Jake was great! He was on time, polite, and took care of our furnace.

I've used them twice. First time was for my water heater replacement, second time was for my furnace replacement. Chris came over and installed the furnace. Very professional and explained everything really well. He even fixed a missing common wire connection on my google thermostat that he noticed. I also had him fix my b-vent cap while he was here. He straightened it out and offered to spray paint the pipe while he was up there because it was starting to rust. Very happy over all and would use these guys again.

I use this company for all my Plumbing, heating, and electrical work. Their quality of work is great and will always try to accommodate your request as soon as they are able too. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs or future projects for your home!

Had a gushing faucet and called EPH&E and got a call back from Joe almost immediately, he diagnosed the problem over the phone and was at my house in a half hour and finished the job within an hour as quoted. Very quick, efficient, professional, and good pricing. Joe's the man!

Joe came here bright and early and had my drain working in no time at all. He had the best equipment and he cleaned everything he moved and also put it all back in order! We had Jim come out within an hour of being called, and he knew what the issue was right away. He was friendly and had the flooding issue from a clogged pipe fixed in less than an hour!

I contracted Expert Plumbing in 2014 for a replacement water heater. Kevin M. did a fantastic job. He was timely, professional, educated. I again contracted for a replacement furnace in May of 2017. Again, Marc P. and Eric H. stepped up to the task with outstanding workmanship, professionalism and customer courtesy.
Today, I had a followup appointment scheduled to investigate a rattling sound when the furnace started up. I assumed the problem was stemming from the new furnace, and wanted to curb the problem before it got worse. I was pleased to see Eric Holmes at my door this morning, exactly on scheduled time for arrival. He performed his analysis as a top-notch Tech, evaluating and checking all facets of the furnace, and then pin-pointed the vibration problem which was caused by two adjacent pipes. A one-of-a-kind problem? Possibly. But the experience and common sense of this qualified Technician only took a few minutes to uncover. My hat's off to Eric Holmes of Expert Plumbing Service.

I am a community manager and expert comes out every time I need help with my HVAC replacements and Plumbing back ups. They are a very efficient team.

After about 10 years my Rennai RL94i tankless water heater started to leak internally and of course at 1am. After about two hours of accessing the internals and diagnosis I determined the leak was coming from two separate locations. I decided it was best to replace than to fix. I personally installed this myself when i had time to do it. With my family not happy with the lack of hot water I need a solution quickly. This time I felt it was best to have a professional do it. I performed some research for a certified Rinnai certified pro. I found Expert Plumbing in Naperville. When I called at 8am I was greated by Becky and she was extremely friendly and I felt like she truly cared about my problem. I did speak with another lady whose name escapes me and she was equally as kind. I sent them detailed pictures and of what was already there and told them I wanted the newest Rinnai model with recirculating technology. It was the RSC199IN. They provided me with a detailed quote in a timely manner. While there was sticker shock it was worth every penny. Mark and Greg came to intall my new unit. They were super friendly and professional. They also put drop cloths everywhere to protect my flooring. They were here about 6 hours installing the unit. Their installation was incredibly clean and neat. I was super impressed with their work and professional installation. I would absolutely use them again. The best part is they are a pro certified Runnai shop and they registere your product and I will use them to service it annually as recommended. Need a tankless water heater? These are your people!

I manage a high rise building of 260 units twelve floors. We had an emergency of water coming from a unit on the 5th floor flooding down to the 1st floor. We called Expert Plumbing and they came right out to fix the problem. They sent Jim and William. Both were very knowledgeable in their jobs and explained everything very clearly. With in minutes of them arriving they were able to stop the water from flooding down. They are very polite and excellent at their jobs wish I could give 100 stars for these two gentlemen. Jim and William definitely put the expert in Expert Plumbing.

Outstanding experience. Every time in the last 4 years I have called expert plumbing heating and electrical I have received the most professional and expert service that is available. Pricing is reasonable and they always try to be out to do service calls on equipment as soon as possible. The latest service call we had with them was the inspiration for writing this review. On 2 separate occasions they dispatched a seasoned professional (special mention to Eric) to come out and diagnose a furnace issue. Each time he systematically solved the mystery of what was going on and executed the solution. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and conscientiousness of the people doing it. As a side note, I am a retired home builder of 30+ years so my evaluation of any tradesman is accurate...and I have very high expectations. These are the guys to do the job if you want to have a reasonably priced successful experience in the world of HVAC service calls.

Professional. Analyze before jumping in. Went above and beyond, emergency service. Highly recommend. Also, years ago, installed a huge 100 gallon hot water heater - a size not everyone would handle.
