspouts and provide any necessary maintenance after receiving disappointing service from a different company. Gutter Medics did not disappoint. I was incredibly impressed with their service from start to finish. The process was seamless from the quick response to my request to my initial quote which was very fair. My techs arrived as scheduled and were very professional in explaining everything involved in the process in detail. Their work was meticulous in cleaning all the gutters, downspouts including the underground extensions. I'm very pleased. The clean-up afterwards left no debris behind. The only follow-up was a suggestion to replace one downspout that I knew was weathered and worn. By now it's clear from my review that I would recommend Gutter Medics to anyone. Family included. I use reviews to select services when in need and I hope this one helps you in your process.

We had an amazing experience with Eco Clean, especially with our tech Terry T! He was extremely professional and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was going to do before starting. I really appreciated how detailed and transparent he was about the entire carpet cleaning process and routine. (As a mom with kids and dogs!) I also noticed how mindful and respectful he was in our home. He did an awesome job on our carpets, rugs, dining chairs, and sofa all look so much cleaner. He was able to get out a lot of tough stains that come with our everyday messes, which we honestly didn’t think would come out. We really appreciate all the hard work he put in and will definitely be using Eco Clean again!
