Had an issue last year with my blower motor going out and Curtis came out same day and fixed it with no problem. This year had another issue with my compressor Curtis quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the couple parts without having to replace the compressor. Highly recommend CW mechanical.

Curtis was on time as promise,very professional, explained the issue on how components were damaged and answer all questions with much details.

Curtis is very honest and reasonable. I will be recommending him to everyone I know! He’s transparent through everything that he’s doing. I had him come out twice. Once for my furnace, which I was out of town for and he came with just my wife and kids. He made my wife feel 100% comfortable and he explained everything he was doing before and while he was doing it. I called him again today (a Saturday) to come look at my ac that wasn’t cooling the house assuming he’d offer to come out sometime during the week. He came out the same day! I had a leak in my coil, which he showed me where and how he found it. He gave me two options, to replace or to use a leak stop and top off the refrigerant. Instead of going for the higher priced replacement of a coil he proposed we use the leak stop. This speaks much of his character as he could’ve just said the coil needed replacing and made more money off the job. Thank you Curtis!

Amazing customer service is all I can say. Curtis has been my HVAC go to for several years. I can recall my furnace going out in the middle of the night, I called him and he was there before 7am fixing my issue. Great person, trustworthy and will go above and beyond for you.

CW Furnace has been my go to for more than 10 years. I recently woke up to a freezing house and contacted CW who was on site within a couple of hours. After a thorough inspection they were able to determine the problem. Curtis explained to me what part malfunctioned and replace the neccessary part. My heat was up and running again by that evening. They are always thorough and efficient and explain things in a way that's easy understand. I highly recommend there services and give them 5 stars.

Curtis came out on 4th of July to save us from our broken air conditioner. He had it up and running in no time and even stopped by the next say to make sure all was good. I would definitely hire him again.

Mr Walker came after being texted this morning ,he identified the problem in no time great reliable and knowledgeable of the issues I had with my heat got it done it less than an hour I would definitely remind him to anyone who has issues with their heat or air I used him over the summer to service my tenants air conditioning unit as well so definitely will be the one I use for all those issues

Curtis was a referral from one of my clients. My furnace went out and before I called Curtis, I had a couple of estimates from other companies. They both said that my furnace was too old and that I need to replace it. Of course it would have been a couple thousand dollars. Curtis came and first of all he is very professional, honest, kind, and caring. He looked at my furnace and said yes it’s old but it was still in good condition as far as how old it was. My AC broke at 2:30 PM. I called CWM at 3. Curtis was at my house by 3:45 and the AC was fixed by 4:30. Fairly priced. Highly recommended.

When you least expect it things happen. Preparing to leave for a doctor’s appointment the hot water tank had something else in mind. It busted and water was flowing everywhere. We asked a friend about someone reliable that could do the job.

CW Mechanical arrived that day and mapped out what was needed to get the job done. They returned the next morning and spent the day updating the pipe setup that would make it easier if something like that should ever occur again.

I highly recommend CW Mechanical, LLC. Curtis was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in just enough detail. I has service and needed several parts replaced. His prices were better than I've paid in the past for less work. He was very thorough and left the area cleaner than he found it. I have not had my furnace services in years due to not finding a trustworthy company that only wanted me to buy a new furnace. CW Mechanical is trustworthy and honest.
