Andrew Ishaya from Roto-Rooter plumbing came ASAP as our toilet overflowed and cannot be declog by a mere plunger. The stench was becoming unbearable. As expected, he is very professional, courteous, and respects the home by wearing shoes covers, observes cleanliness, never flinches from the reeking smell, and declogs whatever it was in no time. He even offered to clean the toilet bowl and the floor. Now, that’s what you call quality service!!!

Called Roto Rooter for a rodding and let say the technician Jonathan was very patient answered all of my questions and concerns. Also, provided thorough and polite customer service which hard to find these days. He checked the injecter pit recommended cleaning it and he did such thorough job on that and rodding the pipes I felt so happy once everything was completed. I strongly recommend Jonathan as great representative of work ethic and value for the Roto Rooter company.

I had a really bad drain issue in my kitchen. Years and years of buildup caused water to no longer flow down the drain. I tried first FlowPro Plumbing from Aurora, the tech was here for hours, suggesting to change pipes, and some major changes, we resisted, im glad we did. Roto Rooter - Lombard, sent their technician, Mark who was very professional. He came in, heard our story and went to work. It took a while, but he was successful in unclogging that drain. Thank you Roto Rooter for a job well done.

Their website states that they provide free quotes so I filled out the form online. In addition to asking for a description of the service(s) needed, they ask for preferred date and time for the services to be completed. However, once that information is submitted, they send you a follow-up email stating that that a technician will come out for $99 (not free) which is only waived if you go through with the scope of work. This is misleading which drove me to cancel and not do business with Roto Rooter. I thought they’d first provide a free quote and then depending on if their pricing was reasonable or not, I’d go through with the scope of work. When I called over the phone to ask about the “free quote,” no one offered to help me understand potential costs before investing $99 in a technician and the customer service was poor, they do not care if you use them or not nor do they make an effort to make you feel comfortable with their work.

Terrible company, ripped us off and closed the door. Took our insurance money, took our deductible, left the job unfinished, and played dumb.

Worksite was safe and neat. Good communication, professional staff; site cleared and cleaned nicely.

I had a slow drip coming from the kitchen sink faucet, that I wanted to get taken care of before it became a larger issue. Roberto, from Roto-Rooter came out and examined the sink and faucet, and was able to identify and resolve the issue during that appointment. I have had Roberto out several times, with more and more time between calls, as each of the situations he has helped with never need to be taken care of again. As always, IO am very pleased with his service and politeness, and will keep Roto-Rooter as my first choice in plimbing repairs and maintenance. Many thanks.

Khaden has a wonderful personality. His appearance is very professional and had no issue answering every single question I had! He is the most patient and understanding person I've met and not to mention he aced solving my mainline back up. What a great stand up guy. 10 stars for this special young man.

The process to set up an appointment was quick and with ease. I received a text alerting me the technician was on his way so I was aware. Erlin the technician was very nice and took care of the issue quickly. I recommend using Roto Rooter again!

The plumber was very good. Professional and knowledgeable. The customer service people on the phone were not very competent.

Same day service, quick, professional, and swift. We’ve used them for root treatments and a sump pump issue. They were lifesavers both times. Andrew did an amazing job!
