I am very pleased with Lustra! I didn't have time to call, so I completed the template online and they contacted me very quickly. The communication was very professional as well as the scheduling. Lustra Cleaning Services is amazing! I had a last minute deep clean that I wanted to have done before my mom returned to her house after being hospitalized. They responded to my request immediately and they were so flexible in the scheduling despite it being very last minute. The quality of their service was equally outstanding. They cleaned her place from top to bottom and I knew she was coming home to an environment that was clean and sanitary. Cleaning is fantastic. Freda and Anastasia were so sweet and friendly and they really listened to what I asked for and went above and beyond during my deep clean. The house is amazing and the master bathroom is transformed (don’t make the same mistake I did - NEVER put dark slate tile in a bathroom!) I am sitting here just marveling at my shining wood floors! Can’t wait to have you out regularly!
