I love Ziggy's Cleaning Service! I have used him for 5 years then I left Illinois and came back and called Ziggy he remembered me and what a great job they do! They do whatever you need, if you want to stay at home while they are cleaning they do not mind -they clean areas that they do not even charge they just doi it, its a part of their cleaning and way less expensive than other "corporate companies" Ziggy even has a carpet cleaning service that cleaned my carpets and they look brand new.

My parents used Ziggy back in the day with no problems so I was confident when I called to have my new house cleaned in June. Unfortunately it cost me $250 dollars and I got sent 2 elderly and I stress the word elderly, polish women who didn’t speak a lick of English. The only thing I can say positive is that they mopped the hardwood floor and vacuumed the carpets although they forgot to vacuum the stairs. I had to clean after they left. Both bathrooms were dirty and the kitchen counters were not even cleaned off. I was so disappointed I wanted to cancel the check and put a stop payment but I felt bad for these ladies my grandmas age. I will never use Ziggy again and will make sure to leave a bad review so no one else wastes their money on this company.

Grace did a fantastic job. The house was really clean and she was on time and price was just right. The house looked brand new after they left. I would definitely get zwiggy's team to service my unit again.

Ziggy's cleaning service is amazing! They came highly recommended by our realtor for our move during the week of July 4. Grace was able to come out the very same day I called to estimate the cost of a move-in clean. The very next day the fast and efficient window crew arrived to make all the windows and sliders sparkling clean. Then on July 4, 2 meticulus cleaning ladies came to work on the kitchen, bathrooms and floors and even the garage. Every inch was disinfected and wiped down. Grace is lovely to work with and even offered some cleaning tips! I will be using them soon and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Their communication was awesome from the start, so we decided to hire them for our move out cleaning. Extremely fast response time is what I love the most. They were exceptionally detail oriented, took notes and precisely followed our instructions. They did outstanding job with our bathrooms. The whole house was tidy and nicely dusted. Dirty kitchen appliances and fridge – immaculate. All the glass in the house and mirrors truly shined. Definitely recommend them for anyone in need of a good house cleaning service.

We’ve been using Greenix for a few months now and have been very happy with the service and level of communication the team provides. All techs that have come out to our home have been friendly and respectful. We live in the woods and have pets, so ensuring our property is pest-free is paramount to us.

I haven’t used their service but their sales knocking door to door (Soren) is super aggressive selling their service. I said in different ways that we don’t need their service, not interested, we have someone we work with and like, etc and said “no” more than 10 times. He invited himself in and I had a hard time getting him out of the door. He is not considerate of a fussy (close to crying) child and demanded my attention and kept selling. I felt very uncomfortable with him. I will never go with this company.

Its impossible to cancel service, beware. You basically have to cancel your credit card to get out.

Had a sales person come to home when they had a deal going on. Told them about our bad experience with another pest company, and was sympathetic. Told them we would only sign up with them if they came after 3:30p so the inside could be done as well. They said that would not be an issue and put a note on our account. After the 1st 2 services we called and complained that they didn't come after 330, even said there was a note listed and would reach out to the tech to see what happened, never heard back. Called a few more times and got the same answer. Here we are 18 months later and not once have they come after 330 to do the inside of our home. Then when we called to cancel, they said they offer a repeat service call for free, if they didn't do the inside. I asked with the 4 or 5 times I called why that was never offered to me before, he didn't have an answer. I strongly advise against using this company, more horrible experience than the 1st

I am extremely disappointed in the services and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Sales man that first came lied about so many things including getting me out of my contract with other pest control company. Let me be honest and add that the company did credit me for the amount that I was charged for the cancelation of my other contract. I was deceived into thinking that the contract I was signing up for would be the same as my last company, but would be charged a certain amount monthly. My contract with Greenix is definitely not the same and the products they use are not as efficient. I have never had so many problems since moving into my house over 2yrs ago. I had a sales man come to my door 2wks ago and he was pushy and did apologize for the last sales agent, however he kept talking after I expressed that I would be canceling my pest control with them when my contract was up. He was trying to rectify the situation, however the damage is done. I pay around $80 a month for their products to do nothing. This is for 2 different contracts, which I was not informed about. It was assumed that it would be for both, now I am stuck in 2 different contracts which end in 2 different months. The technicians have been nice, however not all of them do their jobs properly. We have cameras all over our home so after looking at them and finding that the tech in fact did not do everything that was said was done, I called within a couple days. I was told that they normally do not do a reservice before 2wks was up but they would send someone out anyways, it has been almost 2wks now and I received a text that someone will be out on July 2nd. My apologies for the long review, I just want to do my part in hopes of saving someone else from going with this company thinking they are better when their products do not do anything. I will be canceling both contracts as soon as each of them are up.

My first experience in Oct. was great. Got rid of the yellow jackets. Same issue at a different location last week. The tech said he can’t touch them because “they’re pollinators”. Wrong! They just wanted to sell me an annual plan! Do not use!!!
