Sergio, Ed, and David came out today and installed a new HVAC unit for us, replacing our 26-year old unit. They were very quick and professional. They showed up right at the scheduled appointment time, and they finished ahead of the estimated work time. The walkthrough they gave us was very thorough and answered all our questions. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend them and the entire TR Miller team.

Mr. Bogdan T. has impressed us last Saturday and he fixed our current furnace problems in a short time. Meanwhile, he has explained issues, provided long term solutions in a very reasonable way. We were appreciated his service and felt both we and TR Miller company are lucky to have him as an experienced technician. We also purchased VIP packages with TR Miller too. Thank you!

Don C at TR Miller was fantastic to work with! The service was efficient, thorough, and incredibly personable. Don was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain everything, answering all of our questions without making us feel rushed or silly for the questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience.

Bonus: our cat gave it paws up too — fully approved and inspection-worthy! Highly recommend Don and the TR Miller team for excellent, trustworthy service.

Omar O was awesome. He had to start his inspection late in the day and even though he had a family commitment later that night he stayed and thoroughly finished . Poor guy probably didn’t get any sleep before his family commitment. But he stayed and finished. Then after he was finished he explained everything he did, what he thought was needed to be done and quoted prices for the work. Very thoughtful young man and he should be commended highly. Very lucky you have him as an employee.

Today, I had furnace inspection by technician named Julian V. from TR Miller as part of the VIP service that I received when I had my old furnace replaced about a year ago. I must say I was pretty impressed of how knowledgeable Mr. Julian V. is as he knew every sensor there is on that furnace and he knew everything there is to know about this furnace. Mr. Julian V took the time to answer all my questions and all the things I need to watch out.
Based on this experience, I am glad I picked T R Miller to replace my furnace last year. Definitely not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for.

I am trying to leave another review, but I am not able to add a new one, so I am attaching a further review on this one. Jacob was scheduled to come out and assess our plumbing on Friday, 1/17.2026. He arrived as scheduled and filled us in on the checklist, which was impressive! Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable about his work and went through the entire checklist. Afterwards, he summarized everything he had done. We have had three technicians out here for our annual inspections and each one of them, Omar, Jacob, and Armando were very professional and thorough in their work. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Communication and follow-up from the entire team were outstanding from start to finish.

New emergency customers after our water heater leaked all over our main level and down into our lower floor/basement. Everyone was so responsive, QUICK, and very helpful. Nico was at our house within a couple hours of us calling for an assessment. After coming up with our plan, he had a new water heater on the way and the old one out within the hour. Nico was so kind and explained every detail to us new homeowners. Thank you for the fast service during a less than fun time for us. Our family greatly appreciated everything!

Mike was extremely thorough and open about any and all issues we had with our furnace. He explained everything clearly and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when assisting us in deciding what our next move was. Yes it's going to be an expensive fix/project but Mikes overall demeanor and care really solidified the decision to stick with the company. Overall the company was extremely quick to respond and had us in the books for a next day installation.

I needed an emergency plumbing repair and found TR through google. It was easy to schedule service and they gave great communication and updates during the service window. When the plumber was on the way they sent his name and photo via text which is amazing for safety! When Donny got here he not only got the job done well, but also educated me on what he was doing and what might need service in the future. I was blown away by the level of service I received.

Bogdan is very nice and he explains everything in detail about the concerns of our a/c and furnace. He gives me all the information that we need to know about what we need for the a/c and furnace system. Highly recommended.

2nd Review (Plumbing Works)
Cristian did a great job replacing our main valve and replacing the valves that supplies the spigot outside. The existing valves are all gate valve type which are outdated and they were not working properly and was replaced by a ball valve which I requested. The best part is when he replaced the existing galvanized pipe into a copper pipe and replaced the old spigot outside at no extra cost. The area was clean as if nobody had worked there. Satisfied with his job performance and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company and their staff from scheduler (Gabby) to dispatch (Jenny). Five stars 🌟 plus!

In the first week of 2026, my furnace stopped working during freezing weather (high 20s, low 30s). With two kids at home, we had to stay in a nearby hotel for three days, so I needed help fast. After researching HVAC companies near Naperville, I called TR Miller—and I’m so glad I did.

Their quote was fair, but what really stood out was the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable—from the call center to the two Kevins, two Davids, and Jocki the plumber.

Our home was built in 1936, and the furnace was 31 years old. Kevin #1 diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and showed me that condensation water was leaking into the unit and causing corrosion. Kevin #2 came out the next day, listened carefully, and helped us choose the right system for our home: a new American Standard furnace, Aprilaire humidifier, and AC.

The next day, the two Davids handled the full installation, and Jocki replaced the water line for the humidifier. Everyone was on time, respectful, and incredibly thorough. They cleaned up completely, explained how everything worked, and that same day we were able to leave the hotel and move back home.

TR Miller turned a stressful situation into a smooth, reassuring experience. Honest, punctual, and great at their craft. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

He was very informative throughout the entire experience and respectful and patient with all the units he serviced in our building. We found pricing to be reasonable as well. Here are 2 pictures of my old furnace heat exchanger that Thomas told me was cracked!!! Notice no cracks! Shame on you! Thomas also told me he would send a picture to me of the cracks he saw but I see now why he didn’t!! Also, Ben quoted prices for furnaces that were twice as high as what I ended up paying!!
I will NEVER recommend TR Miller!!!

Had my kitchen sink backing up into my bathtub, TR Miller was able to send someone out to us ASAP. Cristian was so helpful and explained everything he was doing and all of my options in a way that was honest and that I could understand. He was quick and efficient, and we are so happy with the work!

Truly a great experience for our water heater replacement. First, appreciation to Nico E who came out to explore several different options and provide costs for everything to us. Very friendly and no pressure at all. Then, great appreciation to Jacob E and Juan G that performed the installation the same afternoon. Very friendly and professional. Did great work, kept us updated the entire time, answered all our questions, and left the area where the water heater was installed cleaner than they found it.
