Mike and his team did an incredible job at our house. From the moment he arrived, he was kind and professional. He listened carefully to our situation, asked great questions and investigated our property. From there he created an excellent plan and proposal for our home.

We had water flow problems on our property and this was the perfect solution. Once the work began they were hard working and always helpful if I had any questions.

The work was completed and we are so happy with he result. Not only is it an excellent solution to our problem but our property looks amazing.

In June and July of 2019, Mike completed a huge backyard drainage project for us. We live in a flood plain, and the entire neighborhood drains into our backyard. After every rain, a pond would form in our backyard and be there for several days (see first two pictures). One morning, we woke up after a rain and actually had ducks swimming in our backyard. We called several landscaping companies in the area and, after coming out and examining our yard, the response was that they couldn't do it, we would need to talk to the city to get the drainage fixed.

When Mike came over, he immediately new how to fix the problem and he was excited to fix it. What I liked best about Mike is that he is passionate about landscaping. His passion is reflected in his dedication and the dedication and professionalism of his crew.

They built a large drainage moat, several french drains, a massive dry well big enough to stand in, and installed an external sump pump so the storm water could be pumped directly into to city storm drain.

We have had several large rains since, some where our street flooded, but our yard stayed dry. The last picture is our yard after a particularly heavy rain.

This was a very large landscaping project and we are very glad we trusted Mike and Ware Landscaping to complete this job for us.

We had a wooden deck for a front porch that was starting to age. When we removed it we saw that there was a concrete slab underneath it that was pitched toward our house, creating an issue with standing water up against our foundation. We had Mike come by to advise us on the best solution, and he suggested permeable pavers. We were able to come up with a custom design with him that day. The crew was fast, friendly, and tidy. I’m sure they do much bigger jobs than our little patio, but this project made a huge difference for our home and we are so pleased with it. Thank you Ware!

I contacted Mike at Ware Landscaping for help with fixing my flooded backyard and garage. Mike gave me an honest assessment of my situation and recommended the right system to fix my problems (a lot of issues). Ware Landscaping installed drainage, underground downspouts, underground sump pump lines, driveway drains and surface drains in the yard to fix all my problems. The team was very professional and always asked for my approval on work being done before it was completed. They did a great job and we are very pleased!

The crew at Ware Landscaping did a fantastic job of preparing for, leveling and installing sod on a portion of our lot which was once full of invasive bushes, tree stumps, ground cover and various piles of wood, etc. It took three full days and more than 5 truckloads to remove everything and prepare the ground for the installation of sod. Throughout the process, great care was taken to protect our existing trees and every day before leaving workers would tidy up the job site and driveway. When it came time to lay the sod, Charlie and Jesus worked with us to determine the exact location where our flower beds would be positioned. Our once overgrown back yard was transformed into a beautiful lawn. Working with Mike and his crew was a great experience from beginning to end and I would recommend Ware Landscaping to anyone looking for quality landscaping work! We recently had a very large landscaping project done with Ware that included: regrading, adding a French drain, sod throughout our entire front and back yards as well as the side of our house, landscaping and hardscaping done in the front of the house. Mike and his team were outstanding to work with from start to finish. Customer service is top notch, Mike made fantastic recommendations each time we met with him, and his crew was thorough and clean. 10 out of 10 would recommend Ware Landcaping for any and all landscaping or hardscaping needs.

At first there was a misunderstanding as to what was specifically to be done to fulfill the contract completely. This was not an uncommon hiccup that does occur when contracting with a company for the first time and was quickly resolved. Since then the service has been perfect. Gabriella has handled making sure the men removing the snow do so properly, and Charlie leads the team in doing so. Both individuals are friendly, reliable, and energetic in seeing to it that I am satisfied that the stipulations of the contract are thoroughly met. As a home owner, I would definitely recommend Ware Landscaping for residential snow removal.

BEWARE!!!!

If you use any other company to do your landscaping, that was your first mistake. Be Ware! This company and crew are top notch. None better. From the office to the ground crew. I went though several quotes. Mike came out and totally flipped any idea I had. Instead of pushing more water to an area that was already overloaded, which every quote I got is the way they wanted to go, Mike said I don't think so, and sent it another direction I didnt even think of. And no one else did. And made it work! You can see the scope of the work. All in a day and half!! and other than a gorgeous brand new DRY backyard, you couldn't tell anyone was there! Cleaned up like it was when they arrived. Jeronimo and Charlie were in constant contact with updates and quick to respond to any questions. Linda and the office crew are ultra responsive as well. It was finally nice to have a cookout this weekend and not be embarrassed of our yard.

I researched my standing water problem with two other landscape companies before finding Mike Ware Landscaping. After five minutes conversation, I knew this man was a professional and was truly looking out for my best interest. I was amazed at how fast the Landscaping technicians began the project after I signed the contract. Mike thought it might be a two day project but they ended up completing the entire job in one day. I found this nothing short of spectacular. Their attention to detail, their work ethic, cleanliness and professionalism were wonderful. I can’t recommend this team of experts high enough.

Having standing water/seepage issues on our property, we investigated several companies who could replace the DIY installation of French drains we did years ago.
