Reviews of local pros in Plainfield, Illinois

I had a wonderful experience with the two technicians that came to clean our carpet and furniture. They explained every step in the process while also giving realistic expectations. Very knowledgeable and kind workers. Our carpets look better and our couches look stainless. I recommend them!

Dupage Carpet cleaning came to my house. 19 June 2025, i have had other companies come and clean our carpets but these guys were top notch. They are knowledgable about carpets and what works and doesn't for stains. Told me what they will be doing. Making sure animals were secure and jot goong to escape out of door. There was no mess of water which i have had with other places on floor. A must use company for carpet cleaning and reasonable rates.

Dupage Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job at my home. Jason's team came and went through a very thorough explanation of what to expect. Sam and his counterpart showed care and concern for not only my kids to make sure they don't get their feet wet on the carpet then slip on tile; but also made sure our cat was in a safe place so he didn't sneak out the front door. The cleaning was quick and efficient, I am extremely satisfied. Can't recommend this company enough for residential carpet and furniture cleaning.

Sam was quick, efficient, and so kind! DuPage Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job and I’ll definitely be a return customer.

They did a great job! Very professional and detailed. Definitely will have them back and will for sure recommend them to all my family and friends.

Dupage Carpet Cleaners did an amazing job! Our carpets look fresh, spotless, and like new again. Highly recommend!

They were able to take care of my living room and two stairs the same day I called. Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also was honest in how much he thought he could clean our rug. I thought the cost was reasonable and will use thier services again.

We had a great experience with DuPage Carpet Cleaning. We needed a couch majorly deep cleaned. They got back to me quickly, came when they said they would, were very kind, informative and professional and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

"Great experience overall! Jason was super prompt and responsive when setting up the appointment — made the whole process easy from the start.
On the day of the service, Sam and Alan were excellent. They clearly explained the entire cleaning process, gave us a realistic timeline, and shared helpful after-care tips. They were very respectful of our home and did a truly fantastic job.
I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional cleaning service!"

We had all of our main floor carpeting steam cleaned and the results were great. The cleaners were on time, completed the cleaning and the results were great. They were very reasonable for pricing and I would recommend them for carpet cleaning.

If you are ever in need of a great carpet cleaner Jason at DuPage Carpet Cleaners is the person I recommend! I have been with him almost 20 years and he has never disappointed me!!

He’s helped me through a flood and has cleaned my furniture and carpets!

He really truly cares about his work and customers has always been trust worry!

He still knows the value of service because he shows up personally after running his business for almost twenty years! That is what sets him apart from other companies!

He personally cleaned my carpets yesterday and after all these years was surprised that my 15 year old carpet could still look like new when cleaned. No spots and no unraveling!

Jason, ITS BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS THE BEST! That’s REAL CARE and that’s JASON at DUPAGE CARPET CLEANERS!!

Robert did an excellent job of painting exterior and interior of our house.

Very great service! I had the reschedule a couple times but the crew showed up on time and did a thorough job. They even threw in free sanitizer which I didn’t know I needed. It ended up making the house smell so fresh and clean.

Wonderful detailing of work! I wish I had the before pictures.

I had an excellent experience with Emmanuel from Air Ductify. Not only was the dryer vent cleaning thorough and efficient, but he also installed a very difficult exterior vent that clearly required extra time and skill. He never rushed the job and made sure everything was done properly.

What really stood out was his kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working safely and correctly. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and helping his customers. I’m so grateful for his hard work and would absolutely recommend Emmanuel and Air Ductify to anyone needing dryer vent cleaning or installation.

I would rate it higher if I could. My dryer vent was totally clogged. Emanuel was extremely professional in every way, he explained every step to my husband and I and showed us pictures of the clogged vent and explained how he was going to clean it out. It is refreshing to see someone that takes pride in his work. I already booked for next year! I highly recommend this company!!

Airductify in Plainfield did an excellent job with my air duct cleaning. The team was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was spotless before finishing. I noticed a big improvement in air quality right away, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for reliable and effective duct cleaning.

Great job, kind friendly and professional!

Emmanuel schooled me on the value of having our dryer vents professionally cleaned once a year. You wouldn’t believe the amount of lint and dust that is removed..if you let this go too long you are at risk for a fire. He did a great job, has a wonderful work ethic and I recommend him highly. *****

Thorough, great work.

Excellent work
