The technician, Jim, who came out to fix our plumbing problem was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! He got the job done in record time, and explained in detail what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Expert Plumbing to a friend. The office receptionist, Becky, was extremely helpful in reassuring us that the problem would be fixed that morning. She followed through on every detail Her attitude made a bad situation a little better for us.

Use Expert for my business needs, so when my water heater failed in my home, the choice was simple. Called in the evening on a Thursday and my door bell rang 1st thing Friday morning. I was nice to see that Jim took the time to lay drop cloths and left the space cleaner than I gave it to him. Really nice touch! Most importantly he was incredibly fast and such a nice guy to chat with. Well done and it’s nice to know that the work is quality not only for commmercial needs but the same superior service exists for residential.

We had our sump pump replaced. The service as always was excellent. Justin was our Tech and was a pleasure to have in our home. He explained clearly to us what all of our options were. We ended up selecting a combo primary and back up pump with Wifi which could alert us if the back up pump is activated. We have been a customer of Expert for about 10 years. They are a great contractor.

Great experience. AC went out on Monday evening 5/28. (End of 3 day Holiday) Temps in the 90s. Called Expert Plumbing on Tues morning. Tech Eric was out the same day between the hours promised and was very polite,professional and knowledgeable. Completed the repair in a timely manner. This is my second experience with this company. Completely satisfied on both occasions.

Joe came out and took care of some problems I was having with my outdoor faucets. He was very professional, prompt and installed new equipment very quickly. Couldn't be happier. Expert plumbing is the only place I ever call for any needs around the house. They take care of all my plumbing, AC/Heat, and electrical needs.

Marc, Eric and Team did a professional install of new furnace. Service has prompt, clean and well handled. Had used Expert in the past to install new air conditioner and other work. There work has always been excellent. That was primary reason I selected them to do the furnace. Very happy with the service.

Expert Plumbing total charge was $1389.40 for simple circulating water pump relacement and warranty they gave me was only 1 year. The price for the same pump is $466.90 purchased at another store and without a plumbing discount. The other store also has a 3 year warranty on the pump. They never gave me a quote for this work and never explained why ? The charge of $923 for about 45 minutes labor is not reasonable. The lady on the phone told me that $1389.40 is very close to the total cost of the pump and the labor cost was minimal. She also told me that one plumber was working in the building all time to remove the old pump where the other plumber was looking to find the new pump which was totally not true. This company installed the original pump about 3 years ago and told me there is no more warranty on this pump. I have been servicing the pump by adding oil to lubricate the bearings but they said the pump bearing was dry. Very disappointed customer!

They just made a customer for life. They had a guy out in a very short period of time. The gentleman they sent was quick, he was good, and he knew what he was doing. He explained everything before he did it, and gave me a great explanation of how things work after he was done.

I was very impressed. I'm not a customer service expert, but I know how I like to be treated by a company I deal with. This was a perfect example of customer service. Everything from the initial contact right through to the post-job explanation was spot on.

We used Chris at Expert Plumbing a few years back and were so impressed with him that we kept his info. and got the same amazing service when our master bath drain backed up.

Jim helped us unclog a drain. Jim has been here a couple of times for a couple of different things, and we would highly recommend him. He's professional, personable, on time (often early), and always takes the time to figure out the problem before presenting possible solutions. He also did a great job in cleaning up the work area afterwords. I hope we don't have to call a plumber again, but if we do, I hope it's always Jim.

Expert Plumbing Heating & Electrical have been a joy to work with. I recently had an urgent Sunday sump pump issue and they were able came out within 90 minutes and save the day. I use them for all my home heating and plumbing issues, I highly recommend. BTW, Jim deserves a five star review; outstanding quality workmanship and provided me with some good answers.

Thank you for years of great service and customer service. We have been receiving consistently great service from the technicians. Eric in particular is very knowledgeable and has great people skills. He was scheduled to come to our house to fix the thermostat that did not work and we were all freezing for over 12 hrs. He called me before his visit and trouble shot the situation over the phone. He asked leading questions, figured out there was corrosion, suggested how I can try to fix it myself by getting rid of the corrosion. He offered to call back to check and see if he still needed to come out. I cleaned the corrosion, started the furnace, Eric called back to check, I reported success and thanked him. That was a great example of superior customer service! We are very impressed and will stay loyal customers. Thank you, Eric and Expert Plumbing and Heating!

Joe did a really great job fixing our toilet. He called and let us know when he would arrive. He explained everything he was going to do and why. I was confident he would do a great job and he did.

Jack was a true professional. He assessed the situation, had all the tools and equipment required to replace our garbage disposal and change the hoses that a previous company handled incorrectly. Jack was quick, reviewed all his work carefully, and cleanup after himself. Jack was on time and personable. Kudos for having someone on your team like Jack. I will definitely use Expert Plumbing again, and I will refer my friends and family without hesitation.

We have been customers with Expert Plumbing and Heating for years. But this past week they went over and above this week. My mother in law had her air conditioner breakdown during our heat wave. She is 77 and suffers from high blood pressure and severe arthritis. She was not a customer of Expert at the time. Her company wanted her to buy a larger more expensive air conditioner that she didn't need and charge her overtime labor to install. I called Becky at Expert and she began the process of setting up a what I would call a possible life saving installation. She got us a quote on a new air conditioner that was $6000 lower. It was installed by Marc and Eric the next day of business who stayed late to install it. Not only did they save her money she also became a new customer because of their great customer service. We have used their service for years and have always enjoyed their reliability and knowledge of not only heating and cooling but plumbing and electrical. One stop business and they have a great program for saving you money on service calls. An experience we will never forget.

Cody, the technician was prompt, personable, efficient, respectful of our home and did a great job switching out our old sink/garbage disposal flanges. Expert was even able to get us in sooner than originally scheduled. Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my displeasure over the rude and terrible treatment received from your firm particularly from Becky. I was deceived and falsely accused of not wanting to pay despite my effort for an amicable resolution. An expert was sent to me and I asked that I would not be charged without being told but the opposite happened and I asked for a review, instead my phone lines were blocked even when I called in to make payment. I believe matters could be handled way better than the derogatory remarks and rude treatment given to me. Thank you.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink so I called Expert Plumbing. Joe came out and fixed our issue. He was prompt, polite and explained everything to me. Two days later, my daughter had water in her basement and I told her to call Expert Plumbing and Joe showed up and took care of her issue. My daughter was also happy with Joe. He even explained everything to her young children as he was fixing the problem. My grandson was so excited to watch. We will call Expert Plumbing again thanks to Joe!
