This was my second time using EcoClean for carpet cleaning, and once again, they provided excellent service. The team was professional, attentive, and took the time to ask how they could best meet my needs. They were thorough and detail-oriented, and my carpets looked amazing fresh and shining after they were done.

We had carpets cleaned at our daughter's home today by James Pentecost from EcoClean. We were very impressed with him. He arrived promptly and started by answering all our questions and explaining the process to us. There were a couple of pieces of furniture that we needed help moving and James got them moved, which was a big help. There were many pet-stained places on the carpet, and he was able to get them all completely cleaned! He worked efficiently and provided excellent results. We will be calling EcoClean for our future carpet and furniture cleaning needs, and we will be requesting James!

I was given a quote for the mold in my basement, they told me they would come out, cut the old drywall out, run a dehumidifier, and replace the drywall as well as the baseboard. I was quoted $1100 for the job. They came out and cut my drywall and ran their dehumidifier over the weekend, when they showed up on Monday all they did was take the dehumidifier and leave, when I asked why they weren’t fixing the drywall they said somebody else would come out. I called them on their main number and they told me they would be getting over another another quote for the drywall and baseboard repair. That was not the agreement we had and they I basically paid for them to cut up my wall and run a dehumidifier. Terrible communication.

They took great care to protect our household items and our home while removing and cleaning everything. I highly recommend their professional and thorough service!

Major dissappointment! We chose to go with Ecoclean because their online advertising said they were the " #1 pet stain and odor remover GUARANTEED!" Satisfaction or your money back. Well, they did neither. We bought a 3 year old house with pet odor in the carpet. The technicians were very nice and professional. They did get rid of SOME spots on the carpet, but as far as removing the odor, they just masked it with fragrance. It came back just as strong as before after a couple days. I contacted them for my money back several weeks ago and still have not heard back. They should be forced to change their advertising.
