service/satisfaction. He's avid listener to learn
what's wrong with my heating system. He
explained the steps involved to diagnosis my
heating issues. After a comprehensive evaluation,
he gave me a fair quote. Once the service was
completely satisfied and paid. He immediately
handled me with a very detailed description of his
labor and parts/service. He has no gimmicks, he's
a professional who cares about his work,
customers time, home, cost and clean up.
As a repeated satisfied customer, Please don't
hesitate to do business with a professional who is
highly skill with homestead honest values.

Curtis was great! Professional, freindly and explained everything. We called in the morning as our heater just stopped working. Was able to stop by in the late afternoon, and took a look. Easy fix, but still took the time to explain what happened and what he was doing. Highly recommend!!

We had a little issue with our hot water heater and Curtis was able to fit us in the very next morning as it was not an emergency for us. He came on time, as always. He explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. If you have any questions, he has no problem telling you the answers. I love his professionalism, his knowledge and he leaves no cleanup for you to do! He’s the best around! We trust his work and will continue to refer him to others.

To date we have been through multiple HVAC techs/repairmen and was always left with the feeling of being let down as a customer. A heating unit was installed and when it failed to work the installer suggested we have someone else look at it and never came back.
The a/c failed to get cold and 5 out of 5 techs advised to replace it.
Mr Curtis was straight forward and honest.
He made no promises and said he would look at it and give a full assessment. His assessment….. the unit was in dire need of service.

Curtis is the best! He came to fixed my furnace same day and on the coldest day this year. He is great at his trade. Professional, reliable and honest. I have called on CW Mechanical, LLC for over 10 years to maintain my Heating system. The whole relationship started because my furnace would not come on one year and I asked my neighbor-at-the-time, Curtis, to give me a price as to how much it would cost to repair it. I had already asked "Other Companies" to take a look at the issue and was astounded when Curtis told me that I did not need the parts that I was told were needed to make the costly repairs by the "Other Companies." Curtis went through step by step and explained to me, in a language that I could understand, what the issues were. He explained what needed to be replaced right away and what I could wait a while longer to replace.

Curtis is very professional and friendly. Besides maintaining the furnace, he goes beyond to make sure that I understand why he needs to replace a part, takes it out for me to see it and then replaces it. He has always had parts on hand in emergency situations, or was able to get them in a timely matter.

So glad that I can count on Curtis to keep my furnace running during the winter months!

CW came out to check on a leak I was having with my ac unit. As a first time home owner, Curtis gave me some great advice. I was amazed by how quickly he was able to move forward on the project. He came back the following day right when he said he would, had a permit the following business day like he said he would, and got to work at the first sign of good weather. Curtis has been incredible at communicating, I've never hesitated to call with any questions. Needless to say, Curtis has been nothing but knowledgeable, reliable, and extremely professional.

After the installation was finished, everything was cleaned up accordingly and he even made sure to weather seal the effected areas. Curtis then took the time to talk to me about best practices for maintaining the unit, how to keep it running smoothly, and helped set up the extended warranties. I'll definitely be giving CW Mechanical a call when the time comes for me to replace my furnace/hot water heater!

I typically don’t do reviews, but when somebody goes above and beyond, I think you have to recognize their effort. Curtis was able to come to my house and fix my AC during the 90° weekend actually came a day earlier than planned. And I’ve never encountered someone who was willing to explain what was wrong with the unit what my options were, and get me fixed so promptly and a very fair price I wish more repair people were like him. It truly was a pleasure doing business with him.

Curtis is the man!! My AC unit shut down and he was readily available the next day. He able to fix the issue, give me some helpful advice on maintenance, and even had some fun with my toddler son. Highest level of professionalism and gain a loyal customer at the end.

We woke up to a very cold house on the coldest day of the season so far. Beyond happy with how fast Mr. Curtis was able to come and get the house warm again.
