We needed a 240V outlet installed in the garage for a new welder. Jerry Electrician got it done quickly and the setup works perfectly. Great for specialized jobs.

We bought a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired house in Oak Park and the original light fixtures are part of what sold us on the place. Problem was half of them didn't work and the ones that did would flicker and pop. I was terrified someone would ruin them trying to fix it. Jerry sent an older guy who actually remembered working on these kinds of houses back in the day. He carefully disassembled each fixture, rewired them with modern materials while keeping all the original parts, and even found replacement sockets for two that were cracked. Took him three days but he was so careful and laid everything out on drop cloths. The lights work perfectly now and look exactly the same. Cost more than just swapping them out but totally worth it to preserve the originals.

I was told it would 99.00 to come out, and when they arrived I was $150 for everything found wrong. They came with a device that we used in the military in the 80’s.

I had an electrician scheduled to come with an installation project, and the person was a no-show after waiting for 3 hours. When I called back to inquire, they told me they'd deprioritized my project because I hadn't signed up for their annual membership service. Extremely unprofessional, and we'll be finding someone else to complete the project.

Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. John was the lead technician for my most recent mount and he walked me through the steps, answered all of my questions, and provided great insight for considerations. I'll request him in the future if given an option.

So the guy who came out for an estimate seemed nice and knowledgeable. I was in a pinch so I agreed to the 129 estimate fee. However in the end, the estimate was 3x higher than what I had the work done for. If I hadn't needed something done right away I wouldn't have even bothered with the estimate for that fee.

They were on time and pretty concise with their estimate. We had some issues after everything was finished, and they ended up coming out as soon as they could, so that was good. i would recommend working with Pearson Electrical Services.

Mike is amazing! Responded to my issue promptly, tried to troubleshoot via text message to get a better idea of what was going on in my house. When he came he knew exactly where to start and was able to fix my issue. He explained everything as he was doing. Very prompt, responsive and reliable.

TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY, STEER CLEAR! Some of the most incompetent people/companies I’ve had to deal with. They tell me I need a different type of electrician then the one they sent out. Tried to get that booked but they never sent anyone. First guy convinced me to sign up for the subscription so I don’t have to pay the service fee every time someone comes out. Several requests to speak to a manager were ignored. Several calls do try to get my money back and just keep getting told it’ll be done but nothing has.

Pearson Electrical Services did a great job installing a ceiling fan and light plus helped configure switches for other ceiling fans. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. Would highly recommend them to anyone .Will use them for future electrical projects.

Contacted Pearson to do some electrical work for me and we scheduled the date. On the afternoon before the scheduled date I called to get a specific arrival time and was told the technician would call with a specific time. The technician never called. I called repeatedly that day (probably 6 times!) and the following morning: each time I was told the technician would give me a call. They never called, they never showed up to do any work. They never even apologized that they could not meet their commitment. Move on.

My truck and our AC service entrance was demolished two weeks ago buy a broken tree. Pearson Electrical Services was recommend to us and we contacted James. James and his team were at my home quickly and had power restored in short order. Their service, support and professionalism was second to none. He will absolutely do what ever it takes to get the job done and done correctly. It is very obvious that customer satisfaction is his number one goal.
