J Blanton will rip you off or try to rip you off. They came to our house for a “free” inspection and then gave us big quotes for various projects. $8600 foot a new sump pump, $20,000 to line our sewer line, and more. We were able to find more reasonable and realistic plumbers to complete the various projects we needed. I do not recommend calling them for any help.

Water heater install: My consultant was awesome very knowledgeable about everything I needed and pleasant to deal with. My installation technician was great and very considerate of my home. The work done is very clean and professional. The office people were also pleasant and easy to deal with. I would recommend them. Nice job team, thanks!

Had John come over to run a camera through the pipes to see if there are any blockages. Thankfully there were none at this time, but he advised that the pipes are very old and will need to be replaced in the next few years before something drastic happens. I also had him run a camera from the sump pump to the street and we found that the old corregated pipe was crushed and filled with dirt, so that will need to be replaced soon. Not what I was hoping, but good to know so that we can get it taken care of soon. John was knowledgable, friendly and efficient, and I feel better about the state of the pipes in my house. I call it a whole house colonscopy! Better safe than sorry.

Thomas Maloney replaced our water heater in less than 3 hours start to finish. He was organized, efficient, and explained everything as he went along. The installation was well done, and all remnants of the old water heater and installation supplies were neatly removed. I would highly recommend Thomas for any plumbing needs.

Ronnie came to take a detailed look and give me estimates on preventative maintenance. He was polite and thorough, shared his observations, explained options, and answered questions. They have great service tech, and the whole process was quick and seamless.

Cameron our plumber was just Awesome!! He worked like a machine and was very organized in how he went about the repairs.(I’m a Union Carpenter so I can relate!)He also KNEW HIS STUFF! And he was very personable and polite! I’d use him again for sure!👍👍

If I could have given this company ZERO stars or negative stars that would have been my rating. NEVER do business with this company!!!!!!!!! They lie repeatedly about their service calls and are EXTREMELY expensive for what they do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just needed a valve replacement under my sink for a new dishwasher to be installed. I talked to J. Blanton Plumbing and scheduled the work to be done the following week on a Tuesday. The dishwasher was being installed the next day. On Tuesday, a plumber wearing a "pretty" J. Blanton sweatshirt shows up NOT to do the work but to upsell me on having more plumbing work done!!!! I told him he just needs to get the valve replaced as I was promised and he responds that he just drives a shell of a truck and has no repair equipment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that they would send a plumber out the next day which is when the dishwasher is coming!!!!!!!!!!! After I pointed that out, I was promised a plumber at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday morning and got my delivery pushed back as much as they could on Wednesday. The pretty sweatshirt knew that the work requirements were and I was promised the plumber would be here. I even called 3x later on Tuesday to ensure they would stand behind their commitment. Well, it's now Wednesday and no plumber showed at 8. I called again at 8:50 and was told they would send someone over right away. I called at 9:30 as no plumber yet and was told I was someone's next stop but they couldn't tell me when that would be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dishwasher delivery window is 10 - 2!!!!! And this worthless, lying company knew this.
BOTTOM LINE: Do not do business with them as it will be greater headaches that your current plumbing issues. There are many good, reliable plumbers out there - J. Blanton is NOT ONE OF THEM!!!!!!!

Alex Cruz from J. Blanton Plumbing did an excellent job i specifically requested an early appointment and he arrived right on time around 8:30 AM, which I really appreciated he worked very hard for almost 4 to 5 hours straight and handled everything professionally. My water wasn’t running at all, and Alex stayed focused until he fully fixed the issue and got the water running again in my house he was knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job right. You can tell he puts real effort into his work. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Alex Cruz and J. Blanton Plumbing to anyone

We opened up our finished basement to do some remodeling, and found the main gas line on the floor, badly corroded, as a result of continuous water intrusion. (You can see the corroded gas line in the first photo-basically a ticking time bomb!)

Shane from J Blanton came out, worked with us on the quote, and Edwin and Peter were scheduled within two days. It was a tricky route for the new pipe - tying into an offset T, moving the new pipe up higher (obviously), avoiding PVC drains, sump pump discharges, and electrical conduit. They were friendly, efficient, and did great work - photos of the finished product below.

Excellent service….they made the repairs exactly how I wanted them, they did it in a clean and timely manner… I will use again if needed.

Derik did a great job detecting the leak and fixed it right away. Finished up in an hour, clean the place and also offered some discounts as well

Blendi was the best! I told him what I thought the problem was. He took the spigot apart and squeezed himself into a tight space to fix it. He is an enjoyable person to deal with. I won’t hesitate to call and request him again.

Wiz plumbing Blendi & phil were great they worked on my bath room for 2 days they had to re do all the old pipes change out sink faucets and shower faucets. GREAT JOB very polite ,explains everything to us and best or all didn't leave me a mess. Thanks Blendi & Phil

Derick is an amazing plumber! Very Knowledgeable and very helpful. I was helping a friend with their home cause they had no running water and a clogged up tub. They were told by another plumber that all the flooring needed to be ripped out and all the plumbing needed to be replaced. Derick came through and proved them all wrong! Will always recommend him and his team!

Wiz Plumbing is great. Set price, no surprises, and above all they know what they are doing. I have used them twice now. Derek came and replaced my ejector pump today. He was professional, explained everything and finished his job, neat and clean. I appreciate their fast turn around, and courteous service on the phone and in person. I will definately recommend them to my friends.

This is my second review in the past few months for Wiz Plumbing. Darek is a very experienced, professional and competent person and easy to work with. He evaluated the issue and advised us on the solution. Felicia at the office is excellent and was very helpful all along.
They just finished the work. It was a sewer main line break just outside the foundation wall. A major multi-day effort. They did an outstanding job. Absolutely fantastic team. Highly recommend them for ANY plumbing/related work. You will not be disappointed.
