Had new HVAC installed on roof. Everything went as smooth as it could have. Crane was huge. Installer’s were very professional and explained every step. This company was hreat to work with.

OC recently remodeled my bathrooms and I would absolutely recommend their crew to anyone!! I was impressed with their project management process - always communicative, on time, quality work, follow-ups, suggestions, etc. - especially working with Joe, the Project Manager assigned to my remodel. I appreciated their approach to business/projects so much that I signed up for their annual "maintenance" program! I trust OC to service my home any day.

AMAZING to work with, and did a phenomenal job! From mitigation to renovation, the team was friendly, communicative (consistently sent emails and outreached via phone with updates, I never had to question next steps) All workers were very knowledgeable and provided their expertise when choosing materials (floor, tile) that were good quality but not overly expensive. I especially appreciated their attention to detail, they took their time and made sure our home projects were done perfectly! I couldn’t be more pleased and am loving our “new” house!

OC is far and away the best home service business I have ever worked with. From start to finish, their communication and consideration is something you won't get anywhere else. My HVAC tech Austin was on time and ready to help. He answered all my questions, promptly serviced my HVAC, and made recommendations about how to keep my system running smoothly.

Bud came this morning to service my furnace. He was prompt, very professional, explained everything he was going to do. He was respectful, used shoe covers, and cleaned up the area around the furnace. I am very impressed by this company. They came highly recommended and I highly recommend them as well. Joe came out tonight to do an emergency plumbing job at our new home in Bolingbrook, my husband and I could not be more satisfied. He came out right away, he was completely honest with everything that needed to be done and everything works perfectly now! He replaced shut off valves for the water meter and all water lines and shut off valves under the kitchen sink, hearing him say we finally had running water was the best thing I heard all day! 10/10 recommend to everyone ! He was great and we will definitely be calling him again for everything in the future!

Grateful for Joe’s professional and outstanding-quality work. He was also very thoughtful and kind. Knowing I was recovering from surgery, he kept asking if I needed help with anything. He even brought my garbage bins in for me in his own initiative.

We had a great experience with everyone at OC. They moved our laundry room from the first floor to the basement.

When providing an estimate, Austin took extra time to search the entire house to find where a mystery vent ended. During the work, Alphy, Austin, Joe, and Pete were courteous, efficient, and overall pleasant to have in the home. They made sure I understood everything that was done, showed me everything was functioning, and answered all my questions.

On the office side, I communicated with Eric regarding scheduling and Bob regarding permits and both were pleasant and responsive.

Kyle and Bud replaced our faucets and sink and shut off valves. We couldn’t be happier with the job that they did. Very professional and kept everything clean throughout the process.
