Hired T.R. Miller to replace my furnaces and AC units for my new house (just like I did for my old condo). They're not cheap, but they definitely know their stuff. Da'Veta was a super personable saleswoman who had an answer for every question I had! (including all the technical stuff). My installation crew was also awesome. Shout-outs to Nick, Jon, David, and Maria! Fast, courteous, professional. They know how to get it done! Thanks, guys!

I had an excellent experience with TR Miller, especially with Bogdan. He was professional, thorough, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the inspection. He took the time to properly evaluate the system and clearly identify the underlying issue that had not been diagnosed during earlier service visits by another provider.

I recently purchased a new furnace. The two techs, Enrique and Ed were the best! They were very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I have used T.R Miller in the past and have always received great service. All the techs I dealt with were great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service.

I had a very positive experience with TR Miller in general. They communicated throughout the day to let me know when a technician would be available. I was running late for my appointment with Omar. He waited 10 minutes for me which was so helpful. He listened to my issues with the hot water heater and explained my options. He was very knowledgeable and up front with prices. I was very impressed with the service I received. Omar was so friendly and helpful. I know I will be replacing that hot water heater soon and I feel confident calling TR Miller back for services for any plumbing, HVAC or electrical work I will need. I love that they are local and honest about their prices. Thank you ❤️

Robert and Christian just the completed the installation of a new water heater and with the addition of a hot water recirculation system. Good guys, excellent work. Bogdan T was amazing!! The service he provided for my mom when we had an issue with our furnace a week before Christmas. He was kind, polite, funny and truly a pleasure to work with. He found the problem and took his time to explain the issue we had to me and my mom, he also pointed out other things we should monitor and look out for in the new few months. His warmth, patience, and hospitality is a rare thing to experience in a society that has focused more on securing a sale than the overall customer experience amd service. You can do both, and Bogdan did. Bogdan was an excellent technician and someone we requested to be the only person we work with at TR Miller Heating, Cooking, and Plumbing in the future. If you want someone to come in, get out, push a sale, and hand you a bill. Then go to someone else. If you want to have someone explain what the issue is and see you as a person, then go with Bogdan T. at TR Miller.

Derrick was excellent. He removed the old heater efficiently and installed the new one the same way. He explained all the minor alterations needed for the 50 gallon tank. He was clean and efficient, and answered all my questions. He had all the tools needed, and cleaned up everything when he was complete. I highly recommend TR Miller for all your heating, cooling, plumbing, etc.

On Sunday, Ryan F from TR Miller came to replace our broken sewage pump. Like Derrick, he was promp and efficient, explained everything, answered all my questions. I believe TR Miller to be an excellent resource for any repair or replacement jobs. 5 Stars.

Nick and Aiden did an exceptional job with installing my new furnace and AC units! They were very diligent and attentive with the installation, and they explained the new system to my wife and me in great detail. They even cleaned up the leftover mess and removed our old units as well. I’m ecstatic that we went with TR Miller for this project!

Such a great experience! I noticed our water heater was leaking the other night. I was able to get a hold of someone around 7 pm which was nice! I was also able to set up an appointment for the very next morning! Omar came out first thing in the morning and was able to replace our water heater in a timely matter! He also cleaned up whatever mess he made! He was very kind and professional! I would highly recommend this company!

This review is long overdue. The team at TR Miller was outstanding and truly deserves a 5-star rating. I half-joked that they should give a TED Talk on customer service—they’re that good.

After our AC failed during the hottest part of August, TR Miller had a technician at our home in under 45 minutes. Marvin G. was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He clearly explained every measurement and diagnosis and took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue. Given the age and condition of our system, we decided it was time for a full replacement.

Enter Karen O., our Comfort Consultant, who was an absolute pleasure to work with! She walked us through system options, sizing, efficiency ratings, tax incentives, and financing with zero pressure. She even recalculated our needs and recommended a slightly smaller furnace for the first floor—proof she was focused on what was right for us, not upselling. She helped us choose a system that fit both our home and our budget.

Installation day was impressive. In one day, the crew removed two furnaces, two AC units, and two humidifiers and replaced them with high-efficiency, state-of-the-art equipment, plus air scrubbers and a whole-house dehumidifier. The workmanship was exceptional—everything was clean, precise, and beautifully laid out. The system honestly looks like artwork.

They were professional, respectful of our home, and incredibly skilled. Jocki even corrected a poorly designed water shut-off configuration at no extra charge—just one example of how TR Miller’s pricing is truly all-inclusive, with no surprises.

Karen stopped by during the install to check on progress, brought the crew lunch, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. At the end of the day, the team thoroughly explained the system, set up the thermostats, and made sure we were comfortable operating everything.

The result: noticeably better comfort, improved air quality, and peace of mind. TR Miller combines the expertise of a large company with the care and accountability you hope for from a small one!

Curtis and his crew are best in the business. Have used them a handful of times. He is always on time,honest and fair with his pricing. I highly recommend him and trust his professional opinion.

The service call was educational: which is important that I understand was is happening. The call yielded great results: I now have my furnance working and my air conditioner operating. I am so thankful that the cost was affordable as I was truly hoping I did not have another big price tag on top of medical bills in 2024.

Curtis is the Most Professional HVAC Tech I’ve Ever met!!! He came ASAP, diagnosed my problem with my AC Unit. He took pics of my ac unit of what issues were going on & showed us. He went over & beyond explaining what’s wrong & what he would do to fix it. He also showed Pics of Before & After. Very Very Courteous & Super Knowledgeable. I called Curtis for a second opinion on an older Unico AC system that I had previously been told needed complete replacement. Curtis proposed repairing instead of replacing, and he had the unit back in working order within a few days of his proposal.
He returned calls promptly, explained the problem clearly, answered all my questions, and he and his assistant, Darwin, performed the repair with great professionalism.

We called Curtis to see if he could come out and service our walk in cooler at our business. He was available to come out the same day, and was in our store within a couple of hours. CW Mechanical installed a new furnace for me. CW Mechanical is Professional, honest, reasonably priced, prompt and the work is EXCEPTIONAL. Curtis explained in detail the work that he had done and gave advise on maintenance, proper filters and the warranty.
