Both Sonya & Ashley did an outstanding job cleaning the entire main floor of our home so we were very pleased with their work.

They were friendly, considerate, conscientious & diligent. They worked hard and stayed on task with little to not noticeable distractions. They brought & used all of their own tools & supplies and they worked quickly but methodically with good attention to detail. After two hours of cleaning (the time generously donated through “Clean for a Reason”) the final outcome definitely exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the time & energy these two young ladies devoted to making my environment less chaotic and thus more comfortable while I recover from life saving major surgery. All of you - Sonya, Ashley, Two Maids & Clean for a Reason are a huge blessing to those of us navigating this difficult journey. It’s people, companies & organizations like you that help make winning the battle against cancer a little easier for people like me. And for all of you & all you do…I’m eternally grateful. 😊

The work Two Maids Naperville did for my parents' home was nothing short of a godsend. My parents are elderly and no longer able to clean and maintain their home and it had fallen into an alarming state. I hired Two Maids for a Deep Cleaning and, believe me, every dollar was well worth it. The job was not easy. Two Maids usually have two people on a job, but for this one they started with four, with two leaving after a couple hours, and then two more cleaners joined in the afternoon as cleaning was so substantial. I knew they would not be able to clean the entire house given the size of it and the amount of grime that had built up, but I was beyond impressed that they stayed extremely hard working for the full eight hours. Sarah in particular needs to be commended and rewarded for the personal effort she put in on cleaning their master bathroom. My parents were knocked back by the superb work they all had done. The master bathroom in particular brought tears to everyone's eyes. The job Two Maids performed was nothing short of what could only be their best work. I am overwhelmed and impressed. I only hope I can get my parents to hire their services for ongoing cleanings as well!

Deep Cleaning - Disappointing Results

Hired deep cleaning service in early Sept and was left underwhelmed by the outcome. While I understand deep cleaning doesn't mean spotless, I did expect thoroughness, especially for the price.

Two cleaners spent 2.5 hours completing tasks similar to my regular monthly cleaning service, with the addition of cleaning fan blades, oven interior, baseboards, and window sills. Unfortunately, the results were inconsistent.
Some baseboards were entirely missed (kitchen and living room stairs) and furniture wasn't moved to clean behind it. Crumbs and dirt remained on the kitchen floor, while dust and cobwebs were left in the basement.
The bathrooms and most of the kitchen looked fantastic, particularly the oven. However, the overall lack of attention to detail was disappointing, especially given the cost.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. I was offered a reclean and I politely declined. Will continue to look for alternate services.

Two Maids were hired to clean my Downers Grove home and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Neena and Maddie were punctual, thorough, and friendly. My home hasn’t been this clean in a very long time. I booked an initial deep cleaning of my mom's house after she had a stroke, with an upstairs, a finished basement, and a main floor. Nena and Katie arrived promptly during the promised window, asked for a quick tour of the house to get their bearings and for me to point out any places that needed focus, and then they worked hard for the next 5 hours cleaning the house from top to bottom. They dusted the blinds and the fans - which had never been dusted, yech - wiped down all the surfaces including the appliances, cleaned the inside of the ovens, vacuumed all floors and stairs, mopped the hardwood, and even got up on step stools to wipe down picture frames and the top shelves they sat on. Afterwards, inspecting all the rooms, the kitchen, and the bathrooms, I felt a wave of relief that my mom would be able to recover in a clean house from top to bottom. Money well spent. This is the second time we’ve had Two Maids clean our home. Since we were downsizing and had sold our house, we wanted it thoroughly cleaned before the buyers’ final walkthrough the next day. Tamara and Nevaeh arrived promptly on the scheduled day and got to work right away. They finished on time, and we couldn’t be happier with their work ethic. Excellent job, Tamara and Nevaeh! Hope to see you again at our new house.

booked online and they got back to me same day which was nice. set up a time for that friday and the team showed up right on time. they walked through the house with me first and asked if there were any areas i wanted extra focus on, which i appreciated. told them bathrooms and the kitchen floor. whole thing went smooth, they were in and out in a few hours. kitchen floor looks way better than when i mop it myself lol. scheduling the next one already

reached out to ziggys after putting it off forever and im glad i finally did. they were easy to get ahold of and pretty flexible with scheduling which matters when you work weird hours. the crew that came was chill and just got to work, no hovering needed. they asked about shoes off which was a nice touch. everything smelled fresh after and the floors looked great, even the corners where stuff accumulates. took maybe 3 hours for a 3 bed 2 bath. fair pricing too, no weird upcharges or anything
