Liars and thieves.
I hired Dave and Paul, the owners of Heritage Plumbing, to change my water heater.
I have a well system, and they said I needed a special water heater to get the rotten egg smell out, “according to Dave and Paul.”
One month later, my water stinks worse than ever.
I paid the well company and my contractor to fix the problem, and they all said it was the water heater.
After multiple attempts to resolve this, Paul and Dave came to my house and proceeded to blame us.
They had to be kicked out.
I hired a plumber who knows what they're doing.
Thousands down the drain.
Save yourself.
I am reporting them to the BBB. -
I have used Heritage Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for the past three years. Paul and Dave are professional, on time and when I’ve needed them for any kind of emergency,
they have always made time for me. Their work is excellent. They take the time to explain things to me so I can understand what needs to be done and why. Their prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work. In short, I trust them and I recommend them for all your plumbing needs. -
Paul, David and team helped me when I was in a pinch with my water heater. They communicated with me on a Sunday and by Monday afternoon they had a difficult to find water heater in my home and were done within an hour. They were friendly, honest, and affordable. Highly recommend Heritage plumbing for any plumbing needs!

I gladly give Heritage Plumbing 5 STARS! If I could give them 6 STARS, I would. Paul and his associate were on time, great communicators, and provided excellent customer service and installation. When I needed to replace a leaking toilet, a local kitchen and bath showroom referred me to Heritage Plumbing. After I explained what I needed to Paul, he promptly set up a date and time for the work. On the scheduled day, Paul contacted me to say that he had inspected the toilet, discovered a defect on it, and needed to replace it. After he installed the replacement and tested it, Paul discovered that the replacement toilet also had a defect in the tank and the bowl. When the original supplier did not have the make and model I requested, Paul contacted another supplier. He promptly drove to the new supplier to have it ready for installation the next day. He removed the defective toilet and installed another one. Paul and his associate made sure that the new replacement was working properly. Heritage Plumbing demonstrated the traits of an excellent company. They are reliable. They do excellent work.

I can't say enough good things about Heritage Plumbing! Dave and Paul are truly the most informative, affordable, and honest plumbers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment they arrived, they were professional and took the time to explain the issue in detail. Their pricing was transparent and incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high quality of their work. What really stood out was their honesty – they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. If you're looking for plumbers you can trust, look no further than Dave and Paul at Heritage Plumbing! Thanks again!

David and Paul of Heritage Plumbing are very honest, direct and professional. My husband Adam and I have used them for many different projects and we have been satisfied every time. They are licensed, bonded and insured and still offer fair prices. We were lucky to find them for our new to us house.

It's been 8 months since Unity Renovation Network subcontracted our bathroom gut rehab to Heritage Plumbing & Sewer.
Right from the start I knew I should have asked them to leave, I knew we would have to take down a portion of our 1st floor ceiling to provide access to the drain assembly for the acrylic tub install, and the gentleman who seemed to be the boss ( he was a larger guy, I only say that because I do not remember his name) stood in the doorway the separates the dining room and kitchen and proclaimed that my dinning room ceiling would have to come down.. the wall that separates the 2 rooms is the wet wall and the tub is above the kitchen. I pointed out that the kitchen ceiling had water damage from the previous owners and that would indicate to me that the bath tub was directly above that water damage. He stood there said it again " the ceiling is coming down" I told him absolutely NOT !
I then emptied out the kitchen cabinets and removed them from the wall and took down the portion of ceiling myself. I did this to avoid further arguments which looking back seems ridiculous 🙄
They began installing the new copper pipe ( our home is older and had galvanized pipes) I wish I took photos of the absolute hack job they did sweating these pipes together... but it was shit ! Overheated the flux, blackened portions of the pipe and solder was dripping everywhere... then to my surprised they flatten the ends of some scrap pieces of pipe , lodging it in-between the studs and soldered the pipe to it, I questioned if this would hold and he guaranteed it would (it has not, pipes are rattling everytime any water in the house is turned off) why wouldn't they properly strap these pipes down? Well it did not pass inspection, they used the wrong type of union...it could not be a compression union..it had to be soldered ...it claimed that was bull... even I know why you cannot bury a threaded union in an wall cavity that is not accessible!!
Then the install of our 1200 acrylic tub... they installed the drain off center !! They told me it was ok, it won't leak its just esthetics !!!!!
We spent 1000s on top their American Standard brushed nickle fixtures ...
c'mon ....obviously esthetics MATTER !!
Then I watched the big guy get inside the tub, thankfully, he protected his knees....that was the only part of the tub he protected ...of course there are small scratches from the parts he did not protect...
but hey at least he was comfortable right ?
Now the install of the shower fixtures... I labeled every box and placed them neatly on the bed downstairs... they ripped into them like looters just to sweat the mixer valve... surprise they said we lost a rubber gasket that went behind the nipple extrusion for the hand held shower...well turns out they installed it behind the bracket for the hand held shower..note: there are 2 brackets only one rubber gasket .then they say 2 screws are missing for the over flow cover...thank you Temu...I had purchased,in bulk, screws of all sizes and thread pitch and was able to find ones that worked. Now I have Temu screws in my high high brushed nickle fixtures
I also questioned how the acrylic tub would be supported..suggesting perhaps a 2x4 ledge for it to rest on, he told be there was no need for that ...well the tub has separated from the bottom of the tiles and every step and/or movement makes squeaks like a wood floor in a 409 yr old house.. I will be tearing a hole in the closets on each side of the bathroom (lucky for me there cloests there) and fill the tub with water...letting it settle and injecting low expanding foam all around and under the tub (thanks to YouTube for showing how to possibly fix crappy installation work) I will hopefully be able to access the pipes and do some proper strapping... all in all a horrible experience and after the plumbing failed the final inspection due to water temp in the shower being to high I decided I would adjust the max temp myself rather than have them back in my home. Very unhappy with these plumbers and Unity Renovation's response to these issues -
I couldn’t have been happier with LaCassa Plumbing. Due to the intense storms this past weekend, my power went out causing my sump pump to stop working and my basement flooding. My sump pump was older so even though it was still working after the power turned back on, I knew I wanted to get a new system with a backup battery. That’s where LaCassa Plumbing came in. I called them early in the morning before work hours and received a call from one of their owners less then 30 minutes later. He helped calm me down and said he will have a technician to my house within the hour. Mike G. came over, assessed the situation and gave me his recommendation, and once I agreed, immediately started working on installing the new system and was done within 2 hours. They went above and beyond to help me and followed up a few times afterwards to see how things were going. I highly recommend LaCossa Plumbing for anyone in the market for plumbing services. Mike G. even stopped by the next day to ensure the system was working well and that I was still happy with my services and new system.

The drain for the sink in my tiny powder room was leaking. I was leaving town and needed it fixed before I left. I called for a plumber because I didn’t want to have to go buy the parts and fix it myself. I was also hoping they could address a venting issue. LaCassa had an opening that afternoon. The technician was friendly, on time, and fixed the leak quickly. He said the venting issue would require ripping out walls so it was not attempted. My issue was with the price. A simple repair which required about $40 in parts and a half hour of time was almost $700. This was not an emergency. The plumbing was out in the open. There is no way to justify this pricing.

Mike and Henry were very professional they double checked everything they made sure that everything was running correctly and cleaned up after themselves And didn't have a mess They both were very approachable and understanding about my concerns and questions and answered anything that had to ask they even stood working out in the rain till they were finished.
Thank you all for your help -
Mike was very professional and very good in explaining what and why the leak had happen. It was not a leak, it was something the new person failed to do. But it was taken care. Mike is great!

Mike and Carmen were able to install our new water heater and replace a leaking faucet fixture in record time. They were very knowledgeable about their work, were kind and respectful during their visit, did a great job cleaning up at the end of the job, and they took the time to walk us through the final results. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Danny was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful! He saved us from a Thanksgiving nightmare with no sink! He educated us on how to move forward to avoid future issues. Thank you Danny! So helpful- highly recommend!

I recently had my sump pump replaced and added a battery backup system through LaCassa Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, their team was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
They took the time to explain the options available, including affordable models that fit my budget without sacrificing reliability. I never felt pressured into upselling, just well-informed to make the right choice for my home.
Installation was quick, clean, and done with obvious care. The technician walked me through how the system works, what to expect during heavy rains, and how the battery backup will protect us in case of power outages. It gave me a real sense of security heading into storm season.
What really stood out was their commitment to ongoing support. They made it clear that if I ever have questions or issues down the road, I can reach out anytime. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days, and it means a lot.
If you’re looking for honest advice, fair pricing, and dependable plumbing work, I highly recommend LaCassa Plumbing. They’ve earned my trust and future business. -
The guys did a great job relacing my water heater with a larger one and a power vent. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

My experience with LaCassa started with Nicole who patiently let me explain the conflicting information I’d been receiving regarding a drain clog (can’t be done without a remodel, just hammer it out, etc.) from other sources and then helpfully assuring me one of her plumbers would reach out. Carmen and Michael were at my house within hours of my conversation with Nicole. Carmen offered his expertise regarding my problem and a variety of ways I could choose to handle the situation, never once pressuring a sale or service. Experienced and helpful are understatements regarding my experience with this company. The honesty and professionalism were greatly appreciated and they’ll be saved in my contacts for sure!

Amazing job! Carmen is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice. He was able to diagnose and repair hot water heater and toilet issues. He was prompt and professional. He is my go-to plumber!
Had another issue come up! LaCassa plumbing to the rescue. This time Frank took care of the water valves for the washer. He went over the process with us and our options. Excellent work and very friendly!
1/9/2026- I continue to add to this review! Heavy rains caused us to have sump pump issues. Carmen was out the next day. He was able to replace a dated sump pump and back up system. He had great recommendations and financing options for this large project. Carmen also added a digital control panel so that we do not have to open the pit and disturb our radon mitigation system. -
We had a great experience with LaCassa Plumbing!! Had a small leak in the sump pump line in the basement and I was out of town. I called late in the evening, they helped us stop the leak and then were out first thing the next morning. Not only did the repair/replace the leak they upgraded the pump and it has worked perfectly ever since! HIGHLY recommend LaCassa Plumbing!!

I had a tub, shower with shower enclosure/walls installed. Mike G is great to work with. He is professional and personable. He explained everything he was going to do and even asked for my input regarding some cosmetic features. Mike’s assistant, Mark, is great too. Not only did he worked hard assisting Mike, he worked hard to clean up after the install. I will be a repeat customer for any plumbing needs and I have already recommended LaCassa plumbing to a few of my friends.

My husband and I have finally found the plumbing company of our dreams! It's amazing how doing so takes a weight off an anxious homeowner's shoulders... and LaCassa did just that! Carmen came out and replaced our toilet (we now have a fabulous Kohler model w/a soft close seat - love it!!), changed out a laundry sink and faucet, and checked our outdoor sewer system. I am a perfectionist, and believe me when I write that Carmen is one as well! He is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest! On top of that, he is a great teacher... he gave my husband and I so many tips about how to keep our plumbing system in great shape. Furthermore, he's a terrific listener and answered all of our questions as if we were his own family members... a plus is his sense of humor! In short, Carmen's work ethic is exceptional, his pricing is exceptionally fair, and he reminds me of those bygone professionals who are so, so difficult to find these days - absolutely wonderful in every way! P.S. Please know that Nicole begins the entire process at LaCassa with professionalism, kindness, organization, and understanding. She, like Carmen, is a true gem!

Though the job was done with great professionalism. The cost was very high to replace a faucet i supplied and supply line. They supplied one supply line and charge 487.00. My suggestion is chop around first
