Just used EcoClean again for the fifth time in the last ten years and they crushed it again! Shout out to my project manager Brandon who coordinated everything with me, excellent communication and customer service skills!

Ruined my carpet. Didn’t clean it. Poured some bleach solution on the stains and left white bleached trails through the carpet while leaving the rest of the carpet dirty. Then offered for me to buy new carpet through them. I would avoid using this company.

Ecoclean does a great job. That are easy to schedule, and a knowledgeable technician came out and cleaned my carpets very thoroughly!

Very professional company and technician that came out. Even give you a little spray bottle to keep for stains. Carpets look great and the stinky dog smell is gone.

The person that came out was very polite and considerate. He was able to answer my questions. He was also very prompt. The only thing that I may add is that to carefully consider if you are going to add any services because the price can go up quickly. I am happy though with the cleaning and the company.

The Technician, James, was friendly. He is very thorough in explaining the process whether you have the time to hear it or not. However, given the high cost of the service, I would have expected him to be as thorough with the cleaning. He missed some spots but went back to clean them once pointed out. After he left, we discovered a few more spots that looked like possible drips of dirty water or dirt. We were able to clean them ourselves with spot cleaner and a sponge. We tipped him for the service nonetheless because service workers don't earn enough money for the work they do to be that nitpicky, so long as they treat people with respect.

EcoClean is our go to for any carpet or upholstery cleaning. Terry was our technician recently and our carpet is back to looking like it did when it was installed 4 years ago. Would definitely recommend EcoClean!
Next time, I think we’re going to have them clean our kitchen and bathroom tile.

Last time I had the carpet cleaned, I prepaid for a package of 3 cleans to use within a year. I saved them until they were almost expired then scheduled to use them all at once. Terry came to clean and did a great job. He was professional and friendly and explained everything he was doing. I would recommend this company if you're looking to have carpeting cleaned.

EcoClean carpet cleaning did an awesome job with our carpets upstairs and down in the lower level. Their technician, Terry Tate, arrived on time, walked us through every step of what he was going to do, and was very professional and respectful of our home. Carpet treatment provided was a great value and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company!
