Carlos and team arrived a few hours later than expected, but did a good job on the drain and disposal install. However they left a significant divot in our hardwood floor that is very difficult to repair.

Came out to snake my sewer line. Ran 26 feet on a 100-foot line, then said he needed a cutter, then abruptly left without finishing or explaining. Tried to upsell $1,800 hydro jet and unnecessary liner. When I declined, tech left mid-job with no invoice. Classic pressure sales tactics. Beware.

Ronnie couldn't have been nicer, or more efficient. He helped identify my plumbing issue and gave me a range of possible solutions.

Vincent and Clayton were both excellent to work with. The work is solid, was performed quickly, and the quote was reasonable. Definitely would recommend these guys again.

I had several clogs in my main sewer drainpipe which required it to be replaced and some additional digging and removal of part of a sidewalk to gain access. Kyle and his helper did a great job of be completely committed to getting the job completed as fast as possible and with great craftmanship of his trade even working into the late-night serval times. He was all ways keeping up communications as to what was going on and next steps required. In addition, he was very resourceful in getting all the equipment and parts required. He is not the 9:00 to 5:00 guy that just goes home after his shift he was 100% committed to complete the task at hand.
This is the guy who Puts the customer first and keeps everyone informed.

Quick response time. Able to install water heater the same day. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Did feel like I was receiving any high pressure sales but honest advice from a professional.

We signed up for the camera and sewer rodding promotion and learned we had a section of red clay pipe. Although it was still in usable condition, we opted to have the sewer lined to avoid having to dig in the future. We were scheduled to replace our driveway the next day, and with the sewer crossing underneath, I wanted to be sure the work could be completed before the risk of more damage. The Mondragon team was friendly and polite and kept me informed of the progress. The work was completed on time, and I appreciated that they were able to squeeze me in last minute due to my unusual circumstances.

Brandon was nice and professional and worked quickly. Was here 1.5 hours and was charged $760. Which is insane. Also can’t recommend Blanton overall because I’ve been asking for someone to call me since July after spending 8k and no one will call me back from their office.

Matt did an excellent job fixing. I would recommend him and J Blanton to everyone I know.

Technician inspected our plumbing and identified possible issues with two toilets. He was very clear on next steps and presented a quote before doing the work. During the visit, he was very courteous and respectful of our property and explained everything clearly in concisely.

Kitchen sink would've drain. Toilet was running slow as well. Steve Walan came out and assessed the trouble and fixed it right away. When I call again I will be asking for him. The price was good as well. Thank you Sandra and Terry Leggett

I booked a sewer camera service with J Blanton to check out my pipes as my house is 60 years old so was curious. Wow! was I surprised to see the results! Broken pipe, sludge, and pipes all rusted out and I was not having any issues. Mike Guinane was my technician and could not have been greater (no hard sale)! He explained everything to me, showed me the disgusting photos, went over in detail the scope of work needed to get it right. I have used them in the past for my clients (realtor) and they were always pleased so I went ahead and booked the repair. It has not been done yet but I am sure the work will be as good as my past experiences with my clients and my experience with my technician Mike!

This was my first experience with J. Blanton, and I would definitely hire them again. Jacob was professional, friendly, helpful, and expeditious. Plumbing problems are never fun, but Jacob made the experience as understandable and unobtrusive as possible.
