Plumber was very knowledgeable and told me what he was going to do and how much it would cost prior to repairs. They told me about their coupons without my asking which I thought was very honest and courteous to the customer. This just doesn't happen anymore. Wiz shows a real concern for the people they serve. I have had dishonest plumbers try to sell me projects that were not needed to the tune of hundreds of dollars. I trust Wiz Plumbing, will recommend them to friends and family, and will use them whenever I need a plumber.

I hired them twice for plumbing and a gas leak issue, and both times the service was excellent. Great communication, very professional, and high-quality work. Very happy with their service and would definitely hire them again.

Darek and everyone at Wiz plumbing were super responsive, prompt, tidy, and professional. I had some drain and water line shifts for a bathroom remodel that rose above my level of know-how, so I called in the pros. Darek came in and knocked the project out in no time and brought everything up to code. Solid work all around. I would definitely recommend them, and use their services again.

10/10!! We had an emergency with our culligan water filter knob that came off and was spraying water everywhere. We turned off the water to the system but water was still trickling out where the knob goes in. Derek came out and depressurized the system and was able to stop the trickling of the water. (Culligan would not get someone out until next week so it was important that we get the water to fully stop until they come out). We called at 4:30 pm and Derek came out by 7:00 pm. We greatly appreciate their quick response and will use them in the future!

Derek and his team did a great job. Very professional from start to finish. Communication of the process was very transparent. Day of the project, everything was went smooth and will most definitely be using them again for my kitchen remodel.

Excellent and prompt service! I called Wiz Plumbing to check out an old gate valve that was no longer operable and they sent an expert within a day for a free estimate. The plumber let us know exactly what we could expect and why he was recommending the specifics of the service. Shortly after, the office sent along an estimate and, once we confirmed it, sent out a crew to take care of the project the very next day! The plumbers were friendly, extremely informative, meticulously clean, and completed the project early. Blendi and Andrew (plumbers) did phenomenal work and Felicia (office/logistics) was tremendously helpful and proactive. Will be calling Wiz for future projects!

Process was smooth for my under sink drain repair Blandy. and Phil arrived on time with ensuring I understood how they were going to complete repair of galvanized pipe to replace with PVC pipe. Derick did an excellent job installing our water filter system. At first, we didn’t realize that the system required a power source, but Derick was very patient and helped us figure out a solution instead of just leaving it as a problem. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was working properly before he left.

Great experience with Wiz Plumbing during a recent water heater replacement! The crew was polite, professional and very responsive. The technician Blendi was outstanding and Derek did a great job managing the project. The office manager Felicia stayed in communication and made sure all of our issues were resolved. Wiz Plumbing was excellent, they were flexible with my schedule and Phillip clearly explained my problem and my options. This makes them a great business that you should hire. But honestly they were also so kind and went above and beyond that I would go out of my way to recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing need.

Subcontractor for permitted bathroom remodel in my home. Rough plumbing failed inspection. Final inspection failed due to plumbing. When installing Kohler shower kit, he insinuated we lost a part (parts that had not been touched after he and his team went through the boxes and put nothing back in the original boxes. When I said nothing has been touched he essentially said I don't know what to tell you. Readers- the part was installed by Heritage in the wrong place. We now have leakage from the tub spout, we also have knocking whenever the water is used or the toilet is flushed. We also have a tub that has sank.

No job may be to small but there are definitely jobs that are to big for this company.

We are figuring how to fix everything that has ben done wrong. When a bathroom is taken down to the studs there is no reason for us to have such shoddy results.
