Erica and Mary Lou were really thorough and communicative. There was no judgement for a mom of 3 living in chaos. They were also kind to me and my kids, which includes my autistic 5 year old son who was asking them for snacks. It’s a relief to have the deep cleaning taken care of so I can focus more on my family. I recommend Lustra and I will be booking with them again!

I spoke with Sara and her customer service in scheduling was fantastic. I’m a contractor and use Lustra for many of my house cleanings after we do big installs. Their service is outstanding and I would certainly use them for my own home! I highly recommend this company!

Saw a recommendation from this company on one of my FB groups and gave them a try. I was really wanting to get someone in before Thanksgiving and they were available. I was a little nervous because I’ve been burned by previous cleaners. Ex: two previous cleaners didn’t even clean my tub! So I tried Lustra and I had Shawnee and Inga for my deep clean and I was so happy! They did great. They cleaned all of my test spots I left for them. Lol. Will definitely use this company again. Support small/local businesses!

First time customer and scheduled a deep clean. Shawnee and Mary Lou came to my house and did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, communicated with me very well on various aspects of their work, worked very well together and had wonderful attention to detail. Very, very happy with the quality of their work. I’m now working on having them come out regularly. A+++

Scheduling was so easy and everyone was friendly and helpful with getting me exactly what I wanted for my sister. They worked with my budget and I felt prices were fair. My sister said they arrived right on time, got to work immediately, & finished right when they said they would be done (which is sooo nice). Everyone was polite and she felt like her house was in great hands. & MOST importantly, the house looked spectacular.

Best Money Ever spent!! We have had countless housekeepers none of which hold a candle to this service. Both Melissa and Desiree were wonderful and made me feel so comfortable when meeting them, I had no problem trusting them within my home. Even my husband was impressed and hes a very hard sell! I cant speak more highly of Two Maids and a Mop as well as the team of girls they sent to my home! AMAZING and thank you!

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. I had two maids do a deep clean on our house today. I am so disappointed that I would never recommend them to anyone. For $750 I expected my house to be spotless and it is far from that. Floors are not clean, the tile in our girls shower was not clean, my kitchen counters were not even wiped down, windows not washed, the list goes on.

Great deep clean of my house by Kamryn and Eric. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They took my comments/concerns onboard when we walked through my house and tackled all those areas. I would recommend Two Maids to anyone looking for a thorough clean.

They did a better cleaning job than when I first used the company 2 years ago. I only used them as a last resort because I had guests coming the next day and another company canceled last minute. However, the next day, my niece who was visiting and I was showing around my house noticed my toilet paper holder broken and torn off the wall in the guest bathroom which was not like that before the cleaners (I know for a fact because I am very particular in my home plus thw master bath gets used unless there is a guest). So, I tipped the maids and they didn't even tell me they made a mistake prior to them leaving. I also called the company to let them know. Furthermore, the prices are too expensive for them to do okay jobs and be breaking stuff in my house.

Edit: yep I just now put the review because when they cleaned and I called, I went on vacation and now getting through the links to post a review. So when the probably reached back out, I was out the country. That still doesn't change the fact that I called them when it happened.

I have had the same cleaning lady for many many years...she is fantastic and very detailed orientated which I love!
But since I moved to Naperville a few years ago she has only cleaned for me a few times because she lives too far away.
I have tried a few cleaning services here in Naperville, but was never satisfied.
I decided to try out two maids here in Naperville.
Alexa and Sara came and cleaned my apartment for me this past Wednesday (yesterday) and they did an amazing job!!
My apartment is very clean and sparkly! I plan on using two maids from now on. Thank you!

We just started working with Two Maids recently and they far exceeded my expectations. Trinity and Alexa were friendly, thorough, and efficient, and tolerant of an overly-friendly cat that followed them around. But more importantly, they were able to tackle a house full of dog and cat hair, dust, winter salt, and other challenges and make it look great! Would (and WILL) recommend TMN to anyone who needs a good cleaning!

2 Maids of Naperville are the best house cleaners in the area. Prompt, accurate and they care about the customer's opinion as to their work. Sara is absolutely great and does a fantastic job every time as well as all 2 maids of Naperville.
