I recently called SERVPRO due to cleanup and remove mold flooded basement and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Kevin, was personable, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on what they were doing every step of the way.

From the initial assessment to the final cleanup, the team was professional and efficient. They worked quickly to mitigate the damage and prevent any further issues. Throughout the process, Kevin made sure I understood everything that was happening and answered all of my questions in detail. He let me know of mold spots that were not easy to spot and removed and cleaned anything that could have been dangerous.

Bill, the owner, worked with me after I had issues with insurance and made sure I was happy with the work done by his team.

I am very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone that is in need to get restoration work done quickly. Thank you Kevin, Bill, and SERVPRO!

I can not praise Alec Melone and his crew for all the work they did at my home. The hurricane damage and flooding was more than we could handle. They were professional and knowledgeable. Kevin May and his team were EXCELLENT! They came out in the evening after hours when I had an emergency situation happening and started the drying process immediately! Every morning Kevin came out on time to access the moisture level until the area was completely dry! I HIGHLY recommend using Joliet ServPro!

When I found the water in our basement from a leaky de-humidifier I immediately called our insurance agent. I had no idea where to begin on this mess! I asked for a recommendation of who does this type of project, and they suggested ServPro of Plainfield. Hallelujah!! I called them and they came out immediately with a bunch of huge dehumidifier fans and got busy drying out, and emptying the basement to begin the cleanup process. I don’t know what we would have done without them! Allen and his team quickly and very efficiently got the cleanup and mold problem handled. Then there was an asbestos problem- & they took care of that as well, too! Allen helped me throughout the whole process- I don’t know what we would have done without him!
Then their reconstruction team lead by another Al :) came out and helped me with all the answers to all my questions about picking out the new products and getting it all put back together better than new! Talk about seen and not heard- they worked and worked and you didn’t even know they were there!
We would highly recommend this company and would call them again in the future without thinking twice about it! It was such a relief to be able to count of them! They were efficient, trustworthy, punctual & very professional! Great teams- very hardworking. They had this job under control and we were able to move on with our lives while ServPro of Plainfield took care of business!

Allen and his crew did an amazing job. They explained everything about the process so well and dealt with my insurance company to make the process seamless. Then Al their reconstruction manager got involved and his crew put our house back to pre-loss condition. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great service with such respectable and hard working employees.

They are all polite, helpful, and willing to help there clients with claims or questions.
They have some truly special folks that do great job representing the company.

Our dishwasher leaked water into our basement and under our kitchen flooring. ServPro quickly removed the damaged paneling and carpet from the basement. They brought in equipment that effectively dried up the mess downstairs and which also helped save our kitchen’s hardwood floor. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Our experience was nothing but positive.

Went on vacation for Thanksgiving week and came back to a leaking fridge which caused damaged to some pretty expensive hardwoods. LUKAS was AMAZING. I won't lie I saw him and said OMG they sent me a kid but boy was I wrong. He was smart, knowledgeable, amd most important trustworthy. His communication with us throughout the entire process was hands down the best I've ever dealt with. I could write a book about how great him and the team were. Also once we got to the billing portion BOBBIE was a super star.

The entire ServPro team has been excellent. We’ve had multiple floods in our home that proved to be too much to handle on our own from water damage and mold concerns. From the moment we spoke to the customer service to the time they completed the last of the remediation work, ServPro provided top quality work and customer service. I’m very thankful for all they’ve done for us.

I had such a wonderful experience with the ServPro team. I had an issue with the sub pump in my basement and this company came out at 8 o’clock that morning brought all their equipment cleaned up the water in my downstairs and disinfected everything. They left their equipment for two days to make sure everything was dried out.
I couldn’t say enough about this company. They were prompt professional, and my lower level looks better than before I had the water issue.
