Mike is the BEST! My hot water tank went out over the weekend. I called Monday morning at 8:30, Mike arrived at 9:45, put in a new tank and was done by 1:00. Very professional, informative & very neat. I would definitely recommend LaCassa Plumbing!

Mike and Josh did a great job fixing our leak. Very professional and left no mess behind which was greatly appreciated.

We were in need of timely service— and LaCassa Plumbing was here to help within 30 minutes. The service rep was amazing!!! Not only did he do great work but took the time to educate us on the issue, options and how to best maintain our system. We received friendly, honest and fair service. Would recommend them to everyone and they will be our first call for any future needs.

While they were quick to respond and visit my home in an emergency, I believe they over priced me. In an emergency you don't have time to shop around and often times companies take advantage of that. To do a rodding job it should not cost over $1000. The Village advised me that I was overpriced and they would have done the job for $300. My advice is to not panic and shop for the job. I would not recommend this company.

I used LaCassa Plumbing for the first time and I'm 100% satisfied. Great communication, quick service and Mike H was wonderful. He explained everything and offered options, was polite and cleaned up after the job. He was wonderful. I will definitely be using LaCassa in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I had a drainage and sewer issue that turned into a much bigger plumbing problem than I expected. LaCassa Plumbing went above and beyond they didn’t rush the job, took the time to really figure out what was wrong, and made sure everything was cleaned out and working perfectly before they left. You can tell they take real pride in their work. Highly recommend.

Terrible! I have a shower drain leak that needs to be fixed and I tried to support the local business, contact LaCassa through google and end up with a very unpleasant experience. They quoted me the job for $1500.00 , cut and replaced a small section of the PVC pipe underneath the shower drain down from the basement and still has the leak! Cannot do the analysis and pin point where the problem could be and just do something else that was not the cause, still demanding for the full amount without solving the problem. Not good!!!! I was even stupid or nice enough to let them change my water heater altogether at once for over $3k. Not the company you want to call when needed, I am also reserved my right to go for the legal advice after I am cooling down 😆
    * Do not believe everything on the google/web comments , got to have good referrals from friends who had used the business, any kind! I learned!

We had LaCassa Plumbing install a pool heater, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. Carmen and his team were fantastic—so helpful, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a crew that’s both highly skilled and kind, but that’s exactly what we got. I’d definitely recommend LaCassa Plumbing to anyone—we’ll be calling them again for future projects without hesitation!

Thank you so much for fixing my plumbing problem. Two back ups in two weeks was not fun but LaCassa was patient and persistant with the problems. I was fully informed that the first repair was temporary even though we were hoping it would hold longer. They gave me a quote for future work and were very professional while still helping me understand the problem.10/10

Mike was wonderful, found a few other items that will need repair in the future. No pressure to add to todays call. He explained everything in detail, and left the area neater then when he came. Will definitely have LaCassa Plumbing back in the spring to do the other tasks that were suggested. Hopfully I can have Mike back!!!!! Great job!!!!

Mike came out and provided us quotes on a handful of items. The entire experience is exactly what you would hope for when calling a plumbing company. Informative, friendly and trustworthy. If there is plumbing work that you need help with, I highly recommend LaCassa and their team

We called for a professional diagnosis/consult on plumbing my husband had done himself as a part of a bathroom remodel. The communication to schedule was professional, the follow up was great and the technician was able to come same day. Our thanks to Adrian and Trevor for a great experience!

Beware and stay away! Came in for clogged toilet. Told on phone will charge $87 to diagnose and I confirmed twice. End of job presented $587 bill without solving the clog. And to fix, $1,354 on top. These guys are con artists at best. They charge ridiculous dollars when they know they are onsite. I paid another plumber $329 to fix everything within 30 mins. These are the guys that give small business bad rep and why consumers don't trust them. Also, they then call and text to harass their customers. I wouldn't let them enter property; they guys are bullies and unsafe!

Mike was friendly and professional and did an excellent job installing the new kitchen faucet. What I didn’t like and I could tell Mike was uncomfortable trying to sell me packages of maintenance and different plans. He’s a plumber not a sales person but is being pressured by management to sell. All I wanted was a new faucet installed. Then I got the bill $697 and I supplied the faucet. Needless to say I was shocked. I won’t be doing business again nor recommending LaCassa to friends.

Mike arrived on time and was helpful in his explanations of our needed work. Since there were more things that had to be remedied, Mike made a plan for their completion.
He was knowledgeable in our house's equipment and shared the best way to keep the equipment in good working order.
Mike's courteous and patient manner made me comfortable with him being in our home.

Nico was very friendly and great to talk to but we were left looking for more attention to detail. Our project concluded with a hole in our shower wall filled with silicone and we now have mismatch hardware in our master bathroom. The hardware they used looks like an old cheap hotel and now the hot and cold water does not match the direction on the hardware. We had a shower valve replaced and too much tile was removed creating a hole which they filled with silicone stating they did the best they could. Looks terrible!!! Instead of ordering color match trim they insisted the only option was “all I have on the truck”. We spoke with another plumber and was told this is for sales and we should have been offered a better solution for the project scope. We spoke to the owner who stated he would have done differently and allthough he proclaimed he wanted to make it right, we were only given $200 and told we had defective tile that they would not fix. We were not scheduled to install the new trim which we had to purchase separately and continuously had to initiate the contact with the owner given days between callbacks or emails. We have moved on to another plumber to help solve the issues Lacassa created. Given the cost ($1400+) we expected this to look professional. Very unhappy with work result and the lack of client service from the owner to fix the issues that came up. We will NOT use Lacassa Plumbing in the future!

I had an outdoor hose spigot that developed a very slow leak. I called a local plumbing co. for an estimate. He advised that the pipe that fed the spigot, located in the basement, was inaccessible due to larger ducts being installed as HVAC technology advanced. He said it would be necessary to remove the ductwork to get access to the pipe. Total bill…$2,800. When I came to, I decided to seek out a 2nd opinion. LaCassa came out & the gentleman, who I assume had more experience than the previous plumber, looked at the spigot & identified it as a superior make. He advised that he could get his hands on a rebuild kit that would restore it to like new function. Total cost…a little over four bills. Now, I don’t mean to imply any nefarious motivation on the part of that first company. But I believe the experience of the LaCassa plumber allowed him to identify the spigot maker and suggest a more economical solution. Customer for life.

Had a frozen pipe over the weekend. Thawed it out but had a water leak in ceiling. Mike came out early on Monday to assess the situation. Found out it was a bad tub drain that was leaking, not a split pipe. We were tricking water in the tub as to avoid another frozen pipe. Replaced the drain and tightened a connection that the builder had only hand tightened. I asked if he could change a filler for a toilet, and he did. Always impressed with LaCassa plumbing. Very professional personable people. Quality work at a fair price. Definitely recommend LaCassa plumbing. My only plumber for years.

LaCassa Plumbing was great. They were so professional and explained everything that needed to be done.
I was so impressed by the way they placed tarps and blankets down to keep my basement from getting destroyed from waste.
Carmen and Nick worked great together and completed everything in a timely matter.
    Thanks LaCassa Plumbing
