You've reached the end of your search for a plumber. Carmen and his team are the best in the business. Honest pricing, excellent service. I have used his company for nearly all of my plumbing needs for the 5 years I've been a homeowner. He has replaced a sump pump, water heater and water line to an exterior spout. Most recently Carmen serviced the main line and helped me determine that the tree roots that got into the main were not my problem, but the city's. He helped me arrange for the city to dig a clean-out that they would service. He didn't just look out for me in the short term, clearing out my root blockage. He got to the source, and in the end saved me thousands of dollars in service had I gone with some other plumber.

I had faucet and pipe repair done by LaCassa Plumbing, and the entire process was fast and hassle-free. The team showed up on time, worked cleanly, and got everything fixed quickly without cutting corners. Trevor, my tech, was honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. His expertise made the whole experience stress-free. It’s hard to find companies you can truly trust—LaCassa delivered. Highly recommend!

I had a pipe burst and tech came to the rescue after business hours, service was excellent, every that was going to done was explained in detail. Very professional and courteous and reassured us that if needed they would come back to repair any other issues that may come up. I would definitely call them for service and would definitely recommend.

Our regular plumber wasn't available for an after hours call and after many phone calls to various plumbers, LaCassa answered. They were prompt, professional, easy to work with and did great work! I highly recommend hiring them for your plumbing needs.

Danny was our guy and he was early (by 1.5hrs), polite, knowledgeable, and fast without cutting corners. The man wiped up his shoe prints from our entryway bc of the snow and salt. He explained things clearly and gave advice for caring for my plumbing in the future and then calmly repeated it to my mother 5 minutes later. The price was comparable to others which seems high to me but what can you do? Take care of Danny he's a good employee (Invoice #15786)

The two great gentlemen came to the store and we were happy the owner was one of them. They took care of the sewer job and did a great job! As a commercial general contractor, they were my first choice to install the plumbing at Gracie Barra’s Naperville Jiu Jitsu gym. As a home owner, they’re my first call when I’m in over my head with a plumbing issue. There have an office in Downers Grove and Naperville. 10/10, highly recommend.

Had to have a new electric water heater installed. The owner Carmen took the time to address my concerns and actually stopped by my condo while his plumber was on site. Jimmy (plumber) did an amazing job! He was very professional and prompt. It was a pleasure meeting Jimmy and Carmen. Will definitely contact LaCassa plumbing for future plumbing repairs.

Danny came to do the yearly check of the sub pump. Mine was old and needed to be replaced. He took the time to explain everything and had photos from basement to show me. I have walking challenges. He shared the info and showed different options of a new pump. I selected one and he told me how it worked and what I needed to be aware of. He ordered the pump and we set a time to install.
He then continued to do the 40 water checks.
He explained things to watch for and gave hints to keep all the water pipes in good shape.
He was pleasant and helpful. He did a great job! He was efficient and respected my home being careful and left no mess. Great overall experience with La Cassa Pluming and Danny.
I look forward to working with him on my next check.

Carmen and Nick were very helpful in repairing our toilets. We had a leak in the toilets due to a faulty flap. They were detailed oriented and informative in their recommendations. They gave us recommendations on how to proceed and what next steps would be in terms of our faucet and water pressure issues. This was our second time using LaCassa (previously for a water disposal replacement) and we have been very happy with their service both times. I highly recommend LaCassa Plumbing to anyone in the area!

Mike and Carmen were both incredibly helpful in solving my issues with two toilets that needed repair. They walked me through my options after assessment and provided recommended solutions. Additionally, they completed the repairs quickly and effectively. I will definitely continue to use them going forward.

Mike and Carmen did an amazing job! They were reasonably priced and very thorough. My basement drain was backing up from the sewer and they got everything cleared out of the main sewer line. They ran into some issues that they thought may cause problems in the future and they spent hours more than they needed to making sure everything was able to flow properly. 10 stars!

Carmen and his entire staff were awesome. We had an emergency and they came out right away. We have never used LaCassa before and we are extremely happy with the work. Carmen was very detailed in explaining the work he was going to do. He was very patient with all of our questions. They finished the job in one day and cleaned up everything. Nicole was super helpful with the process with permits and a payment plan. I would recommend LaCassa 100%.

Jim from Expert Plumbing Heating & Electrical did excellent work plumbing in a new whole house filtration system and new gas shut off valve. His work was neat and left the work area clean. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Great company but the people are much better. Just switched to expert and am glad I did. Jim specifically is great. Always helps that he rather fun guy to be around but he has taken care of me multiple times and is always honest and fair. There needs to be more people like him in the service industry. Expert seems to be a good company with some great people working for them.

Expert Plumbing and Heating was excellent. I was able to get a furnace service call same day at a very competitive and reasonable rate. Both the technicians Alex and Eric were very knowledgable and professional, and were able to diagnose the problem very efficiently to get it fixed. I would highly recommend them, and plan to use them for future service and equipment needs.

We had used Expert in the past and based on our experience, called because we had an emergency, after hours. I called and stated I needed a plumber due to a kitchen drain that was not draining. The guy who answered said he was an HVAC person and took my information and said the plumber would call back. 48 hours later, no call back. That is ok as I called a different plumber I never hear of and they came over in an hour from my call and took care of the issue. Expert is no longer on my call list for plumbers.

Expert Plumbing installed a tankless water heater for us and I can't praise their services enough. Not all plumbers are willing to install this relatively new and environmentally friendly technology. It was easy to get an appointment with Expert Plumbing. Our plumber Jim Ewalt was very professional and courteous. He fully explained our options and suggested the most cost effective option. All the work was performed as described and within the estimated time. The work looked very professional.
