Wonderful service that was on-time, through and prioritized sanitary measures. Inga was wonderful and I would highly recommend!

We had Anastasia clean our house yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience. She was nice and professional and the house looks fantastic! Also, scheduling and payment through the company is easy and efficient. We are very pleased and will be using Lustra (and hopefully Anastasia!) again.

Scheduled a cleaning with Lustra Cleaning Services for today. Two employees were suppose to come and one didn't show up. Called the office and the owner said her other employee wasn't answering her phone and she didn't know where she was. She contacted another employee who could come but she was 45 minutes away and I said that wouldn't work. She got attitude and told Inga who was upstairs cleaning to leave. I told Inga it wasn't her fault and I paid her for the hour she was here and the one bathroom she cleaned. Owner with an attitude defending an employee that doesn't show up for work is totally unacceptable. Will never use this company again.

I haven’t been with Lustra for long but they impressed me from the start. Sara addressed all my questions and assigned Marilu and Inga to clean my house. They are fabulous! Not only are Marilu and Inga efficient but they are thorough. I look forward to their biweekly services.

Don’t hesitate on hiring Lustra!

I last minute decided I needed help cleaning my house after having some sanding and painting done as my free time is limited with working full time and having kids. I contacted Lustra via their contact form on Wednesday evening and they texted me within 1-2 hours to learn more about what I needed and provides me a quote based off that. They were able to schedule 2 wonderful ladies, Rachel and Anastasia, to come to my house that Friday. The ladies were friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented. Every corner of every room seemed to be addressed. They finished my 2400 sq foot house in 2.5 hours. I will definitely use again.

My experience with Lustra was exceptional. Making the appointment was easy and they were quick to respond. Frida was on time and my house has never looked so clean! I was almost in tears seeing my daughter’s room rooms so clean and organized. I can’t recommend Lustra and Frida enough!

Ariel was my special cleaner today! She did an awesome job. She had her work cut out for her and she tackled it professionally!

We've been using Lustra for a few months now for a monthly clean. They are always right on time, do a fantastic job, and are so easy to book and communicate with. We especially love Freda who is the one who normally cleans for us, she is super kind and does a very thorough job.

They were incredibly accommodating as I was still in the house while they cleaned, working efficiently and seamlessly around me without any disruption. First time customers, but definitely will be using again. We had a deep clean from Lustra Cleaning after seeing all the recommendations on a Mom’s group on FB. So glad we tried them. Our house looks amazing! My husband said the next morning that it felt so comforting to know how clean our house is. After talking with the owner on expectations and an estimate, I felt confident as she was so professional and answered all my questions. The team that cleaned it was very thorough and professional and cleaned dust and dirt that I didn’t even know was there! There were awesome! It really does make a difference to have professionals. I would Highly recommend them. And we will be using them for regular cleanings as well.

okay, I have to leave a review. I last minute needed to find cleaners to do a deep clean on my apartment before I have a baby and within 24 hours I was able to book with Lustra Cleaning Services! it was sooo easy to schedule, and Inga and Marilu did such an amazing job! they kept asking me to look and make sure I was happy with everything, and they even were sweet to my energetic little puppy.

The cleaners did a serviceable job, but my experience with the owner left me and my home threatened. I wish I could reach out to the two women that were sent, I’d use them as needed. But I won’t support this business. Also they were twice as expensive as other quotes I received, but went with them because they came recommended. This is not a safe group to use.

ETA: I am aware of the business owner's response. The response is not an accurate description of our communication, or the owner's conduct, and quite honestly both me and my home were left threatened which was completely unacceptable. I've kept the text records of this transaction and informed the person who referred me to this provider. I stand by assertions.

I recently hired Lustra Cleaning Services and was greatly satisfied with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Evelyn was our cleaner, and she did an outstanding job with our main focused areas. She was punctual, courteous, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. She took the time to review the details with me and go over any spots overlooked.

Great communication and easy to book. Unfortunately, poor quality cleaning and did not finish job in time quoted (completed just 2/3 of home). Offered discount but no offer to send someone to do the job properly. I was also told owner will pay cleaner $20 if they ask for and receive a 5-star review.

From start to finish, this experience has been top notch. The owner is suoer responsive and transparent about pricing. I found the price to be incredibly reasonable.
We had Inga and Ariel out for a first clean today and I am so incredibly pleased. Their attention to detail is like nothing I've ever experienced from a cleaning team. The house looks better than ever and smells amazing! We will definitely be making this a regular occurrence! Not to mention, they are just generally nice people!
