I dropped off my power washer on April 13th for a broken hose to be replaced. I didn’t hear from them until a week after that when I called them to check on the status, and one of the employees told me I have to wait until the following week to speak with the owner of the company. When I called the following week to speak with the owner, he gave me a ridiculous attitude over the phone, and he never gave me a valid answer about my power washer and how long the repair would take. He said he needed to order parts and that he doesn’t know how long it would take, and he hung up. Today is May 6th, I called him again to check on the status, and he told me that they cannot repair the power washer, that I need to pick it up, but not today because he’s closing, then he hung up again. So after almost 1 whole month of not hearing from them or getting a straight answer, they just told me they can’t do anything about it. I do not recommend this company at all, and dealing with these ridiculous people who run it. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I will be escalating this to a business bureau as well.

Replaced drivebelt on my all wheel drive husquvarna. Also repaired the bag frame broken weld.

They do an excellent job in taking care of my lawn mawr and the snow thrower. I do wish they did some residnetial snow removal, as well.

Great little family run business

Called before I drove there to see if they serviced EGO products for warranty; guy on the phone said yes. I drive there the same day only to be turned away saying that they stopped servicing them.

We started with weekly yard maintenance and added special projects in subsequent years, including downspout drainage, front yard walled garden beds, big plantings such as a privet hedge, etc.
I think of VandJ first when I'm thinking of doing almost anything in my yards.

V&J do a great job. They also do snow removal for us. They are reliable and are always willing to work with us.

Had front yard sod and back yard spring clean up. The sod used in front yard looked like something purchased at Walmart. They pulled weeds in back yard and were ready to leave. I had to stop them and remind them I paid for the yard to be thatched and fertilized. They threw the fertilizer on the lawn by hand. The yard had burn up areas in weeks.

Came home to a fantastic spring clean up. Peter and crew pay attention to detail and get the job done. Looking forward to a 5th season with V & J!!

I ended my service with them. I was unhappy because after several attempts to let them know they were cutting things down that I didn't want them to, they continued to do so. These were things that are pretty obvious not to cut down like ferns. At 2 different occasions they over zealous with the weed wacker to the point that it opened the electrical box to my air conditioner, and damaged the insulation to the copper pipping to the air conditioner. They damaged the bark to a tree with the mowers to the point that I had to address it.

Obviously, my experience was not good. Thus I give them a single star mostly because I let them know these were problems, and the problems persisted.
