OC Restoration is my go-to company when things need to be fixed or when disaster strikes. They are responsive, dependable and competent. I trust them to take care of things the right way the first time. They’ve done everything from dryer vent cleaning to flood remediation and I’m always impressed by their level of care and customer service!

Recently bought a home and the team at OC has been extremely helpful during the move-in process. Installed new furnace, AC, and sump pump within days of closing, cleaned carpets after previous owners could not get a spill removed, and have been professional. Great communication, highly recommend!

I’ve had an airflow problem in my master bedroom since my house was built. Working from home highlighted this issue. I had other HVAC companies tell me there was nothing I could do. I found OC online and they came out. A second visit was needed to use a scope to see my ductwork behind the walls. My technician Austin showed me all the 90 degree turns causing problems. Austin was very personable. Austin changes some ductwork in the basement and taped off some leaks making a difference in airflow! Thanks for your help. The bedroom has never felt this good.

OC is hands down the best company around. They are honest, timely, detailed, and trustworthy. They have literally saved me money by telling me I did not need something I thought I needed and gave me all the options.

Secondly, they were recently at my home to replace a water heater. Simple plan to begin with. All of my water shutoffs were corroded so we needed to shut the main (unplanned). Joe took charge and contacted the city to come find our box. The city said they had no one available and would have to wait until the next day, as in their eyes they had more pressing emergencies. Joe informed them to contact him if anyone became available. I took the liberty to also call as the homeowner and express my concerns.

Hours later the city showed up to locate the box and provide the shutoff. I contacted OC to let them know so they could get started first thing in the morning. Joe came to my home and completed a project that had grown exponentially due to having to replace all the shut offs and some added re-piping the moment I called. He showed up late in the afternoon and worked well into evening/night time. Giving up his own personal time with his family to ensure my family had working water and hot water. He said the kids would want the hot water in the morning.

He was professional and cheerful throughout while also entertaining my 3 year old son. He made such an impression that at bed time, my son cried because according to him "my new friend has to leave".

OC will always be our first and only call.

OC did a great job in repairing a sewer line issue and handling the mitigation/cleanup work inside my house. They sent multiple teams out within a couple hours of me calling them. Extremely professional, great communication and would definitely recommend.

I had an appointment today for electrical work with Pete C – he was great!! He was extremely knowledgeable and able to help with my outlet issues. He is clearly highly skilled in his field. He actually taught me quite a few things and even showed me something that I wasn’t aware of in my home! I have used OC Property Solutions for several home needs in the past (water damage mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and now electrical) and have always had a very positive experience with the techs they send out. I am happy to have found a company that I trust for various home issues! I highly recommend this company!!

Our microwave wasn’t working and so OC restoration sent out Brandon and he was so efficient with finding the right microwave and getting it installed for us so quickly! We were having some issues with our warranty company and Joe (the supervisor) was absolutely the BEST to work with as he was so responsive and so patient throughout the whole process! We definitely recommend this company to anyone…the customer service can’t be beat!!! Thank you guys!!!

Major flood damage to a new home after just buying it. OC Construction came in, did everything from the demo work to helping with ideas to design a plan for a total remodel. They not only are a one stop shop for all your needs, but they also communicate with your insurance company. Hassle free, good communication, trustworthy, very friendly and AMAZING work! We were having issues with our furnace not putting out hot air and requested a quote through their website and received a friendly call from Eric within 1 hour! Austin arrived at our home only 3 or so hours later (way ahead of the original appointment window) to inspect our furnace and offer advice for a replacement. After a few more hours and grabbing a part from Joey nearby, Austin had our furnace running properly again. Can't recommend OC Property Solutions enough for all your HVAC and other home service needs
